I ordered my food at 16:30. It didn’t get here until 6. I got an estimated delivery of 17:00-17:20. It kept changing. The driver was at the restaurant for 40 Minutes. I am so angry. The food which was supposed to be toasted wasn’t. The waffle fries were cold. Stone cold to the point i didn’t eat them. The drink spilt everywhere. There was no sauce with my fries. I am so unhappy. I paid £16 for cold food with sauce missing which was an hour late and i waited a hour for. Im upset.

Driver was apparently at restaurant for over 50 minutes yet it shut at 830 and got out order at 9 16

OMG I have had the most delicious 6” sub. It was toasted cheese, bacon melt with tomato ketchup and caramelised onions. I am not normally a lover of subway however credit where it is due, this is an amazing sub.

My expected delivery time kept getting later and later. When it did come the nachos were stone cold. Also the foot long subway didn’t come with pepperoni which I paid extra to have in the sub And states on receipt I added to order. Salad only thing arrived with no problems.

EVERY TIME I ORDER, THE FOOD DELIVERED IS WRONG. the incompetence is TERRIBLE. How can you not read an order and follow it?

my food was soggy, i got the wrong cookie.. i waited way over an hour and a half for this food for it to be cold and soggy i want a full refund immediately, i called and the worker said it would be twn minutes, it was longer than half an hour after that.

Orders 4 packets on x3 chocolate chip cookies and only 1 pack showed up. Called up the store and they said I had to contact just eat when I just wanted the cookies to be delivered.

Initially said 3:55-4:15 delivery. Arrived at 4:38 after time was amended. The salad has no red onions and the wedges were freezing cold so they were binned and my subway was cold as usual. I am never ordering from Subway again on the app as it’s a shocking service, always late and overdue and ALWAYS missing items, given the wrong items and it’s always cold.

The food was cold and when I called restaurant at 14:40 they told that driver left at 13:45 but he came arround 14:55 and when I asked the driver he said he was at restaurant at 14:30 . But in my app it was still showing that “ food is being prepared “ . Any way I got my food arround 14:55 and it was unacceptable!!

This subway in the town centre of Welwyn Garden City serves sandwiches toasted to perfection. However, wrapping of those sandwiches demands an extra care which not only this but most of the subway's lack. The atmosphere is quiet most of the time as I've seen most people get their grab on the go. Service provided is awesome as they take extra care for what a customer needs. I would rate a 4 or 4.5 for this place.

The roll was flat as a pancake filling all over the paper ..wrong crisp sent ...was not informed the ones I wanted no longer in stock ...first time of ordering from subway and the last 😩 😫 😒

The tracker said that the driver was at subway for around 30 minutes before finally leaving. The total delivery time was over an hour when the maximum time stated when I ordered was 45 minutes. Then the driver gave me a completely different sub and drink to the one I ordered. I'm not happy with this at all!

2 out of 5 subs were not toasted with cheese even though stated on the receipt. The hash browns and cheese bites were stone cold and had to be reheated at home.

Missing items, no care taken in constructing the salad and minimal salad not worth the price paid. Beyond disappointed, I am actually disgusted, I would pay £20 for two salads in a restaurant this is not value for money and combined with getting the order wrong AGAIN I won’t be going back

I don't know what caused this but break was on its way to staleness.No delivery driver available for 30-45 mins. Spoke to Subway and they said the driver was not their own but provided by ust Eat and I should get in touch with them. There was a chance the shop would close before they could fulfill my order. But the driver arrived a few minutes before closing. Then a further 30 mins to get the order to me. To be fair to the driver, when he set off it said delivery in 27 mins. Prob got here in 17 mins.

So happy it was not hot food we where waiting on and only Salad. Called subway a few times who where not helpful at all with helping where my delivery was. Transpired the delivery drivers car broke down but he had not bothered to let Sub Way. Then one salad box was not even full with the ratio of the other box been fuller. You go figure on this one.

Good service but the shop forgot some bits of order

i orderd my food around 11:16 and received it past 12 o'clock, this is shocking as it was such a small order. when my food finally arrived it was cold and the 'toasted' sandwich i payed for wasn't toasted, the hashbrowns were soggy and there was no sauce with them even though i chose a bbq sauce..

Was the staff here having a lay in yesterday 13/05/2023 arrived for a coffee at 08:20 fair enough the time said opening at 08:30 so waited looked around the very busy world food market that would off all probably liked a coffee to 08:45 still not open so i decided to use greggs instead like the other traders setting up shop at time… if you can’t be bothered to run a business please don’t I use many subways and yours I shall not be attending again the key to a successful company is word off mouth and by looking at the rest off the reviews I’m surprised your still trading
