Nice people, nice city, best kebab

Ordered through Justeat but it was the service that was horrendous so leaving my review here. Ordered salt and pepper potatoes - didn't receive Katsu chicken pieces with pot of sauce - received one lump of bits of chicken coveted in sauce Apple pie x2 with caramel sauce - no sauce. I rang the restaurant to ask what happened, laughter behind the phone, 'I didn't pack it' then 'we don't have any potatoes so we sent you chicken pieces instead' If you come into the restaurant tomorrow, we will give you a refund...is it not the point of ordering online so you don't need to go into a restaurant. I am vegetarian so how is giving chicken a replacement for potatoes. My friend didn't eat either chickens, very greasy she said. Won't be ordering again and hoping justeat give me my money back. Delivery and service charge obviously not refundable though.

We love Seniors fish and chips anyway, but treated ourselves to the John Dory this week. If was beautiful. The batter was crisp with no grease, and the delicate flavour of the fish was so good one of our cats was trying to sit on the plate. It's not a cheap supper, but it was worth what we paid.

Looks like they count the seeds which go with the porridge... Even if it is a smaller thing, it is frustrating every single time!

Old kebab meat from the day before just horrible stale taste. Salad on the side is a bit of a joke horrible bug chunks of brown lettuce old mushy tomatoes that look like they have been cut with a blunt axe and chips were under cooked. Hopefully the fish might be better but after this experience can't say I'll be back to find out

Horrible, freezing cold shed of a venue. Asked for one of the completely empty booths and was told they were for 4 only. Given no choice of table. Fries were cold, in fairness these were removed from the bill. Customer service was poor. Food average. The business has not improved since the rationalisation.

over two hours and still haven't received food. was told five minutes delivery 40 minutes ago. said delivered in the app and hour ago.

I ordered kebab meat on my margarita pizza , there was none anywhere to be seen

£6 for 5 pieces of meat in a chicken kebab wrap! Stale chips! Grossly OVERPICED for the size! AVOID

Good chocolate croissant, the blackberry chocolate is particular and good. The sad thing is that the prices are a little high
