Esta es la tercera vez que pasó. Recoger comida de allí y nuggets de pollo no se encontraron allí cuando regresó a casa. Llámalos y pregúntales por qué todo esto sucede de nuevo. La chica fue grosera por teléfono y dijo que no lo sabía. Venir de tan lejos. El servicio necesita mejorar

Absolute joke! 1 hour 40 mins, we ring up and it wasn’t even cooked yet! Had to cancel and eat a f**king sandwich for Mother’s Day as at 8pm my kids still hadn’t had any tea and it was past my youngests bedtime. Thanks for ruining the one day of a year I don’t have to cook! If you’re so busy don’t take anymore orders or at least be honest about how long it was going to take!

This is a restaurant to avoid! The outside seating is filthy covered in bird poop and no shade at all. The food was awful I ate a 3rd of my fish cake and did not touch the chips which looked and smelt like the day befores warmed up! The scampi was more batter than scampi and it was over cooked bordering on a dark brown and was hard and full of oil. The fish and chips was much the same although its batter was bright yellow, very oily and 2 x batter to fish. The lady serving at the till was rude, unhelpful and I am sure she hates her job as she showed no pleasure in serving. Please don't take my word for it if you don't believe the food could be that bad, try it and leave a review maybe that will shake them up.

The best fish and chips I've ever eaten. Yes maybe the owner is not very friendly to some people but he is definitely not rude to everyone. We waited a while, but the restaurant culture is to serve the fish hot and fresh, they do not serve the fish by cooking it and keeping it waiting. It tastes amazing. Our Friday Night Classic

Hash brown missing from order. Double sausage and egg only had 1 sausage. We already check that the order has the correct amount of food, I didn’t know we also had to unwrap each burger to make sure that was correct too 🤦🏼‍♀️

Gran personal amable de la tienda puede estar ocupado los fines de semana, pero mis pedidos siempre han sido correctos y cálidos 100% recomiendo para la comida rápida

not good there was a 15 year old in the back called abu and he was regurgitating all of the food and feeding it to his siblings im not sure what happens back there behind those closed doors i think i got fed a bit of the food abu made didnt taste too well but the gravy was good

Was given four huge merangues as a present. My friend, on holiday in the area, bought them and they travelled 200 miles without damage! Lovely, interesting flavours. Unusual.

This place is just amazing Kai is by dat the best worker there he’s so nice, would recommend 100% Have to make this 100 characters, Kai, keep up the amazing work I will be back, probs Monday lol

Absolutely awful cheap trays that are in half wen you get home. Asked for chips curry and sausage. Got chips gravy pea’s & sausage looked like a tray of sick peas was all hard

Stopped here while waiting for a bus after work one rainy evening. The food was good as usual for subway. I had enough points for a foot long sub that made my evening. Only 4 stars because I had to wait outside as the poor staff guy had to lock the door to use the toilet as people have walked in and robbed stuff before when he doesn't. Not his fault at all though. He was polite, hygienic, and efficient. It's a shame that businesses in 2024 still function with the solo worker gig. What if something happens to him? Sort it out.

Just finished work and stopped off to get 2 beef & onion pasties. When I opened it up it was so flat and inside the bit of meat was in a ball in the middle rest was soggy pastry if you can call it that. Over £6 for 2 pasties total rip off. Threw in bin 🤢

Ordenado 3 juegos de pescado con papas fritas entregados 2 de ellos saben bien un sabor a pescado viejo huele y saben mal , llámalos y reportó señora por teléfono explicó que todos vienen de un contenedor que está bien así que lo que debería ser el siguiente paso, al menos deberían disculparse u ofrecerse a reemplazar la comida, se le cayó el teléfono fin de la conversación, im un cliente habitual durante mucho tiempo nunca hizo una sola queja solo ahora sin embargo suena no feliz por supuesto, mal servicio al cliente oh bueno 👎👎👎

Mi orden nunca llega. Intenté llamar pero no contesté, la línea estaba ocupada. Traté de obtener ayuda de la aplicación - solo comer, pero podía obtener cualquier ayuda. Intenté cancelar mi pedido pero se llevaron el importe completo
