The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

Just finished work and stopped off to get 2 beef & onion pasties. When I opened it up it was so flat and inside the bit of meat was in a ball in the middle rest was soggy pastry if you can call it that. Over £6 for 2 pasties total rip off. Threw in bin 🤢

Ordenado 3 juegos de pescado con papas fritas entregados 2 de ellos saben bien un sabor a pescado viejo huele y saben mal , llámalos y reportó señora por teléfono explicó que todos vienen de un contenedor que está bien así que lo que debería ser el siguiente paso, al menos deberían disculparse u ofrecerse a reemplazar la comida, se le cayó el teléfono fin de la conversación, im un cliente habitual durante mucho tiempo nunca hizo una sola queja solo ahora sin embargo suena no feliz por supuesto, mal servicio al cliente oh bueno 👎👎👎

Never been before, so a new experience. It's a burger bar, I thought it would be a sir down restaurant, so that was new. Ok, ordered a bacon dmberge4 and a small cheese burger and a large fries, plus two large drinks. I actually enjoyed the bacon burger, the bacon wad nice and crisp, for a burger bar the meat was quite nice, the fries were ok. My only issue was tge coat, over £40+ for two burgers and one large fries. Expensive but tasted ok. The staff were very helpful, would I go back?I suspect not, a little too expensive for what it was.

It’s okay, not the best food and drink in the world. Only ideal if you need a ten min rest from your shopping.

Very tasty food. Had it delivered at about 9:45 on a Sunday night, and all expectations were exceeded. Only problem I can see here is the prices, it was a little too expensive. Wings were quite small for the £4 price tag, however all of the food was delicious. Will be ordering again.

After reading some of the critical reviews of this Costa in Sutton Park, I wasn’t expecting much. However, as I entered, I was pleasantly surprised by being met by a warm, welcoming smile. My order was taken efficiently and I was honestly impressed with the friendly, first-class customer service. I was served by Chloe who is obviously an excellent ‘ambassador’ for the Costa chain of coffee shops. I will definitely call again when I’m next cycling in Sutton Park.

ABSOLUTELY Disgusting! Never ever written a review in the Uk. But today on Tuesday 20/5/25 at 5.20pm. called the store after a terrible disgusting experience with the New Franks red hot product. I bit into the product and it squirted hot liquid on my arm and in my car. When I called the store a female said. "That's the way they are made!!" WHAT ARE THEY ON ABOUT.... MCDONALD'S PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED TO BURST AND SQUIRT OUT HOT LIQUID. Then she put me on wait without any explanation and passed the phone to a manger. Who gave me all the spiel about this issue not being known about, blah blah blah.. not in their products In their store... Blah blah But then I reminded him that the female said that's they way they are made. So if it's not a known issue them how earth would that lady know it was an issue! And say " that's the way they are made! Really horrible hygiene and food safety protocol followed by the manager. I told him the item and recipit was in my bin, he never requested the item as he should have done and also replaced my item with the receipt from my bin. Eat here at your own cost.

I have decided to now move on and do my weekly shop at Tesco. To start, parking no problem regarding safety. One way system, bigger parking bays and to date no sign of removal size vans parked in the bays. All shelves from what l saw are filled. No shelves with empty boxes with full boxes hidden behind the empty ones. Plenty of friendly staff on the floor to help on finding items for newbie shoppers. Last but not least, no queues, plenty of tills if you don't want to scan your own items,and here again, no queues. So to top it all, no STRESS. So thank you Tesco for making my shopping a pleasure, as for Asda, your loss and Tesco's gain.

Food was very mediocre , no serviettes or containers for sauce avaliable , no table service and food just given out in bags with no tray !

No estoy seguro de por qué este McDonalds dice que está abierto y las 24 horas. Esto puede ser cierto en un viernes o sábado ocupado. A pesar de mostrarse como abierto en el sitio web a medianoche de un miércoles, el personal no pudo atender los pedidos de los clientes, lo que llevó a una fila de automóviles que se alejaban. Sería mejor si aparecieran cerrados durante ciertas horas si ese es el caso para evitar trayectos innecesarios.

If there was 0 stars I would be putting that. The assistant manager Louis is so aggressive. Could hear him shouting at staff and delivery drivers. He needs to learn to respect others. Shouldn’t be at a customer facing job if can’t be nice to people.
