First time I'm a while food was cold

Food was good but fries were cold, no sauce added even ordered, McFlurry was in ok condition, one burger was cold 😣

food was nice there was some mayo on my donner meat though even though i asked for it plain not good when your lactose intolerant and asked for no mayo but other than that it was great

My grandchildren and I went to Burger Kitchen on a rainy day on October 1st. The food is a little bit pricey but very good. One member of staff, Ruth Topping was exceptional. Very welcoming and gave lots of information, she made our visit very special. Thank you Ruth.

Great little place to stay right next to my venue for business venue . So much so I stayed an extra night . Lulu was FAB for sorting accommodation at short notice x

They can’t even get a simple order right, missing items had to wait ages so rest of food was cold. Manager was female and very very rude lad at previous window also rude. Customer services???? They have none

As my older wife is currently bed bound through bunions I had to carry out this journey solo and the highway took through Uttoxeter . The day was somewhat dank and grey and I thought a small MacD would add some sunshine ☀️ Contrary to previous reviews, a staff member emptying a bin did smile so there is hope that this pattern has now been addressed. Trying to balance the need for fast sustenance with bodily health , I sought a small burger . By description it should contain lettuce ,but as god is my witness ,(and photo evidence asserts) the vital veg was absent without leaves(AWOL ) if you will ! It is also very sad to see parents eating while the children are on iPads with headphones on. It is vital for development of youngsters that they engage with their families. This is not McDonald’s fault but a larger societal issue. me

Very dirty. Staff paid no attention to waiting customers and instead were too busy gossiping or listening to music. Witnessed someone making a complaint to then be thrown out for it? A big shame as previously had good experiences with this restaurant but certainly won’t be visiting again after witnessing this. Very disturbing.

I ordered from the Redditch town centre, 17/10/2024 and when i had heard they was bringing back out the McRib after so many years, i was over the moon! i couldn't believe it! my favourite thing from the menu and they was bring it back out. Well my 2 McRibs arrived and i had never been so disappointed in my life! the meat was thinner than Rustlers and even Quicksters Rib meat! and the McDonalds rib was tasteless with literally a drop of bbq sauce on each one! the only flavour i got from it all was the bun. I ended up throwing one McRib in the bin and the rest of the other McRib i put in the bin as well. Honestly... i would rather McDonalds have not brought it back out again, it was not like how i remember the Rib or how it tasted and for the price, it's honestly better to just go to the shop and buy a Rustlers or a Quicksters at the least.. at least they have flavour and are good for the money.

Well thankyou for supplying my drink without a straw yet again! It's a good job I have big hands as I can now scoop out my banana milkshake with my massive claw! I have issues with this McDonald's literally every single time I order from them. Please do not order from here after 10pm unless you wish to question your own life desisons. I have woken up after having cold sweats ordering from here after finishing work early hrs in the morning yet I still order from here as its the only place open! Don't ask me why I'll have words with myself later, perhaps I just like to be punished!?

Terrible service, stay well away! Placed and order on the app. Was told to wait in a bay. After 15min of waiting I went into the restaurant to let them know I was still waiting for my food. I asked them to bring the food out to the car. After another 15min of waiting the food turned up with a half arsed apology. Got the food home and guess what, missing items!!! Even the food I did receive seemed like it had been prepared by being thrown across the room. Rang up to complain and all I got was the same half arsed apology. Will not use this McDonalds again and it wasn't the first instance of them making a mistake. Just thought this time if phoned and complained i'd get some understanding. But no, it seems customer service has truely been thrown out the window. 0 stars if I could.

The worse place to order from especially Christmas night a £75 order and the chicken burger was not fit to eat and neither was the beefburger so if you are thinking of ordering I would think twice and not only spending £75 they were that tight that they couldn't even give us free (garlic bread) a bottle of pop and I know my local that is next door to them would of give at least a bottle of pop

Had large cod and chips...as always spot on very young friendly staff...superbly clean environments...food plentiful and great quality and portion size..also...Best price for Mike's around less than £6.00 for large Cod n chips...now that's magic....

Fish tastes stale and chips greasy. Overall taste is horrible old fat. Will not order from here again completely ripped off at £27 for 2 lots of fish chips and peas. It's a joke to be sending this quality of food out. Management should be ashamed of themselves
