Dirty tables and floor. No one made made any effort to clean anything. Slow service. Some sauces missing. Worse than normal

Manager and staff are very friendly and professional . Welcoming and food is reasonably priced and as specified . Good range on menu for all

Go here every weekend, and every weekend served by the amazing staff that work there. Always extremely kind, speedy and produce top quality food. Highly recommend this place. Props to the staff once again 🙏

My daughter has just been served a brick with shriveled burnt ‘cheese’ on in her kids pack, had to throw it in the bin. Also given the wrong sauce in one of the premade sandwiches, if your gonna be so rude when people ask to add or take off salad in the premade sandwiches you can atleast learn how to make them right.

Came in during a quiet afternoon, and was served by Mani. He was attentive of my dietary requirements (Gluten intolerance) and ensured that I had a lovely treat. Thank you Mani. :)

There was a muslim lady working there yesterday, and she severed me really well i went there for veggie patty or plant based meat and non of that was there in stalk she added potato bites of me in the subway and customised it accordingly it was yum. I really wanna thank her for her coustmer service. If subway has any employee of the day reward please give her. Thanks to that lady for her polite gesture and great coustmer service

Absolute disgrace. Ordered via just eat. Waited 3 hours!!! Tried calling them several times, no answer. Tried contacting just eat, no help. Received nothing but they then just marked it as delivered!!!! I paid £22 and they did not even process my order let alone deliver any food. On justeat it showed as “order accepted” , never even progressed far as “preparing the order” - 3 hours later, just changed it to delivered! If they couldn’t provide the order for whatever reason, just cancel it! So dishonest. They clearly had no intention of processing my order, hence just leaving it for 3 hours then lying saying it was delivered. Do not bother with this place. I can’t believe they think it’s ok to accept an order, take your money & not actually fulfil the order!!! Trying to get a refund from justeat - but any company that behaves like this is utterly shameful. Appalling behaviour.

why are you never open the Times you state. I've been several times and your shut 2 hours before your close time. this has happened over a dozen times. and the cleanliness of the store is laughably poor. I would not recommend anybody visit this store.

This is the worst subway I have ever been. I do not know how that place stay in business. There is no customer service....amazing!

Asked for a pizziola got it basically cold then asked for it to be heated again and it was put into the oven closed so came out stale and still not melted as it is supposed to be, no apology just the food back. My sons was stale as well, generally the place had run out of lots of things, place not exactly busy and needed tables cleaning and a good sweep and wipe round but the staff just stood around chatting. A shame for the brand to be let down by poor staff training, supervision and customer service.

I came in like two seconds ago, women was coughing like mad in the back and nearly touched my sandwich without gloves, I asked for turkey breast and ham which the guy mistook for turkey, chicken breast and ham but I didn’t mind, paid the extra and when I’ve sat down to have it, the chicken is literally frozen solid in the middle of my sandwich so now I’m having to pick it all out and not eat it, not great considering I had to pay an extra £2.40 for it in my sandwich?? The entire experience felt unwelcoming as well like I was disrupting their day by coming into the shop

the person making my mum’s sandwich and another customer’s sandwich got the two mixed up, and when told this he went “what’s the difference?” and shrugged. staff seemed incredibly disinterested and were overall quite blunt.

Staff was lovely and despite it being busy and only one staff member being on at the time, the sandwich came out great and the great customer service helped a lot! Shout out to Mani!

This is more of feedback. I am a huge Subway fan and visit at least once a week (to various locations) today I went to West Gate and wasn't as impressed as usual. I was served by a pretty asain lady who... as subway staff are .. very nice and polite. Now.. I'm not picky but... she cut right through the bread so it couldn't be folded.. never had this before. I asked for tomato on a foot long... I got 3 slices... had I got 6 inch would she have cut a tomato slice in half?? Like I said I'm not picky and don't make a scene. What did annoy was when.. After I had already paid.. she wrapped my sandwich up and simply had to hand it to me... did she?? No... she looked over my shoulder to a just eat (or similar) and asked him what the name was... she then proceeds to get his order... tie it up and hand him his order and receipt before looking at me and handing me mine... oh and no sticker on the wrapping so I had to becarful walking to my car. This is more so management can train her as she was very nice but this would make go to the cathedral park one which is only 5 mins away.

Small in the station but places to sit. Limited choice but all good. Friendly staff and very clean. Good value for money.

Service was so slow two staff but no awareness of people waiting...poor customer service. Just not a good experience had to ask to have table wiped... goodness knows how they would cope if really busy.... not the usual subway experience... wouldn't visit this branch again sadly

Pros: - Food was okay - Serve time was fast Cons: - Certain salad and meat options are never available in this store - Not very clean or tidy, Windows filthy. Overall Review: Food is okay however some food selections like sweet corn are usually never on. Not very clean nor tidy usually, windows/sides are usually dirty and could do with a deep clean and the restaurant could do better in terms of presentation

Called in today for lunch , staff were very friendly on entry . Staff behind counter were very polite and professional at doing their job . Store was spotlessly clean , would be happy to eat here again 👍

Don’t bother even going rude staff and the food must need to be cooked for a hour it takes that long drive through staff being rude and saying it’s cos there busy

The only reason I stopped here was because my daughter wanted a sandwich! She got a foot long sandwich with chicken, salad and asked for ranch dressing, to be told they dont serve ranch anymore 😮😮 Subway needs to shut down NOW!! 😂😂 she ordered BBQ instead. The cost of the sandwich and small drink was £8.95!! Now I'm not cheap, but nearly £9 for a sandwich?? Anyway, when she opened it, the salad was lettuce and cucumber! As it was a drivethru and we had already left I didnt feel like turning round. Anyway, that will teach me!!

