McDonald's Leeds-Central Station in Leeds

I was really struggling with WiFi in the station and someone called Michelle, working on the late shift at this branch, helped me by sharing her hotspot on her phone, to make sure I could order a taxi to safely get me home. Over snd above service that helped me massively. Thank you Michelle.

Service so slow today that if they went any slower they would stop!! The 2 managers spend all their time chatting to each other whilst I waited 18 minutes for a happy meal! Many people came and went after me but apparently I was waiting for fries!!! So much for a fast food restaurant eh!! I left without my food after I asked why I was waiting so long? I told him if he spent less time talking and more time working then we would have better service! So he refused to serve me and I left without my food!

Ordered on app whilst on bus on way to get train. My order wasn’t on the system for some reason though it clearly showed my order on the app and at the right place . To avoid any further frustration the manager , and I apologise if I spell his name wrong , Semere was fantastic and did the right thing , he’s a gem . Kind regards Ray

I have used this branch many times before catching the last train home at 11.20pm - Its very busy but security stand on the door which is fine, you are not automatically treated as if you are a number unlike the Merrion st who seem to treat customers with contempt (Ive left a 1* review for them) We managed to walk to the train and eat it 15 mins later and still nice and hot. Defo my branch of choice

We as a family ordered 6 burgers, but only received 4 of them. We were in a hurry as we were getting delayed for our train, so as soon as I was handed over the order, I rushed towards the platform without checking all the food handed over. Also, I have always trusted McDonald's, so another reason not to validate. I was just able to board the train on time, so there was no option but to run. When I opened my food parcel, I only found 4 burgers in it, so we had to buy some crisps from the train itself to fulfill everyone's food requirements. It was around 8 PM on 01-Feb-2022 and my order number was 55. Since I was just there in Leeds for a couple of hours only, I can't go back. So, I had a bad experience with this McDonald's.

I had just come back from Manchester and wanted some good food in a warm cosy atmosphere. Mac Donald at Leeds train station is vibrant, modern , real fast . The gem of this Mac Donald is Abraham Ngombo. He is super courteous, and serves with a smile. What I did not realise that there is no bin policy as it is a train station so customers leave their tray on the tables!! I saw Abraham patiently and relentlessly clearing away the tables but doing it with a big smile. I loved the ambience and contemporary feel of this place.

We are just left Wetherspoons bar because the food didn't smell so good it was getting late so we decided to visit McDonald's burger bar my wife is disabled which the staff recognised immediately they really looks after us they sat us down and gave us table service we never eat burgers so we didn't know what to expect we ordered double cheeseburgers with fries and a drink which we really enjoyed all for under £10 with great service thrown in definitely worth the visit

Friday night at 10 can't be easy for staff with all the drinks about but there needs to be some sort of organisation. No tickets were coming out of the self service machine and it was a guessing game if you didn't notice the order number on the screen. There were loads of meals stood waiting for people to collect from customers who didn't know which one was theirs. Absolutely chaotic circumstances resulting in cold food but it's too much trouble to re order. I should have got £5 worth of crisps and chocolate from the shop and saved the grief.

we had been to a concert at Leeds arena and had not eaten all day as this was the only place open when we came out we had a take away and despite the fact that the place was completely full the food was excellent and delivered very quickly

Really slow service by disinterested staff. The food was poor quality and overcooked. Best to avoid this place.

I popped into this McDonald’s restaurant one morning for some quick breakfast on my way to a meeting. Service was quick and the food was served hot.

As always this McDonalds offers cheap food for when you are in a hurry. Rxsoect to line up for service and fight for a seat but overall great value for money.

Generally this McDonald’s is pretty clean. However this morning I visited for breakfast to find that the tables were covered with food and trash from previous patrons and that the tables and floors required a good clean as well. I witnessed the manager in the front of house doing nothing but taking and not asking his team to clean up the mess in the dining area. McDonald’s should be a clean place to take your kids or catch a quick bite to eat before you take off on a long train ride. This restaurant needs a serious clean. I can only imagine if the front house is this bad what are the kitchens like?

My son purchased this on 14/02/19 after getting off the train and on his way to a 3 hour intensive training as he was hungry, not having had chance to eat at college. Luckily he saw the hair as he was about to take a bite but he had already left and was enroute to his next destination. The lovely Shift Manager Hannah apologized and took down details to pass on to the Manager to look into the specific shift when it happened, but could only offer a 'standard repacement meal'.

Staff were friendly. However in McDonalds you like to be left alone to eat. Staff were constantly walking around the floor. It would of been okay if they did a walk every half hour for example. They asked us if we were okay which was fine, but then walked by our table five times. I got a coffee which was find. My colleague brought chips which she returned as they were over cooked. But it didn't make a difference as the second portion of chips she was given were also over cooked. Considering £5 was paid for the meal she was not very happy.

Very friendly staff. Nick spoke to us about our trip and then bought me a box of chocolates as it was my birthday! Thank you!!
