Great kebabs and service, among the tastiest Donna meat I’ve had and I’ve had quite a few in London, their Chilli sauce is tasty, next time I’m in Dover I’ll be paying them a visit

Food and coffee typical costa standard. Let down by the staff. We were in the hotel next door for two days and intended to breakfast there. 1st day we arrived 20mins after advertised opening and they were only just getting ready so we ended up in the McDonald's as did two other customers (opened about 15 to 20 minutes later) Following day we arrived 15.minutes after opening, waited couple. Of minutes girl removed the board at entrance, then was off hand when we asked if it was OK to go in, then we still had to wait for the counter staff to get ready. OK food. And drink but could really do with getting act together.

I miss the cheesy chips and gravy so much. I love the service and the speed of food. It’s such a joy to be there.

Food is always fast and hot and staff are generally nice. The parking can be an issue as the car park is small and there is a limit on time. Also, teenagers tend to loiter around the entrance which can be off putting.

Didn't recieve all my order and when contacted they still didn't rectify the order food was freezing cold chips were like rubber nuggets were burnt and so was the bottom burger bun absolutely awful

I visited this place yesterday and the food was hot and yum. Overall very good experience. Only 1 things i want to mentioned It would be great if some drinks holder was provided to hold two or three drinks from the drive-thru customers. Sometimes it is difficult to keep a cup in the car, let alone someone who takes two or three meals to take home. Otherwise very good, easy access.

Used this place for many years. However last couple of times I've been left wondering why. Poorly presented food. Late deliveries and poor service.

Food is dry, they give very little amount of sauce and it tastes quite old.

I made an Uber Eats order with ETA 40 minutes at 19:15 and my order arrived at 20:55!!! Moreover, I ordered chicken burger and received a beef burger, ordered the new doritos sticks and they didn't have the doritos cover they were just plain white chicken sticks. The Icy fanta drink I ordered came melted and only 25% of the cup had actual liquid with 1 huge block of ice in the cup. Cheesy fries came without the cheese and I paid extra to have them. There was promised extra advertisement from the store when you spend more than 25£, I spent 40£ overall and didn't receive anything. Extremely dissatisfied with the service I will never even think to dine it or order again. The worst place to ever eat from!

I ordered a takeaway end of july, i got the deal so two sandwiches for £22 i used uber eats, once this came it was only one order not two of the same. I requested a refund to which it said my order was not eligible as i did receive my order… even though this wasn’t complete. I called the store who said that if i was happy to do so the next time i ordered they would send two if i pay for one. Since they were footlongs anyway myself and my partner shared the meal and didn’t think any more of it. We went on out holiday for three weeks and having been back around two we remembered we could order our subway. We chose to do this, called the store before ordering to confirm this was still ok to be told by a woman this was still fine. I placed the order and with no option to leave a note i called again, to be mocked and even laughed at by a man that said it’s been a long time and i can’t do this- terrible customer service. If your staff fail to deal with customer complaints inefficiently then they’re probably only learning from the poorly mannered man that dealt with me. Nothing more to say on this store except, manage your store better, provide a better service and don’t be a dick

Despite delivery estimate being 19:15. And asking for an update which was then moved to 19:50. 45 minutes later. Still no food. Can’t get hold of them as it states “BT call minder your call cannot be taken” I wouldn’t mind it was one burger and chips haha god forbid they had a big order. Don’t order from these cowboys. Idiots
