Very cheap and good quality grill peri peri chiken

Food was perfect. Staff were lovely. Amazing chef. Will be coming back.

Order a chicken doner wrap and specifically said do not want chilli sauce as I have a heart condition and if I eat anything spicy I tend to have attacks, sadly this was the case on Sunday evening, plus they got my partners order wrong and the kids burger and chips were cold. We requested a refund however the very rude man on the phone wanted the food back (why would you want the food back) can’t exactly resell the food. The delivery lady then got on the phone explained we will get a refund Wednesday and guess what phoned again today and all we got was abuse over the phone

Ordered about 4 or 5 times from this place, and 3 times there’s been something wrong with my order. (First time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which didn’t have bacon in it, even though it cost extra specifically for that, the second time I ordered a stuffed crust pizza which had no stuffed crust, again coast extra, the third time I ordered sausage and chips, I received no chips at all). The first time I didn’t complain because it couldve just been a one time mistake for all I knew, the second time couldn’t have been a coincidence so I complained. And then after a few months of not ordering, I gave them another try to see if they’ve improved and clearly they hadn’t. With the 3rd instance, when I called i was talked to rather rudely by the man on the phone, who said I hadn’t ordered sausage and chips, just sausage. as I was checking the order online he immediately hung up, after calling back I corrected him and said I had in fact ordered sausage and chips. He then apologised and was willing to redeliver chips for me. They seem somewhat willing to help you if you have a problem however I honestly need to stress that this place seems too much hassle to bother with. The last instance was the final straw and I won’t be ordering from here again.

The customer service is good and Murrat and Miguel have been very accommodating regards delivery as we seem to be outside the delivery area a little, they made exception, amazing customer service. Despite being further away the food arrived hot. Amazing chicken Donna and the calzone is great value, very well filled and tasty. I was in their area and had takeaway, so I kepto their details for delivery to my home, as mentioned Im further out but they still delivered - thank you Murrat and the team for great service, food and dedication. SERIOUSLY AVOID! I had a really bad experience ordering from this place. The charcoal grill special we ate did smell weird when it arrived. Didn’t think we’d spend whole weekend throwing up! It’s a shame as I hardly write bad reviews but on this it had to be done!

I went there with my best friend and we ordered the same thing burger and chips, The chips were crispy but soft the burger bun was soft and moist and plenty of delicious lattice with tomato and the cheese was melted amazingly onto a delicious burger party

If I said it was fantastic it would be an understatement the foot is great and it was fast. Highly recommend you come here

Usless. Can't even follow simple instructions on how I would like Mt kebab done. Instead do the total opposite. Will never use again. And portions very small

Live in the village been using this place on several occasions picked up a a special grill tonight it was probably the worse meal we have had from there in years. The rice was so greasy was inedible the meat was fatty and undercooked as we asked for well done doner meat. It was expensive yet the portions were so small compares to previous meals in all they will never get another penny of my money I will be happy to travel out of the area in future

We usually have our food delivered. It is always on time and the food is still hot. Varied menu and friendly staff.

Allways mess up the order burgers come soggy kebab is soo greasy i could use it to lubricate a digger rank place avoid them

Ordered here for the first time in a while.Got a mix kebab and chips for 16:50 ,which isn't really cheap for a kebab.Salad was miserly not fresh and came with no tomato or peppers and I'm sorry to say that I spent a good deal of time the next day on the toilet.!!!!!! The app was very clunky to order from and the only saving grace was the fact it arrived within a half an hour.On the whole certainly an experience best forgotten( I have since deleted their app) There is too much choice these days to put up with service like this?

I’ve used this fast food place now a few times The last 2 times was very greasy When I picked up my kebab wrap and my wife the grease just ran out It was much worse than last time this time I absolutely couldn’t even eat it Sad 😞 to say guys sort I’m not using you until you do

I love this Take away restaurant But for the first time it was very poor very greasy couldn’t Finnish when it went cold I had to scrape my plate with hard greasy fat One of the things I’ve always loved about this shop was food I will try one more time if it’s like this again I’ll be moving on Please guy’s keep your high standards

Shish kebab had 4 small bits of chicken and a few bits of salad. Chips were not great. Pizza was OK I guess. Overall food quality was below standard. I won't be ordering again unfortunately.

