App said delivery was here it was not called the restaurant then the driver called me and he was at the wrong address so food was cold

Wouldn’t recommend this place. The chicken was bland—no flavor at all. Chips were soggy. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Took forever to get the food and no one even said sorry. Waste of money.

Waited and was 20 minutes late came freezing cold

I’m writing this review even though I can’t report on the food. I was unable to buy fish and chips as it’s “cash only” and I only had my phone with me so was unable to get cash out at the nearby cash point. I’d driven 15 minutes to get there so it was annoying and I ended up driving to Ryde instead.

Regular chips, battered sausage and curry sauce. Food tasted nice and habe no complaints with how it was cooked. Chip portion size for a regular was very small box. Having ordered a separate sausage, they placed in the same box to which I believe further reduced my chip portion. Food taste nice however the tiny regular portion size of chips was disappointing. Left hungry..

rude manager, constantly rolling eyes and making disgusted faces when not hearing someone answer her, 0 patience, just made the meal fully un enjoyable

Service is disgusting here they don't look at you to interested in deliver orders than the people in the queue Jay was very rude and clearly had a cold as he kept wiping his nose with his hand did not go to wash his hand just put on gloves contaminating the other gloves he needs to do his food safety course again will not eat here again I would like a reply on how this will be dealt with

Been coming here for a little over 2 years, staff are friendly, food is great, won't go anywhere else.

More than enough chips to feed a hungry family, I asked for small chips, accompanied by a thin piece of fish identifying as a large haddock. The fish flesh was rather chewy. This is the second time the fish has been poor in about 6 visits, so I will try elsewhere.

Very convenient if you are staying in the Premier Inn across the road, as well as good value for money. The only observation I would make is that they could do with a bit more circulation space in front of the counter. Other than that, the food was warm and tasty and the service was quick and pleasant. Harry who works there is nice.

This has been mygo to M25 coffee stopsince it opened, but quality of thecoffee has dropped alarmingly of late. Profit trumps quality?

This is honestly the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. Staff are miserable and look like they don't want to be there. Quality of food is poor and there have been lots of issues. Hygiene of staff is also questionable. Management seriously need to review this place!
