Absolutely lovely staff, great food and great prices, was for the first time at a chip shop in years and couldn’t have chosen a better place to visit, in my opinion a must visit in Edinburgh if you want to go to have some authentic fish and chips, or a fried mars bar

Walked miles today and just wanted a drink and warm up. Fell on the rose cafe. Great prices and the guy was so accommodating. The food looked amazing especially the cakes. Atmosphere was chilled and the cafe was unique and warm with lovely deco. Definitely going back during our stay to sample the good.

A friend highly recommended this restaurant to me. She had been there 4 years ago and loved the experience. I followed her recommendation and I didn't regret it. I had a delicious breakfast, the atmosphere is beautiful and the service was very friendly. I ordered a croissant, baked eggs with spinach and bacon and a large coffee.

Venimos aquí para un regalo de cumpleaños. Hicimos la orden de camino al restaurante para que pudiéramos recoger. Primero nos dijeron que no había opción de carne de res, luego nos dijeron que no tenían bocados de queso de chile en nuestro pedido también, así que después de volver a hacer nuestro pedido tuvimos que esperar de todos modos a que se hiciera, el personal muy educado, la comida muy promedio, volvería... ... no.

Delicious coffee and great atmosphere

After being their honest costumer for over a year, I have been really enjoying such a nice place for piping hot night food~ I personally favor their chicken pakora and mix doner series( kebab and wraps). the wraps are freshly handmade from dough and so do the pizzas. They get a huge portion of doner in every dish. Really friendly staff and they even remember me with warm greetings! The shop has a quite stylish collection of notes from massive countries which is fascinating, as I can find my own country’s stuff up the wall, also with some crazzz stuff like 500 million zimbabwe dollars notes which worth less than a penny(LOL). Overall, 10 out of 10! سلام

Easily the tastiest pork sandwich I have had in my memory. I choose the sage and onion stuffing with apple sauce and every bite was delicious! Coming from the states and having had a lot of pulled pork sandwiches, I was pleasantly surprised by how much better this is in comparison. Was curious about adding the stuffing but it resulted in an especially succulent result. I would not hesitate to return and if I lived in Edinburgh, this would easily replace my weekly lunches at Chick Fil A!
