Takeaway was late by about half an hour. Okay, can live with that but this has to be the worst meal that we have had in Gloucester. What happened? Kebab meat all dried up and gristle in the chicken. Salad was lettuce and cucumber only. I was starving and normally I'd eat a rabid horse. With this we had pot noodles after. Never again. Buyer beware

Bought a pizza here after a night out in Torquay. It was easily one of the best pizza's I have ever had. I will be back when in Torquay again.

Was given four huge merangues as a present. My friend, on holiday in the area, bought them and they travelled 200 miles without damage! Lovely, interesting flavours. Unusual.

The Whoppers, Crispy Chicken & chips we had were okay, but the place was very dirty (we had to ask to have our table and area cleaned) and the toilets smelly and disgusting! 🫣 Won't be stopping here again.

Don't know why is place has bad reviews.I went into the shop whilst visiting plymouth .Food promptly made and was delicious . Very warm welcome .I would return .

I.was missing three items from my order and still have not had a refund. This is not good business. I asked the delivery driver if there was another bag and he said no so I knew i was missing food.

Avoid unless you have absolutely no other choice…. Car park full of deep potholes and puddles, no working toilets and the place is generally filthy. I walked away and had a much better experience at the hog and hedge 8 miles up the road.

staff need re training on allergy awareness. asked if a burger bun contained dairy and the answer was “dunno” i then prompted the question of “what dairy free products do you have? and the same answer again “dunno”. this causes a loss of confidence in food preparation in accordance to allergy’s. this NEEDS to be addressed.

Cold food, half the order missing (2 burgers and a fries) was told order will be replaced, even if get correct order fries often filled only half way so a small portion when paying for large... Went back for manager Samual to refuse replacement order, was extremelly rude and argumentative got aggressive and comments verging on being racist to my passanger... Have escalated to store management but not been followed up, will report to regional management next as racism or any aggression should not be whats ecpected Samual clearly cant manage his own emotions let alone a store... sort it out mcdonalds, RACISM is not acceptable, seems a management issue from the top... as most the staff are genuinly freindly and happy
