Popped in here for the first time for brunch, extensive menu to choose from. The loaded breakfast was excellent with bacon and sausage from local butcher, really good value for money, the staff were friendly and professional. couldn't understand why it wasn't busier. We will definitely be back again.Thank you

Amazing lunch, Dad had a ploughman's and Mom and I quiche and salad , my dad is an excellent baker but had to admit defeat in the battle of coffee/walnut cake ! Friendliness and smiles from the staff were much appreciated , can't recommend this delightful establishment enough ! Will definitely be back !

This dining experience is worth every penny because it is beautifully crafted & a pleasure to participate. Effortlessly delivered with pure polished class. It’s everything in one - superb food, excellent hosting, ambience. Returning on 27th Oct with ‘foodie’ friend travelling from Leeds to experience this. Can’t recommend enough & feel very lucky to have this on our doorstep.

I have visited thirst 4 coffee a number of times. I have always been presently surprised by the attention to detail in a small local shop. All of the products a locally sourced and everything is fresh and presented very well. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and accommodating. All facilities were very clean there is easy access from the street, there is plenty of parking. I had a toasted BLT and brownie washed down with a lovely hot chocolate. It's a great venue to catch up over a coffee or lunch a great location for a meeting. There is a outside seating area that enclosed to give you that sense of separation from the rest of the area.

After Park Run on a Saturday morning there's no better way to finish than with a stop at Cafe Life for a coffee and some cake. There's a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere with a wide choice of yummy food to choose from. Prices are great too! If you've not visited Cafe Life before then definitely well worth popping in.

My family and I visited the restaurant yesterday - Monday. The interior is nothing special but the food was exceptional. Such delicious Mediterranean cuisine can't be made with products from the local market. There was also authentic Greek music featuring classic golden hits. I recommend all lovers of this type of food to visit the restaurant; the food can also be ordered online. We will definitely visit this place again.

My pizza was cold and I was asked if I wanted to order something else, I ordered my pizza because that's what I wanted, it came back burned on the top but I didn't like to complain again as all the staff seemed to be looking at me, I was not offered any discount, sorry wont be going back

Tried this place on the off-chance, not knowing anything about it. After all, one pizza's much the same as another, isn't it? "A Margherita, please." Sat down in an atmospheric narrow cavern with a corrugated ceiling, set in a railway arch. Room for little more than one line of tables. I was the only customer. Three staff on--two youngsters and a lady owner. I felt a bit awkward. Bit of a wait. Good sign, though. And, oh my gawld, what a pizza it turned out to be! For a start, it was square. (So, no, all pizzas aren't the same.) The base was very thick and almost chewy in places, especially the corners--but in a good way, like sourdough. The mozzarella was the real thing, with cartoon-like elasticity which made eating this pizza an experience--the opposite of a fast-food pizza. The tomato sauce ran into pools over the surface. They'd cut the pizza into 4 quarters. I only managed 3, it was so filling. And I thought I could eat any amount of pizza put in front of me. No way should a place like that have been empty. One of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life.

Our group of 10 people from a “Cake Club” had a really enjoyable afternoon tea and canal boat trip on 19 June. Andy and Caroline were very friendly hosts. The afternoon tea was delicious. The food was fresh, tasty and varied. Caroline was an excellent host….attentive but not intrusive. The canal boat trip was delightful. We journeyed effortlessly from Dunhampstead to just past Hanbury Wharf and back, which is an interesting and peaceful section of the Birmingham to Worcester canal. It included going through Dunhampstead Tunnel. Andy and Caroline rolled up the “windows” before we set out, as it was a sunny afternoon. We felt close to nature and were fortunate to see a family of swans and a heron, as well as ducks and moor hens in the reed beds. We all really enjoyed the trip and would certainly recommend it. Final made it in time to eat and we were not disappointed. Two salads (due to facebook) and two drinks for £11.00. Lovely friendly staff. Brilliant value and the most amazing croutons we've ever eaten. We will be returning

The biggest problem I have with Talk of the Town is that I struggle to walk past without buying something. The way Ken cooks his bacon and sausage on his griddle makes it the best sandwich in town. If you are looking for a food truck for breakfast or lunch, it’s definitely worth a detour.
