Tesco Cafe in Eastleigh

Think her name was Laura she has outstanding customer service helped me my brothers egg allergy when ordering his food as he is disabled. She took my and elderly mothers mothers order she was great and had outstanding knowledge. She is a credit to tesco. She works with a great team . Thank you x

Had lunch here today excellent service and lady behind the till very friendly and excellent at her job. Clean tables and floors and quite just how I like it. Food 5 stars.

Excellent breakfast today. Dirty Knive gave back to person who gave me my food said was going to get me another one completely forgot about it so had to eat breakfast just with my fork had to butter toast with a fork. But good was great.

A fantastic cafe for breakfast which we’ve used a couple of times after arriving on very early ferries from France. Julie was very helpful and a credit to the company. She made us lovely coffees and the breakfasts were very tasty too. Thank you! 😊

I am a frequent and longtime visiter to the restaurant. The restaurant use to be downstairs when I first started going. The chef, a man, not English since he has been there the food he prepares is absolutely awful. The food is overcooked and bland. The sausage was burnet on the outside and cold on the inside. The egg was cooked a while ago. This is not the first ,second or third time I have complained. Now I ask who’s cooking? If it’s him, I only have coffee

I’m very disappointed! my nan took me here for breakfast and it was cold, egg was all slimy and bacon was covered in fat! not what I expected to be honest. thought it would be nicer. Will not be coming here again.

Took a trip to Tesco cafe this morning , disappointing to say the least . Cold and when I say cold I mean cold the butter didn’t melt in the crumbly bab bacon was all fat and the fat was white and slimey . My granddaughter had a egg n cheese bab the egg was not cooked cheese was the plastic type n obviously wasn’t hot as it stayed plastic . Will not be going again as it waste of ten pound . Staff were to busy chatting to friends .

Nothing special but absolutely fine. One gentleman was very upset because his food hadn't been brought out and l must admit from what we could hear (lots) and saw, the staff weren't very helpful & passed the buck

Popped in for a snack before shopping.really impressed.lovely staff,great coffee and really tasty food.will definitely go in again,shopping or not.impressed.

I have never had a Breakfast at Tesco and I was not impressed by I will go to others and compare, the egg was ok the sausage could be warmer as the Beans, the Pot of tea was welcome so but it filled a space for my trek around Southampton. But that's another chapter in the life of an retired Gent.

Half decent price although all coffee shops are overpriced the staff were friendly and helpful the coffee was very good and very hot we liked the red settees.

Just like to say I went into Tesco café in bursledon today for a cup of Tea and asked the girl on till if I could have a glass of water to which she said would you like ice in it which was soo lovely of her as she looked so hot and was still thinking about the customer, her name was Claire, Thanks you so much Claire that made my day. What a caring person, will be back. Linda

Saturday morning shopping thought we would have breakfast out too, staff ok, plenty of food to choice from. Very clean & very busy, filled us up ready to face shopping!

I had breakfast here which was ok. The food tasted ok, was reasonably priced but was only luke warm. The service was indifferent and the decor bordered on drab. It's hard to enthuse about this place but it's ok for a cheap place to eat.

Small portions (2 tablespoons of chilli on a jacket potato) and staff who ask you questions and then don’t bother listening to the answer. I wish I hadn’t bothered spending my hard earned cash.

We visit just on opening time and pleased to find the team was ready to serve us and all the food was hot and ready. The staff are very pleasant. The breakfast was good value.
