food was perfect very delicious arrived hot and was delivered politely

my Drinks were forgotten on the order and there isn't a way to just get a refund for them.. I can't refund a full meal just because I didn't get the drinks I paid extra for. this shouldn't be the case as I'm out money now through your terrible system..

When the weather gets cooler, the food gets delivered barely warm, if only the delivery guys used bags that keep the food warm as it should be. The whoppers were a bit too greasy, but the temperature of your food needs to improve.

Order wrong the, burger was cold and bun burnt. 'Chicken' disgusting. Only ok item was fries. Service in drive thru: slow and had to repeat order multiple times. Free parking at Galleria car park as went after 6pm.

Worst experience i’ve had. No updates, the food was not delivered despite the driver marking it as delivered. I have no idea where it was given but I spent money on this AND used £2 credit. I want a full refund and compensation, this is unacceptable.

Everything was perfect, they have juice service, you pay for a glass and you can refill it for free, the location is visited by many young people, who didn't pay anything, they serve themselves without any of the service staff stopping them, it's not fair, but I personally did not like this.

Ordered through deliveroo, managed to mess whole order up. Vegan bean burger not there, sent chicken nuggets instead of vegan. What happened to all that supposed Allergy training that's law! absolutely joke of a burger king will not use nor recommend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. Staff obviously need re training on how to make a order and deliver. Poor ! Poor! Poor!!!!

On my order says 1 large fries and 1 small fries, it would be a good idea if you put them separately so we can know that it's the correct order and nothing is missing. Other than that everything is good. Thank you.

The driver was "at the restaurant" for around thirty minutes. The Burger King branch did not pick up the phone when I called to ask for an update. And by the time the food was delivered, it was stone cold. Very unimpressed indeed.

The food is often cold from BK but at least the chilli cheese bites are usually good. This time the food was cold and they didn’t even give me my chilli cheese bites. I called 3 times and no answer. Bring me my food or refund it please.

Really cold food! And called me when I really said please no contact delivery? very greedy delivery drivers and food chains? so I pay 11 pounds for the food and delivery more than 4 pounds? So you think that you deserve a tip? Food is cold, I already pay all the charges including the tip? And the food is not edible? And you call when you are outside because you want more money? Shame on you!

it was hard to locate the Burger King Drive Thru since i mistakenly join McDonald's Drive Thru queue and it took me 12mins. The drive Thru service was fast and the lady was polite. i will return with my family this weekend.

Went in thinking it's got be nice as haven't had one for a long time what a disappointment the chips was only warm and the burger was cold wish I hadn't wasted my money the burgers have got smaller and the price has gone up no milkshakes again why has the machine always broke sorry waste of money

Enjoyed our visit. The team were welcoming, professional and efficient. Food was served hot and fresh. Facilities were clean and tidy.

Only thing wrong with I ordered a classic coke but received a Diet Coke which I’m allergic to.

The food temperature from Burger King always makes me hesitant on whether i should get a takeaway from them, as it has been "hit and miss" on previous orders. This delivery was good, the temperature was fine, please ask your delivery drivers in Hatfield to always use a warm bag to carry the food in, but it would be better if the cold drinks were supplied away from the warm food.

Arrived at 7pm, Galleria and BK empty. BK full of unclean tables from previous diners and the front of house guy was more interested in refilling his own soft drink than clearing and cleaning tables.

Had visited the store with friends and having discount vouchers. The restaurant was very clean and team was very helpful.

Delivery was fine just a shame the people that work in the store don’t know what they’re doing. I’m now £14 down and with food I can’t eat.

Fries are a bit salty but the burger is superb. Overall good customer service.

Got charged for more than we had & burnt my chin on lid fitted badly on coffee

The manager asked my family to sit down and he politely brought our food to the table. Nice customer service

Staff were rude and slow. Female especially rude. Literally tossed out meal on the counter top in a bag. Told her it was to eat in to which she then took a a tray and tossed that next to the bag of food. Everyone's food was nice & hot but my whopper was luke warm, chips were hot though. Restaurant was a mess even though there were only 7 other people eating in the restaurant we had to ask staff to clear a table for our little family. We don't often eat burger king it's not a regular thing and after this experience it will certainly not be somewhere we will return to.
