One of the best fish and chips takeaway in Stirling... Have a substantial takeaway menu and all food is well prepared and really good..

The newly refurbished takeaway continues to offer its extensive and varied menu. There is a wide range of pizza and customers can customise their own to suit. These are uniformly excellent. Staff are friendly and efficient. Service is quick, even at busier times. 0ne of the highlights of my visits to Stirling!

Food was tasteless which was a disappointment as I read so many good reviews about this place. Food arrived in good time though

Ordered pizza and chips , loved both and staff couldn't be more helpful, heard from a friend that this shops changed owners recently and you can tell as it was really good food

Had the donner calzone and i was not disappointed, packed with donner and cheese, well worth the money, staff were pleasant and w3lcoming, chips were the best ive had in stirling.

I've given up finding a good chippy in Stirling. They are all so mediocre compared go what I was used to when I lived in the north of Scotland. The fish at this one was again greasy, super thin, very fishy smell and taste, batter so soggy in oil I wonder if I'll ever digest it by the end of this week.

Just been here, smallest portion of chips Ever for £2.30 and the tiniest pickled onion, everything fell out of the package as not wrapped properly. Not offered salt or vinegar so presumed we would get sachets, asked for salt and vinegar on dry chips and was told she couldn't touch the chip wrapper as I had touched it! Although she was more than happy to take my £20 note and give me change, my daughter asked for ketchup and it was just squirted all over her meal, utterly stupid inconsistent application of rules, do not go here it's run by idiots

Pedí desde aquí y esperé más de una hora antes de llamar para averiguar sobre mi pedido para que me dijeran que estará conmigo en un par de minutos.Entonces estaba esperando otra hora y todavía no llegó comida, muy mal, el servicio al cliente no volverá a ordenar desde aquí.

I was here yesterday, under cooked just warm haggis supper and dried up steak pie it was served by people that were rude no customer service skills, growling faces, to thanks NEVER EVER AGAIN

Been to many of chip shops all over Britain this is the worst one I have Bought from would not go back chips. tasteless reheated dry ended up going in the bin would definitely not recommend

Enviaron la orden incorrecta y el conductor trató de presionarme para que la aceptara; Muy cortésmente le dije que no me gustaba lo que habían enviado y que no quería aceptarlo. Luego apareció otro miembro del personal con un orden similar (pero aún no correcto) y fue muy agresivo, acusándome de ser grosero con el conductor sin siquiera preguntarme qué pasó. Cuando cortésmente le sugerí que lo investigara y nos hablara a los dos antes de acusarme, se negó, y dijo; "No, le creo". Ella era extremadamente agresiva y totalmente desdeñosa al escuchar lo que tenía que decir. Estoy muy conmocionado por este desagradable encuentro que no hice nada para provocar. Estoy realmente molesto de que alguien apareciera en mi casa y me hablara enojado cuando no hice absolutamente nada malo. Estoy temblando. Palidece en comparación con el resto de lo que sucedió, pero la comida también estaba bastante fría.

Food is good in here. Shame about the girl who mostly serves , I find her very rude and abrupt , then talks in Italian!

Llegó por un chip butty en un almuerzo de los miércoles que costó 2. Los chips estaban tibios, secos, sin sabor, claramente recalentados y se rasparon desde la parte posterior del barril de chips servidos en un rollo barato desabastecido y sin bollos. Apenas comestible. El total desperdicio de dinero y después de haber tenido buenos chips frescos de aquí en el pasado, no volveré. Hazte un favor y ve a otro lado! ! !
