Time went up after ordering , food was lukewarm when it arrived needed to put in the microwave to warm .

Coffee machine not working but wasn't advised to go to the other when I asked. Another customer informed me that there was a second machine.

What a surprise. The veggie burger and fries was far superior than some far more "upmarket" establishments. Staff are responsive.

Hadn’t had a subway for quite a while, so called in over lunchtime for what I’d hoped would be typical of a chain. I won’t be returning, certainly not to this branch. It was empty but it was getting on for five minutes before I was served. The two staff on shift weren’t particularly friendly or quick, one was also eating whilst preparing food for an online/telephone order. The food was rubbish - as another reviewer describes as “thrown together”. It’s not cheap fast food anymore - not far off a tenner for a “cheap” meal deal and the speed of service really wasn’t fast.

Worst customer service.went there at 9:40 pm.for.coffee and use toilet. Three staff are talking to each other and said coffee machine is shut..it's happened for.the 3rd time in a row. Also toilet is.broken however there is no sign for out of order..Just appalling.mate put a sign up that you don't serve coffee after 9:30!

Probably the most pointless drive thru at any McDonald’s. You’ll inevitably be parked and made to wait 15 minutes for even the smallest and most basic orders. So much for ‘fast food’

Lovely food but has took a long time

Food has definitely improved since I last ordered. Really enjoyed it tonight, everything was so fresh, not greasy and very good quality. Thank you.

We ordered a takeaway on the 16/03/2019 we had to wait 2hrs for delivery and then they forgot the chapattis

Missing food and freezing cold

Live the chocolate viral Dubai brownie and strawberry cup - worth the £8.50 however the Dubai chocolate which was £8 not worth it as it was poor quilting chocolate. Linger delivery time but worth it for the cup ! Xx over all the shop made product 👍🏻 but the chocolate bar which was not shop made was poor quality.