Food was nice but the service was terrible ..rude grumpy and was rushed to eat our food ..the floor was being swept whilst we ate which I thought was the wrong thing to do …one thing is for sure ..will not be visiting again

Since the silver jubilee in potters bar closed, have been looking for somewhere nearby that does a decent doner. A hard act to follow. I thought this was better than all in potters Bar, and nice that they had a couple of tables to eat in.

Kebab had a hair in it. We just came back from a long trip and my family was so hungry. We stop at this place and we were disgusted by how unclean it was and we ended up finding a hair!

2nd time ordering from here first time was OK tonight it was not very good I thought I'd try the pizza big mistake too much cheese on it so it didn't cook the dough properly and half the order not there they did deliver missing items and my partner said his burger was very nice so I have given an extra star for that,so definitely not ordering pizza from there again,maybe next time I'll have the burger 😊

Pizzas are absolutely amazing. Burgers kebabs chips and chicken 100%. Order came well on time, fresh and hot. Ordered yesterday and ordered again today. 🤭😆 would definitely recommend.

This is the one place I have never had any issues with when it came to the quality of meat, taste, customer service and delivery time. These people are genuinely amazing at their job and know what they're doing! They even sometimes put a little extra for regulars which I think is so nice of them! I will only ever buy my food from here and will forever be a loyal customer to them <3

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I got to say their service is always good and they keep the place well kept consistently. Rates are fair and they serve sizeable portions.

Ordered previously a few times and was very good. Ordered mixed kebab in a box this time and so little meat now. Filled with rice and onions and mushrooms which is great but so little meat. Prefer if you charged more and gave more meat. Or call it small. See photo below. Other photo is from another kebab shop for the same price. See how much more value for money. Shame as quality and portions so good a few months ago.

We met with friends at this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was a winning. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

Antagonsing the customer when the customer is clearly in the right... refusing to replace cold food from the previous order even though it had been agreed and special instructions were entered... MUGGED!

I have just enjoyed mouth-watering delivery for whole family. They always deliver 10 minutes before promised time. We use them all the time because they are the best around. Their prices are very reasonable too and add enthusiastic staff too.

This isn’t a great takeaway: there are 5 better in Brookmans park. The kebab chicken wasn’t great. People nice and pizzas meant to be.

Came in yesterday and ordered a half pounder and chips with salad . I only live 3 mins away , I got home and opened the carton and found my burger was way over done and very hard in texture ,and the chips were soggy , wet and undercooked ! By the time I'd got half way thorough the meal , I felt sick and couldn't continue to eat anymore , so binned the remainder of the food . Absolute waste of money ! I've had kebabs in the past from here , and they were mediocre and over cooked too . I didn't even bother to go back ,as in the past the guys were rude and had a " don't care attitude !" I won't return again as a result , and friends and family won't return either ! The worst burger and chips I've ever had ! Lucky there are far better alternatives in the village !

Ordered a take away in person, pointed out the order on the board as they did not seem to understand English, they clarified it 3 times by physically pointing out the tub of hummus - but then when I took the order home they had left the falafel out of the falafel wrap.... #unbelievable. Had to drive back and there was no apology or gesture of goodwill - they simply said I wasn't clear... Obviously, pointing to the order on the board, speaking it out loud, and pointing to all the individual elements on their own display wasn't sufficient to make myself understood. Maybe I should have ordered in the medium of dance....

Excellent all round service. Top quality food, arrives on time (or before) and is nice and hot on arrival. They are also very accommodating if you write in the chef notes section. A very enjoyable takeaway. Thank you!

Sneaked our for a little treat - donner kebab and garlic bread pizza. Perfectly cooked - kebab not greasy at all, garlic pizza crispy in all the right places. Best bit? Didn’t have to wait long at all. Highly recommended.

I have eaten from here quite a few times I tend to always go for a chicken shish or a donor kebab and had never had a problem with there food. Always fresh and tastes good!

Ordered a delivery which arrived in good time. Food was great quality - best I’ve had and loads of it. Delivery guy was extremely polite and helpful. Extremely good value for money. Won’t go anywhere else for kebabs now.

Consistently good. If you want a fresh kebab, with tender meat, loads of fresh salad, and lashings of chilli and garlic sauce, this is the place. Excellent. Recommended.

the staff are lovely especially the lovely lady who answers the phone, the food is very basic, not awful but not brilliant either, if you want a fairly cheap basic turkish kebab which delivers then this is for you

Ordered a delivery on the new app for this kebab shop...delivered in 20 minutes and all the food ordered was tasty...fresh and a generous amount....
