Awful, sandwiches delivered flat half battered hardly any toppings on. Avoid not worth the extortion money.

Ordered 3 subway sandwiches from Hoylake for 1:00pm and at 2:00pm it still hadn't turned up!!! The subway Hoylake will not answer phone after hour of trying. Do not order to be delivered you will be let down. I will never order from them again, being local will never order from my local again.......

I am a very regular customer of Subway and have relied on them during lockdown a lot due to long working hours etc.. the team at Hoylake led by Vicky are a credit to Subway, great food and service from a great team.. Vicky is always smiling and has a great rapport with customers.. thank you to all the team 🎉🎉

Vic,Sue and the team are always incredibly chatty and friendly whenever I’m in the shop. Really shows how well they get on with the community and how well liked they are. Service is always quick and food is alwaaaays good.

Always enjoy going to subway for the lovely salads and the smiling welcoming faces of the many staff there :)

I visited here for my lunch today, as I do regularly, when I was overcharged for my sandwich, I complained to the staff but as they didn’t give me the option to get my receipt when the ordered, they wouldn’t do anything about it, a lot of the staff are NOT the kindest and most helpful, I was very disappointed

I had never been to subway before but on Boxing Day it was the only choice on a trip to West Kirby. However I was really pleasantly surprised! It felt like a bakery experience and the food was tasty, warming and good quality.

Ate here one midweek lunch with 2 adults and 2 kids, food was distinctly average for a subway, sandwiches not evenly filled, for example. The worst thing was that there were only 2 staff that worked here and were so busy serving customers that they didn't clean any tables. Customers were having to do it themselves with baby wipes and napkins. Not good, I wouldn't go back.

I live not far from Subway and I use the store at least once a week. I mostly order take away sandwiches but on occasions we have sat in, it's always busy so sometimes hard to get a table. The food is always fresh and tasty, not once have I not eaten it. The staff are always friendly when I go in there and always try to create the deal that works out the cheapest way possible, they always ask how you are and tell you to have a nice day. Sometimes the store is a bit messy but that's only on say the school holidays or busy weekends, the queues are out the door some days so I appreciate staff are tending to sandwiches and tables can get a bit full when no one puts there rubbish in the provide bin. I wouldn't go anywhere else in hoylake for a sandwich but there.

I visited this subway a few months ago and did not write a review, the lady who served me seemed to be in a very bad mood and clearly hated her job, she made no eye contact and hardly acknowledged me. Service was slow and poor and I was tempted to leave however I was with a hungry teenager. I vowed never to visit again and I have not. I was prompted to write this review when I was walking past Subway a few evenings ago and witnessed a staff member pulling faces (in an aggressive manner, as if to say 'what are you looking at') at a person outside. The staff member had finished eating a sandwich and seemed upset that a passer by was looking at her. It is a shame that this unit lets the other Subways down.

After a disappointing day we needed some food, decided to go here, staff were great, could not help more which was really lovely. Thank you

The staff are so kind and friendly, the shop is always clean. They manage to clean the store every night, even with the high volume of the customers in Hoylake. It is such a nice place to be when in and around Hoylake.

Rude slow service, below average food, and i wouldn't sit in there even is someone paid me! Safe yourself the money don't go.

I felt as though there was no cleaning regime in place after observing greasy tables, unclean floor and distinctly indifferent staff. I agree with all the other reviewers. This place should be closed down and deep cleaned. Cannot believe it is still open. Awful place!

Dreadful filthy dirty floors uncleared tables overflowing bins and no loo roll in the toilets the food was very poor as was the salad.has to be the worst subway I've ever been in

one of the worst subway i have used food sloppy service not good i wont use this one again and will go back to using moreton

I was pleased when subway opened their branch in hoylake, but the food since its opening has been consistantly awful, its like soup on a roll, vile vile
