The worst eceoerience, a guy and girl at the drive thru, were so rude, he said to me at one point if I wasn’t behind a window! I could not belive how I was spoken to , immediately told my husband who ended up the coffee place but fortunately for him , he wasn’t workin at that time! All I can say is the staff are so rude! They need to take in to consideration which idiots they are hiring

Made a quick stop here after visiting Bolton Parkrun before walking back to the train station. Ordered a Blonde Iced Latte which if I am honest I found it a little bland but that is probably just my taste buds. The service was good but and the staff did well keeping up with the demand. Will make a return the next time I am in Bolton.

we went through the drive thru yesterday 28th march 2023, and we were spoken to at the speaker by a lovely girl, then at the window spoken to by a young girl called Emily, she was extremely polite and had lovely manners, she was great to talk to and it’s lovely to see in a drive thru, she really is an asset to the team! well done emily!

I use the drive-through for this Starbucks on Manchester Road quite frequently usually early in the morning so there’s not much of a queue. I cannot fault the service it’s usually quite fast and efficient have to admit I think prices are little bit high now for a latte but saying that this is my go to treat to start the day.

This is spouse to be a flat white useless beside waiting half an hours for it everyday I have same problem Iam feed up with them surprises they getting pays for the job they do

I drove through with my little girl in my larger car, which I have anxiety of manoeuvring around tight corners and their layout isn’t the greatest. Concentrating so much I completely missed the order window and arrived at the collection window to an angry look of disbelief from the waitress. I apologised and said I was a million miles away and said surely I could order he to which I was told no. So I asked if with her headset she could go back over to where she would take the order and place my order there. I was rudely and abruptly told no again. She did mentally consider it for a moment but said no and I had to drive around again. When I asked why she said because if there is any one else it won’t be fair. There was no one else there. I asked is it because she won’t or because she was not allowed to which she simply said wasn’t allowed, I gave her her get out. I refused to drive around again and instead drove across town to a more welcoming Starbucks to get my little girl her gluten free drink simply because of the arrogance and sheer pig headed of this particular girl at the Bolton Manchester Road branch. I asked at the other branch if that was correct and they said it’s a pain hit ok problem at all. No problem. I’ve told my little girl that is our new Starbucks. The only reason I have left this review is because of the rudeness and attitude of 1 staff member. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I hope she learns better.

Been a regular customer here for a while. The coffee is my favourite and never disappoints! All the staff are friendly and helpful, Leon being one of the nicest baristas I’ve ever been served by! Highly recommend to anyone :)

Visited drive thru for a blonde latte. Friendly guy took my order and a surly girl who didn't say a word handed it to me. Drove a few miles and took a mouthful. In a word 'disgusting'. There was a really unpleasant, almost cleaning fluid after taste that made me feel sick. I drink blonde latte all the time so know what it's supposed to taste like. First time at Manchester Road Bolton and it'll be my last. Drink went straight in the bin and £4.70 wasted. Really disappointed.

Staff were amazing and so friendly, the drinks and breakfast collection was a huge, however the drinks were made amazingly, the service was quite fast and clean.

After a long day at work and drive home I thought it’d be nice to stop at Starbucks for a coffee and snack. I was served at the till by a pleasant chap but things went downhill after that. As Ruta made my coffee I politely smiled at her and she scowled at me. I was passed my food by the pleasant chap so decided to sit down and eat. Ruta didn’t tell me my coffee was ready and decided to just leave it on the side. It was only once she was clearing the clutter from my table (previous guests) that I wondered what I’m had happened to my drink. I turned to see it being fondled by another customer trying to work our who’s drink was who’s. Will avoid in future if Ruta is working. Yes, I’ve only spend £10 there but an pleasant experience isn’t too much to ask for right?

Simple order, two espressos and two oatmeal’s with jam. The mrs wanted an extra jam. This would have been easy to order and done in less than 30 seconds, my dog however had spotted another one going by and was going ape! I kindly asked the man for a minute, wound the window up, told the dog off, wound the window back down. Bearded gent serving was happy to help us and was patient throughout. Was very friendly whilst our order was being prepared and chatted to us. Drive thrus are often quick affairs where they’re supposed to be quick and hassle free, this one wasn’t but your employee handled it brilliantly and in such a friendly way.

Used to love going here - lovely coffee and always preferred it to Costa as the coffee was a lot stronger. However, the last few times i have been and ordered my usual Latte it has been really weak and tastes as though it barely has coffee in. I'm not sure if they have changed the coffee they use but i now go to the local BP garage instead as the coffee is the same strength as it used to be. Very disappointed as i am a loyalty card member which i cannot use at the garage but would rather have a decent coffee!!

Popped in today , whilst I waited for new tyres at Kwick Fit next door . Lovely place , Staff lovely . Frappuccino spot on . Plus I enjoyed listening to the jazz music playing . Thank you x

From the outside nice new building, staff friendly but the whole place seems souless like it short of comfy couches. The coffee ain't nothing to write home about lukewarm Americano and very bitter taste sorry Starbucks.
