Mcdonalds Restaurants in Dudley

Well thankyou for supplying my drink without a straw yet again! It's a good job I have big hands as I can now scoop out my banana milkshake with my massive claw! I have issues with this McDonald's literally every single time I order from them. Please do not order from here after 10pm unless you wish to question your own life desisons. I have woken up after having cold sweats ordering from here after finishing work early hrs in the morning yet I still order from here as its the only place open! Don't ask me why I'll have words with myself later, perhaps I just like to be punished!?

Went here today, couldn’t order what I wanted off board, too confusing. Went to counter where too young members of staff both ignored me, whilst they fooled around laughing and joking and one of the females pulled the other females hair extension out. Was she going to prepare food after. I walked out and went to Greggs, where the staff are far more professional and hygienic!!!

This is the McDonald’s by Tim Hortons. Avoid like the plague or if you go in the toilets you might catch the plague. They call this place a clean fast food restaurant! Took my son to the toilet walked through the door and was met with the stink of urine. Urine on the floor a total indescribable mess in the urinals. So entered the disabled toilet to another stench of urine and uncleaned mess. To again put the seat down to find someone has very nicely weed over that as well. Customer service awful as usual with kids with attitudes serving you and when you ask for milk for your tea you are afraid for your life as the look you get you think you may get stabbed!! McDonald’s should sort this mess sorted out in these restaurants as the staff dont care and day release don’t give a dam.

What ever you do don’t order home delivery from here. It’s not hard and you don’t need that much of an education to get it right. It this place can never get anything right

McDonalds, Unit L102 The Merry Hill Centre It’s not very often we visit McDonalds because I have to watch my weight, but we went to Merry Hill to do some clothes shopping, as a treat we decided to visit McDonald’s Merry Hill in the centre by JD Sports, of course we had to queue up for a few minutes but once we got to the door we met this lovely female member of staff, she had a pony tail hairstyle, who couldn’t have been nicer, she explained the new system and where the hand sanitizer etc was, Everything was clean, the staff were very efficient and it was a lovely experience, before leaving I asked to see the manager and I thanked him for what his staff had done for us. Can I suggest that people say thank you to these staff who are working under incredible pressure. Jim

Went into get a drink even though there was a queue we were served very quickly the girl that took the order and the one that passed us our drinks where very pleasant and efficient at there jobs, it was very full so we sat on the high seats in the window a member of the staff came straight over and wiped the surface down for us has it was a bit messy, did not even have to ask she was there before us, that's what I call efficient,our drinks where a tea a coffee and a milk shake and all was ok.

I don’t expect gourmet food from McDonald’s, it’s cheap fast food I get it but their world famous fries should be served as they were intended hot fresh and crispy - I got cold and cardboardy which to be fair makes a change from cold and limp. Not the end of the world but didn’t make for a great tasting meal better luck next time I suppose

Stopped by for lunch with daughters,lt was very busy.This mcdonalds does not have toliets l was disappointed.

The merry hill centre opens at 11am on a Sunday and we have gone to the branch near Primark. But this is closed now so we had to go to one by Disney store. I checked online and it was 11am opening. But when we got there they had finished breakfast as they opened at 10.30am? They do breakfast for half an hour. So we had plenty of tables to choose from to eat burger and chips at 11.30am

The best service we've every received at a mcdonalds. Staff were professional polite and helpful food was hot and very little waiting time

In the perfect location after a long few hours shopping nothing better than a well served mackie d -McDonald’s. Had a chocolate milkshake which was really cooling, sweet and delicious. Had my usual Big Mac. This tasted really good as always, my fries were cooked fresh just the way I like them. It was very busy I had to queue for 5 minutes then we had to wait about 5 minutes for food but that was ok and a staff member brought it to our table. The staff are really busy but always manage a smile. Would def recommend great for kids and good value!

Decent food, friendly, polite and professional staff, always packed which is a good sign with an eatery.

Always had good quick service here - and always been able to find a parking space as it's on the quieter side of Merry Hill centre opposite Currys PC World. If you're going to MacDonalds in this area - go to this one.

Love my fillet fish burgers and mcflurrys at maccies wouldn't go everyday but would go if it's a quick meal

This is the second time ive been to this Mcdonald's the first time was a couple of months ago when i asked for some breakfast and the member of staff said 'No we don't have any left' i then had to point out to her look behind you i can see there is breakfast left on the shelf... she just seamed very lazy and like she couldn't be bothered... she never apologised just rudely passed my breakfast to me (myself and my partner reported this to mcdonald's them selves never herd anything back)

Got served fast and food was quick. The burger and the frozen lemonade was really nice but found my chips was too salty for my liking and just feel like they need a bigger seating area as you feel like your sitting on top of other people.

Este lugar es sucio, subimos a comer comida después de ser servido por un cajero inútil que el orden incorrecto. Después de clasificar que fuimos a comer en el piso de arriba, pero estos fueron cubiertos mesas con basura y comida. Bin en la comida estaba a rebosar mientras lleves a la mesa. No hay personal de limpieza. La comida estaba fría. Comimos la comida y a la izquierda tan rápido como pudiera.

Había envases sucios en las mesas de la planta parecía que no habían limpiado en una semana, y en el mostrador de servicio era todo salsa seca en el mostrador. Allí estaba. Bebidas calientes o después de todo y de que tenían las agallas para pedir 5 p para la salsa. Ya que no ofrecen las bombas de autoservicio de salsa me da la sensación de que deberían ofrecer las ollas de salsa gratis! Olía grasienta y cuando pedí hablar con el que envió la señora maher vestíbulo a hablar acerca de cómo ella iba a fregar el suelo al final de la noche! Sin duda no volveremos!

