Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

My wife and I were staying at Whitecliff bay holiday park and fancied fish and chips, we chose this chippy as it was the nearest to us, what a mistake that was. We got refried chips that were inedible, they went in the bin. The fish was ok, not much taste though, at £15 for 2 small portions of just about edible fish we fllelt well and truly ripped off.

There were 5 staffs at Greggs and they let 1 trainee on a till with 20 people waiting in a queue. The rest of the staff were acting busy and seem like they were working on the same thing despite the fact that the whole queue was waiting. I waited 20 mins until my turn but there were only 2 customers in front of me. Absolutely terrible staff arrangement and all the staff ignored the presence of a long queue. I was there at 16:25pm, got my food at 16:45.

Ordered two pieces of chicken & chips plus a pot of beans. The beans was the size of a thimble I went back saying have you charged me £2.00 for this thimble. One word RIP OFF.

Ordered 3 starters no sauce or salad sent, got to be the worst Indian food I’ve ever tasted, dry , bland , rubbery. Cupar more like a pizza bread , rice over cooked, curry appalling. Phoned manager collected and said he’d replace the food and when I rang he then chose to offer a small discount rather than replace. The usual poor cocky attitude. Their chef needs to either go to Pandora or the Bay of Bengal on a cooking course. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ABSOLUTELY APPAULING
