Everything in terms of service was done correctly , but unfortunately the food was a let down. The vegetables in the rice is an interesting take on white rice , apart from that everything else seemed bland sorry.

Parfait, produits frais et du goût avec le rajout de menthe fraîche. Très copieux, prix très abordable. Très bon accueil.

My father came in yesterday and was served by George. My father is visualy impaired and partially deaf. George was very understanding and took his time to explain the menu and take my fathers order. Thank you george and five guys you made my father feel included and well looked after. Great food. Great service. Will 100% be returning.

We ordered through uber and the food was so amazing. As a londoner, my expectations are really not that high but the portion size was massive. I never had such a nice vegetarian burger and it was not even that expensive. Totally justified and reasonable. I am very satisfied from the food. I hope they get all the love they deserve.😁

I recently visited this chicken shop, and it was truly a fantastic experience! I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, the staff were all so welcoming and kind. The menu offered a great selection of chicken options, it was cooked very well with a lot of flavour, i enjoyed the experience very much. The staff were super friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was just right. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the shop was. I will definitely be coming back here!!

The food is cold. They send a little bit of the sweet potato fries. And the chicken wings are supposed to be lemon and herbs but is full of spicy.

Great food at great prices, I had the Vegan Fish and chips, absolutely banging and the chips were on point with a hefty portion, washed down with an ice cold Irn Bru! Would definitely go back to Hooked and try some other things. Bally was so friendly and full of banter!

I have been coming here for well over 5 yrs now got to know most of the staff the friendly banter between me and the staff is great there is nothing they want do for you if there is something wrong I a in there 2/3 times a month and if I have not been in they will be on it like a shot asking how I am and asking is everything of and all that great friendly bunch of stuff

Popped into fishnchickn tonight and was served by a lovely young lady called Rebecca who was so pleasent and served us with a lovely smile, she's a credit to the shop, also food was very good

The food is awesome, and the staff is very kind, especially Avtar Singh and Harry and Tanuj Bhullar. I would highly recommend this fish and chips.
