The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Sandwell West Midlands

Have been here a few times for a decent sandwich at lunch time. Got a fresh counter to pick from, bread pudding, sausage rolls, cooked breakfasts, samosas, chilled soft drinks it’s got everything you need. The staff are beyond lovely here, all local and really make you feel like you’re popping to see a member of the family, it’s really nice. Place gets pretty busy fast and then goes quiet again, very unpredictable but worth the wait. On street parking is a nightmare at times, busy bit of road so be mindful of that.

Owners are weird and can’t wait to close at 8pm Food is quite nice though but they need to stop being lazy and open a bit later

i have lived 100 yds from this chippy and only ever been in once when i moved into the area 16 years ago ..i did not retirn because it was dirty and unfriendly staff and poor quality offering ...i went in today friday 15th nov as a one off ..definately will not return ...cold stale battered chips ..smell of very stale cheap cooking oil ...these chip shops who orange batter their chips us a masking for poor quality cheaper potatoes ..cleanliness also left a lot to be desired and again unfriendly staff...will not be going ever again ...

Beautiful, fresh, succulent, melt in the mouth, white cod, wrapped in delicious crunchy batter with the tastiest 'orange' battered chips served by cheerful, friendly staff, my go to fish & chip shop, never disappoints, I always look forward to my weekly fish & chips from this place. Definitely worth a visit, haven't found fish & chips as good as this anywhere !!

Very nice serving and very good food

Tried these for the first time in ages a few weeks ago and the plain chips and fish were fantastic However the past 2 times I’ve been in the chips were those battered ones and they are just not as nice If I go in again and all they got is the battered ones I’ll walk away and won’t return Battered chips are ok if you catch them fresh but once they have been standing and drove home they are rock hard and that sharp they cut the roof of your mouth Come on Hollyhedge Chippy come back to basics

I absolutely love this place. It has the best pizza and I ordered The meat feast pizza nearly every weekend it’s absolutely amazing

Ordered from here for about 5 years, had loaded box last time which was lovely but I added peri salt this time and omg it tastes fishy!! Couldn’t eat it, was vile! My husband even said it’s the worst kebab he’s had from them! Whoever is working tonight should be sacked!

After waiting 20 + mins for the long awaited McRib I took a big bite and was not impressed at all. See below image . I asked staff if this looked right and they replied with yeah sorry we’re busy! as if that was a valid excuse . C’mon guys u can do better !
