Unfortunately we have given Freddie's a chance to often. They take well over the time to deliver, an hour and 30 minutes +. The order was not complete, was cold and they were rude on the phone. Honestly do not know why businesses behave like this. If you cannot do the order in time, just say so. Waiting for nearly two hours after a long hard day's work is taking the mickey. Shame as when they first opened they were decent.

Ordered from here a few times the food is always fresh, tasty and good size portions. The gravy tastes the same as KFC gravy or even better in my opinion. Restaurant is clean and staff are very friendly would definetely recommend

Ordered from here and found the chicken in my burger was raw 🤢🤢 wouldn’t recommend unless you want food poisoning 🤮

First time ordering from here with Uber eats due to having a 50% off code. The normal prices are not to bad and delivery was fairly quick. The food was very nice and high for takeaway standard. The kebab was juicy and spicy which was a great as a lot of kebabs can be dry and have no taste however, this kebab was the opposite. The chips were average and the pizza base was very nice along with the full pizza. Would order again.

Avoid this place disgusting took all my money online Uber eat over charged me 18 and food uncooked and pizza all soggy and disgusting stuff missing off the order and disgusting filithy food was vile I didn’t get a full refund back from Uber eats this place took all the money grabbers disgusting disgusting horrible. If want die fast don’t waste your money on here

Ordered for our family tea, still not arrived 3 hours later even after numerous phone calls. had the audacity to blame just eat.

Couldn’t speak English asked how long it would be for collection and he said so beans and burger so I couldn’t be bothered with it so sacked it

Was waiting 2 and a half hours and got a text saying they couldn’t find my address what iv ordered many times called up to find out that there was no delivery drivers because one had gone home sick and the other was ARRESTED !!! Then told me I could collect it then when I got there asked me to pay even though I already did on my card. Then I was waiting outside they shop and a new delivery driver came out !!!! And last time I ordered their customer service skills were appalling they told us that “ they will just have to block us” because we wanted to chancel a order that was again 3 hours late , over all bad service and rude people.

food is great its the delivery drivers that are rude, Not professional didnt have any customer service skills.

The food is absolutely amazing and at affordable prices. I would highly recommend Freddy's. The best in the area.

Food is fresh, low cost and quite enjoyable. Service is not perfect but home delivery is always earlier than expected at a great price