Es lo que es, McDonald's en su mediocre mejor. Personal desinteresado en el mejor de los casos, desagradable en su peor. La comida es cálido pero extrañamente adictivo! Pero lo que hace que mi piel son el crawl instalado recientemente iPads. Piensa en los cientos de sucios dedos pegajosos que toque las pantallas mientras come. . . . . esperando a que ocurra una epidemia! Proporcionar desinfectantes antibacterianas o deshacerse de estos elementos asqueroso!

Recientemente visité esta rama con un amigo, todo estaba bien, pedimos nuestra comida y nos dieron bastante rápidamente. Decidimos ir arriba como parecía vacío y queríamos comer la cena en paz.

It's small but handy maccies. More seating up the spiral staircase Toilets are to the left when you come out, the shopping centre ones. No toilets within the maccies itself. Food nice and freshly cooked. No monopoly stickers with breakfast.

Pequeño McDonald's en el centro de colina feliz. Hay una más grande afuera. No hay aseos aseos disponibles dentro, pero el centro si gira a la izquierda de la puerta y camina hacia la bhs antiguo.

Buen lugar para comer en una prisa. Está muy bien ver este McDonalds no ha cambiado al sistema de orden. El funcionamiento de esta sucursal es rápido, amable y eficiente sin duda no como el nuevo sistema el número de orden.

This is for the McDonalds at the top by The Range. Stopped in at the drive thru after a long day at work, got home, fries were cold and obviously old, (rest of food was of a decent temperature) one of my burgers was wrong, and they robbed me of my paid for sauces AGAIN. So overall good was crap, or missing. Avoid and use one of the others

Been to merry hill for many a year .only reason went in here was bringing my granddaughter to bear factory with her friend for her birthday My granddaughter in wheel chair ,so what a nightmare trying to get a space .staff sweeping round you while you ate ,don't ask how bad it was under the table. Don't think saw wash or brush in long time Avoid this place if you can ,got to be the worse mcdonalds I have been to .Table grimy Over all filthy do not go unless your desperate

We decided to do a bit of shopping on Friday and popped into Mcdonalds for food. Where to start. The restaurant was filthy, tables uncleared and dirty. Drink spillages on the floor - a slipping hazard and the place just looked grimy. We ordered food and I sat down. The food was placed on the counter. My husband waited in excess of 5 minutes for a milk shake as the machine required topping up. Eventually he sat down. The food now of course cold. The burger. A quarter pounder tasted disgusting and strange and really salty. I returned this for another. The cheese burger was cold and rubbery the chips were covered in salt. The table we sat at had a faulty strip light above that kept flashing, very annoying indeed. The staff were all new and learning but unfortunately didn't know what they were doing. The experience at this restaurant was disgusting the worst ever!! Don't go as the restaurant is dirty and very off putting and makes you wonder how clean it is behind the scenes. Restaurants like this I'm afraid tar the image of the McDonald's franchise.

Love the express ordering and tablets for the kids. Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds so don't expect 5 star it's fast food after all... Place is always clean and service pleasant...

I had a chicken legend here and it was standard but the fries were clearly not fresh, and had too much salt put on them which made me feel sick, I would try again but if disappointing next time then I won't return

Been to this McDonalds at Merry Hill (one outside of the centre by Frankie and Bennys) twice now in attempt to get a Sundae and never has ice-cream needs sorting out!

Food here was cold and not up to standard, found hair in my food and staff were very unprofessional at times shouting and joking out loud directly I front of customers view,

Think the breakfast sausage had been sitting around for a while as was quiet dry and not that hot .. But at 5.30 am it was a welcome breaky to see somewhere open and the coffee is not too bad

Fantastic love it the new re-ferb is brilliant good service good hot food staff lovely seating areas are good, and the iPad tablets are brilliant for the children to use while they eat. Would recommend it to anyone

Always busy but staff are friendly and never grumpy.They must have great managers keeping the staff motivated. Cleanliness is good considering how busy the place gets.Food is average maccies

Good old fashioned maccies with a spacious sear print area and well organised staff. Very good, very clean

We came here start of the year and thought it was very badly managed and said we'd never use this one again but we had no choice yesterday and kids weren't helping either so decided to try it again,to our surprise we thought yes this is how a mackyz should be,well trained staff always smiling unlike last time around,much cleaner and bang on meals.... Usual service. Had to wait for fresh food. Usual prices. Was busy due to time of day. Asked for sauce but not in bag when we checked.

Visited drive through yesterday and ordered 2 of the BBQ Smokehouse meals. Got home and no bottom buns on either of them. Absolutely shocking lack of visual quality control. How on earth someone could put the product in the carton without noticing there was no bottom part of the bun just astounds me. Complained to McDonalds Head office. Awaiting response.

Not enough car park spaces, especially if you have to wait for a drive through order. Polite and well trained (almost robotic) staff. A wide choice of food but I cant understand why they do not do an all day breakfast. Limited choice of soft drinks no healthy options available. Menu bewildering at times and "queue pressure" sometimes forces me into making a choice of food I didn't initially want. Tables often left piled high with other peoples debris (usually chavs).

Never seen a macyz that's just shambles in every sense.... Kids working n havnt a clue abt n e thing!We ordered our fillet meals but waited around 15 minutes before we was asked to order!!They forgot that we had ordered how silly hey!Never again to this one n e way!!

Will never eat in Mcdonalds, the worst food ever, its unhealthy and you feel hungry again 10 minutes later.
