The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

I ordered a takeaway end of july, i got the deal so two sandwiches for £22 i used uber eats, once this came it was only one order not two of the same. I requested a refund to which it said my order was not eligible as i did receive my order… even though this wasn’t complete. I called the store who said that if i was happy to do so the next time i ordered they would send two if i pay for one. Since they were footlongs anyway myself and my partner shared the meal and didn’t think any more of it. We went on out holiday for three weeks and having been back around two we remembered we could order our subway. We chose to do this, called the store before ordering to confirm this was still ok to be told by a woman this was still fine. I placed the order and with no option to leave a note i called again, to be mocked and even laughed at by a man that said it’s been a long time and i can’t do this- terrible customer service. If your staff fail to deal with customer complaints inefficiently then they’re probably only learning from the poorly mannered man that dealt with me. Nothing more to say on this store except, manage your store better, provide a better service and don’t be a dick

Wait was quick, the milkshakes seem to have gone downhill since I last had them a couple years ago. Large size has gone but price retained.

If you have issues when ordering direct, top right of order page is a “help” button, use it, they are helpful getting a refund but … you must of tried by calling the store yourself, but it does work 30/06/24 update, made the big mistake of ordering from here again, Chicken shish and lamb doner combo, no lamb doner, just 5/6 pieces of rubbish chicken swimming in sauce. Was told it was human error and accidents happen … yes but this is the second time this has happened now and I am paying for it. Fries were $*#t as well. If anyone sees me near this place again, shoot me … see below … Every time I leave a negative review on their site someone gives a 5* good one, this has to be a lucky person or with low standards or the owner or friend Mixed chicken shish and doner on Halloween 31st October and a horror of burnt doner meat, hard dry tasteless chicken and over salted chips. March’24 and tried again ordering chicken shish with doner and chips, the “chips” were like empty hollow bags of crisps or too hard to eat. Can’t say what the kebab was like because they emptied a whole jar of mayonnaise on it and so could not taste any chilli sauce so no point putting it on really, the chicken was again hard and dry, so much mayonnaise on it that the container went so soft i had to be careful picking it up or it would split open and all fall out on the floor. Absolutely disgusting but glad to of found a much better place and cheaper too, look around because these really don’t care at all Are the good reviews from staff, friends and family ? Take the money and run !!!

Slim chicken rude staff that ban you for ring up to complain about the wrong food and it being slimy and not even cooking from there restaurant witch there food licence is for

Very slow to get food. Food is always look warm and coke is flat

Having items missing or the number of chicken pieces being wrong on delivery orders for a third time is the final straw. Won't be ordering ever again.

Driver called me as couldn’t find my house and never delivered my order