I attended this subway over the last three weeks and the girl who's name she wouldn't share, is the rudest, most aggressive, least amount of customer service individual i have ever meet in my life! if you want an argumentative or confrontation then this is the place to go, I will not be visiting again and sad as the owner of this franchise i hope is the opposite and takes my review seriously. I have share with our office of 50+ about this experience.

Well will not go in here again 8 and half month pregnant needed toilet as pressure was to much so before I placed order asked to use toilet to be told no not before I order well you customer service skills and attitude stinks so did not order and walked out

The lad who served me was rude and had an attitude, the food prep area was dirty and half the veg and food out looked like it was about to go and not to mention bits of onion and lettuce thrown about every where definitely something to put you off your food, when we did get the sandwiches there were no lids for the drinks and when we looked for a table to sit on there was literally no clean tables in the entire restaurant and the floor was an absolute disgrace god knows how we didn't just walk out there and then. Sandwich wasn't so had apart from the dry stale bread. Never ever go here absolutely awful and can't believe it can even call itself a Subway. Terrible.

I’ve used scores of Subways over the years and always enjoyed the sandwiches. They were just ok here as well though the cookies we had tasted stale. But I’ve never had such poor service. Totally disinterested. I’ll avoid this franchise in future.

called in before going to theatre for a bite to eat.Didnt look as if the tables and floor had been cleaned for ages.The young man behind the counter had no good customer skills and when he came to put the rubbish in the bins from one of the tables he picked the chair up and banged it down in disgust that the customers had left the table a mess. What a dump.Food was pathetic as well.

Had a foot long steak and cheese melt. The bread was fresh and the sandwich tasty. The was a bit of a queue but the line went down quickly. Will go back next time I in the area.

2nd time I've had a subway but 1st one in this one, some what narrow in with a scooter as chairs/tables very close together nice food but could seriously do with a cleaner food left/rubbish on floor and tables which is off putting and unhygienic I think. Could do to be relocated too as it's out of the way as where it is they ain't many shops there anymore just pubs/bars

Every time I visit this subway for lunch the tables are strewn with litter and tables/chairs all over the place. Not a relaxing place for lunch; go takeaway!

The last 2 or 3 times I have been here the service on drive thru has been awful. I genuinely can't understand how it can take so long to make a sandwich! The first time I waited half an hour but was already stuck in driving thru queue and couldn't get out! No apology at all. This time not as busy but still very very slow. Food fine though.

Vine aquí antes y el lugar estaba sucio.. comida todo mesas, migas y basura en el suelo. La máquina de bebidas era tan asqueroso, agua con sabor sabía como. Me dieron mi hermano nos Fanta, Sprite y sabía como agua mineral refrescos de botella. Sandwich estaba bien, el personal era muy lento... Necesitan sus juegos aquí

This has become my food place for after a night out. The staff are all very nice but everyone leaves their wrappers everywhere and no one seems to clear it up. You're also not allowed to eat in after a certain time.

Bien entrar en metro. El lugar era un desastre completo. Mesas de comida despejado y servilletas en el suelo. Me gustaría haber dejado si no tenía hambre. La chica que me sirvió bien. Luego fui a pagar el chico no estaba allí, pero podía aquí él en su teléfono a alguien. ¡Qué lugar mugriento. Necesita mantenimiento solucionando. Ya que sólo había dos clientes. No comer en pero prefiero comida conmigo. Muy decepcionante.

Está bien ubicado y muy espaciosas también me pareció que el personal era muy amable y fácil de llegar a con ellos haciendo bromas acerca de mi tipo extraña combinación de sandwich a veces puede ser un poco sucio y descuidado pero esto es de esperar de cualquier lugar de comida el tiempo rara

We visited here after trying to find somewhere suitable for 3 adults and a child (ideally we wanted a chippy, not very healthy but needs must). Food as always in Subway was great, but the eating area was very unclean. Considering there were 2 staff on (and it wasn't busy at all at half 6 on a Friday) they could have given the tables a wipe. Also the toilet was smelly and there was blood in the sink?!?!? Not Great. Sorry!

Really dirty, and I mean gross. I could understand if the staff were rushed off their feet - but as I sat down reluctantly on the crumb-filled chair, what appeared to be the duty supervisor was rushing around getting ready for a night out. Staff obviously do not have standards and without a committed supervisor/manager to insist they perform the role they are PAID FOR, this will only get worse. Avoid. Also, the public toilet was that bad I asked to use another. Given access to staff toilet - which was EVEN WORSE.Shame 'cos I love Subway!

went for a roll, tea and cookie, Monday teatime. Although all the food was fresh, the preparation area and cafe were grubby also the drinks area where you add sugar and milk was really bad . When asked to replenish milk the assistant was not pleasant and I felt as though I was asking too much. The floor and tables did look grim, but as I say the food WAS good!

Called in superbe healthy menuChose a special sub meal it was made up in front of me from fresh food on a display in a fridge I chose all the items and like the advert says it was my sandwich my choice and had what was the best hot white coffee I have had for some time no after taste hot and refreshing then I got points towards my next visit they have it just right Fresh meal and incentive to return Thankyou I enjoyed the meal and went on refreshed

Why have they changed their meat to halal? This has driven customers away, me included. They need top change it back ASAP

Great service at this Subway. Our film finished really laterals so we didn't go for the meal we had planned. Don't eat Subway a lot. The server was fab at expanding how it worked to is despite it being 10:30pm. Drive through was fab too

I'll tell you something, I've had a few subways in my time. London, New York, Wolverhampton.This Subway is hands down better than the rest. Everything thing I ask for isn't too much to handle.Love you guys, keep up the good work.

They are very slow in this subway!! My friend bought a 12" BMT however they had run out of pepperoni, we asked for extra salami or ham but they refused and still charged the same price. Surely that can't be right??
