No hay servicio de mesa. 10 minutos de espera para Happy Meal & fries frío. Sin bandejas. Mesas sucias. Corriente fría como puertas abiertas. Terrible

Disgraceful!!!! When did a large fries become less than half portion and get charged £5 for delivery

Shocked and appalled at the conditions the staff in this McDonald’s have to deal with on a Saturday night. Whilst being severely understaffed they also have to deal with a barrage of abuse and upon my recent visit even assault. Disgusting please protect your staff you are a big enough company. Thanks.

Absolutely disgusting service from a male floor staff member. Asked about using a toilet at roughly 11pm as we had a long drive ahead of us and needed a snack and the toilet before the drive, only to be laughed at in our faces for asking and told there was not toilets open. Even when we explained the situation and asked if they knew the closest toilet for us they continued to laugh in our faces and walk away. Pretty disgusting and I’m also 99% sure that it is illegal to not provide toilets when providing food and drink with a seating area that holds more than 10 people (over 10 were sat eating as we were in). Never expect much from a McDonald’s but I’m disgusted in the service we received from the floor staff member.

We put in a large order, waited 2 hours for it and only received half of the order! No burgers at all, no drinks, no sauces. Called the restaurant and was told “nothing we can do”. Useless c***s

I ordered 9 nuggets there was 8. It’s not that hard to count to 9. The chips were half empty and cold. I got a large coke and it was flat. Completely flat. Honestly the worst McDonald’s ever. Do not go to Trongate McDonald’s.

We all ordered 3x big Macs, EXTRA LETTUCE, just as it was described on the receipt. Handed 3x big mac's, no lettuce. Asked for some lettuce, not a replacement burger and was told we should have ordered it correctly in the first place. We go to Uni in Glasgow and this is by far the worst of the franchise we've come across. Dirty, disorganized and lacking any customer care. We order from here too and the food is always wrong, for such a simplistic menu and ticketing system there really is no excuse. I was a proud member of the McDonalds team in my past, but this place is either poorly managed or quality control is no longer a consideration for this corporation. Never again.

This is literally the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been in my life!!! It is dirt to the next level. The floors look like not been cleaned in 20 years. Tables covered in empty food and rubbish! Chairs too! Dread to think what kitchens like.

How smart do you have to be to work in this McDonald's? Or any for that matter? We'll have: - Two Chicken McNugget Happy Meals - Two Quarter Pounder Meals - Four CHOCOLATE milkshakes - Assorted dips for nuggets and chips McDonald's: No problem at all, we'll give you: - Two EMPTY Happy Meal Boxes (the chips will be in a separate container all meshed together with the other chip order, in one big bag) - NO chicken nuggets - NO Happy Meal toys - Four (at least the number was correct) VANILLA milkshakes - NO dips, of any kind. Truly top notch service all round from some clearly very intelligent staff members. Well done for absolutely earning your paycheque.

Had a meal here late Sunday night, ordered on machine, had a fairly long wait. Chips weren’t very warm, rest of the meal was fine. Nothing special, had far better but was ok.

Had wraps plus a McFlurry. It was ok really busy. It we used the self service machine to order and pay so didn’t wait too long. The McFlurry aero mint wasn’t great. Didn’t really like the sauce.

McDonalds is what it says on the tin but this branch is always very busy and well used but you know the food and also that it will bo consistent its handy if you want something quick and on the go or for sitting in quilty pleasure the french fries

Except this is fast food but would prefer that it is better than lukewarm. Staff did their best to deal with queues.

I’m traveling from 3 weeks and I have visited McDonald in Italy, France and England. Hot chocolate in this one McDonald is the worst drink which I have drunk during this three weeks.

Very clean staff helpful quick service went just after lunch time rush hour so did not wait long for table only fault bins had not been emptied so could not place rubbish in bin

At lunch expected to be full , was not , service was a little slow ... large seating , clean , what else can you say ....

This is at the bottom end of argyle street heading towards the trongate.This has two order self service machines which you pay credit/debit cards only or you can order your food with the one member of staff at the order desk.You get a receipt then wait for your order to come up on the screen board.The staff were quick with orders and are friendly.The toilets were tidy too..The tables were always being cleaned.This is a busy mcdonalds restaurant.Overall very good.

Mcdonald's no es mi destino preferido comida en una ciudad extranjera, pero acabo de llegar de Glasgow, y hambriento, encontramos este lugar justo bajando la calle desde nuestro hotel. Como tantos otros McDonalds estos días, hay un banco de quioscos donde uno puede pedir, pero como tantos otros lugares, la mayoría de la gente eran alineados a un pedido. La comida era la típica del McDonalds; tengo que decir más.

It's a McDonalds clean and fast food after a few beer it can taste ok great during the day for kids as they seem to love it.

This mcdonalds a prime spot. Very busy most of the time. Even folk just buying a coffee. Staff very efficient, tables kept spotless and never seem to have break. All in all, clean surroundings.

Un bar el domingo por la tarde y vimos un McDonalds, así que mi esposa y yo pensamos que habría nuestra cena allí; por lo menos saben qué esperar.

I have used the machine with touchscreen to order my meal and after 1minute I had it. It was really lighting fast.

Go once a week for a roll on my lunch. Rolls and cakes are great but the girls serving need lessons in customer service.They are so angry looking all the time and one lady behind the counter shouts your order at you as if she is giving you into trouble. Need to tone it down a little.

cakes are amazing,but the staff,are so grumpy,Never a hello,or what can I get you,its just "Next",They shove your pies,cakes etc,in bag,so stuff you bought broke,before you leave counter,One wee dark haired girl nice.Employer,i think rest of staff don't want to be there

The first impression you get is that this place is very, very spacious (and clean). Besides that, the staff have been very cordial, which was a nice touch too.
