McDonalds Silverburn in Glasgow City

We popped in here for the first time to pick up some mcflurrys. We were quite impressed, the service was quick and it was very clean inside, although smaller than your normal mcdonalds, so can be hard to find a seat when busy. The mcflurrys were great, some of the best we've had in a while.

Around 5pm on Saturday I was in store , quick service and the pleasant boy Lee was quick to assist me further when enquiring about my order.

Absolutely shocking, I ordered a large quarter pounder with cheese meal and a large drink, burger is ok but half of the chips are missing and gave me a medium drink. I got it delivered, this is shocking customer service. I'm appauled

Estuve en esta tienda ayer alrededor de las 5. 30 pm y estaba totalmente disgustado por el joven gerente. Jurando y gritando en el área donde preparan las órdenes y luego vienen a la recepción golpean una pantalla y continúan maldiciendo con ira. Teniendo en cuenta que había niños esperando su comida, este debería ser un comportamiento inaceptable, especialmente por parte de un gerente, si fuera por los miembros del equipo que habrían sido despedidos.

Siempre consigue una mesa y un lugar para cargar mi kit. Justo para un aperitivo antes del cine o una taza de té en el camino a casa. . .

This place is always busy and it's far too small for the amount of people coming in. I ordered on the screen and it took about 10 mins for the food to arrive. Quite long for McD's. All in all a very average visit.

Was in with my 9 year old daughter every time we have been in theirs gangs on teenagers. Today their language was absolutely disgusting especially with a child sitting beside them . Cleaning staff came over to make sure we where ok but staff behind counter did not care ! . The mess they left behind was disgusting! Not a nice atmosphere in here at all!

It's Mcdonalds and like all other McD's is serves what i assume is the usual fayre -not my thing but the coffee is amazing- this is one thing thing that McD's are really getting right at last. But being quite a small outlet it can be a nightmare... full of bad mannered shcool kids who shout, bawl, swear and push each other and anybody else in the way.....(Their parents and local school should be so proud) The small outside area is always so dirty looking, tables covered in rubbish, empty cups and wild birds flying around the tables looking for scraps... really off putting. It is such a pity because i absolutely love McD's much improved coffee but won't venture in here until the management sort it out.

Took 3 tries to get a simple burger right and still couldn’t get it right. Just wanted a burger and that was apparently too difficult, wont be returning. Plus the girl who worked there gave a smirk and laugh when burger was asked to be changed implying it was a ridiculous request.

With McDonalds being a global chain, we have all been to a fair few across the globe. Each time I have been to this one has truly exceeded my expectations. As I am one of those people who order special orders, other branches tend to get it wrong. Every time I have been here they always get it spot on. Food fresh & warm. This place is what fast food is all about

I use the automated service now. Ads you can alter your foods to leave or Take out of your burgers etc . No need to go back up with a wrong order ( not yet anyway) My food has always been good, it's staff are all nice. It is what is says, quick service. Seating can be an issue, during after school times etc but that's expected. Would be good if customers would put there rubbish in bins provided , there is staff there to help clear tables too but you just pick try up and empty into bin, not that difficult, and not sit down and take a table until they have at least ordered their food .

Went here for a mid afternoon tea break. The triple chocolate cookies at McDonalds really are second to none and this visit did not disappoint. Used the self order points which made the ordering very easy and avoided queuing. The restaurant is very busy, fairly clean and the staff we encountered seemed friendly.

Been to a few McDonalds over the Yeats but having popped in for a quick dinner felt disappointed with this one. Not impressed with service ( chips chucked down on tray with some falling out of box), restaurant tables not clear, bins full. May have had staff issues and been unlucky but wouldn't rush back.

Quick option to order service very good staff helpful and friendly food made to order clean and tidy tables cleaned after every use

I usually eat in this McDonald's most of the time but after today how bad my order was messed up & most important I order a chicken legend and it was FISH! They put on it "rotten" so yeah this specific branch is fallen back on lots of standards as they lack any mangers most of the time I'm in.

I have visited many McDonalds. Usually they are well managed. However, this particular one is in anarchy. Staff that takes too long for this brand to take your order and give it to you. Please do something about this place.

Staff were horrible, not a clue how to speak to or treat people. Place needs restaffing. Wouldn't go back, ever.

Popped in here after cinema was very impressed you could order from the card machine and pick which zone and your food gets delivered to your table. Staff very friendly and very modern and clean

Vinimos aquí, no mucho tiempo después de que se abrió y no estaba mal, muy concurrido, como era de esperar, pero no es una mala experiencia. La segunda vez fui con mis dos hijos tan pronto como entramos nos miramos el uno al otro y nos fuimos de ahí otra vez, el lugar estaba lleno de niños y adolescentes sceaming corriendo de golpes y más cosas. Obviamente expecy de i a Mcdonald's a ser ocupados, pero esto era pésima para cualquier comida rápida. El personal es muy agradable y lo suficiente, aunque ya sé que no es su culpa estos niños no tienen respeto pero hay que hacer algo. Nunca hemos regresado a este nuevo Mcdonalds y prefieren el uno Darnley.

Esta es una franquicia, no un cadena McDonald's. Hemos estado dos veces en el último mes o así. La primera visita fue bueno, pero la última visita.
