The food here was so bad that my dogs turned their nose up at it, it took 2hrs to deliver for less than a few miles away. The food wasn't fresh, it arrived nigh on cold and the fact this place is allowed to operate on a high street is scandalous. I'll be reporting them to the local council and trading standards.

I had an issue with an order, called customer service and they hung up the call on me

The food never came to our house, so our driver clearly delivered our food to someone else and never asked for the code or phoned us to confirm if he was unsure or couldn’t find the right house

I visited yesterday with my children and have to commend how clean this McDonald’s was. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was fresh and hot. It was refreshing to see clean tables and staff eager to help. Thank you.

The service is shocking. Definitely not fast food. Waited 25 minutes for food. When asked where our food was, one or people were apologetic the rest were dismissive and didn’t care. This place has gone seriously downhill in the last few months.

Sat in click and collect bay for over 30 minutes (whilst cars which got there after me were getting served), after going in to collect the food myself I was stood waiting for assistance for another 5 minutes, after finally getting the food it was cold.

Slow and always come out with something missing

Absolutely shocking service. Took over an hour for food to arrive the £9.99 meal deal and they couldn't even get that right. Missed out the fries and then refused a refund. How can you miss out fries and not refund? How about train your staff or employ staff who know what they're doing under pressure. If you'd like me to come and train your staff let me know, I work well under pressure with good customer service. Will I be coming here again to spend my well earned money? No chance PS: Your store stinks, pass it on.

Absolute Slow Service around 5 Am. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes for my order to collect. Saw the person mopping and then preparing food without any use of gloves . Like Absolute 0 Hygiene

What can I say..... Atmosphere only got 1 star because the Halloween decoration effort was cobwebs on the tills and a couple of window stick on bats... Wow! The service got 1 star because the floor staff helped me with the order, which I was grateful for, but the order came with a toy and not the book as ordered, also I was given chicken nuggets and not the hamburger I ordered, not the floor staffs fault, but the fault of the staff putting the order together.... Wow! It's not rocket science. Read the order that was printed off and don't just chuck any old order together. Thank you for disappointing 2 excited grandsons. Next time I will check my order, however simple it might be, to make sure I get the right stuff.
