McDonalds in South Bucks

Obviously its just a fast food outlet but things were not that great. It took quite some time for our order to be ready and we found the chips a little soggy and not hot. Oh well we ate it all as you do and just left. Not the best experience but I am sure its not the worst we have had.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Soggy fries! Very disappointed. Presentation of burgers was rubbish barley even looked like a burger had to put it together ourselves.

It does what it says on the tin! Good quality MacDonald's, and you can sit outside by a lake with fish, ducks and red Kites! Great service station

Very mediocre double Big Macs. They were dry. No salt on fries. No straw either milkshake. Very poor and disappointing.

In the last few weeks, a list of the problems I’ve had. Slow service despite only 1 other person placing an order. Paying for dips such as sweet chilli, and then not bring in the bag. A Big Mac that looks like it’s been prepared in a tumble dryer. Displaying milkshakes as available, for them to tell me at the counter they aren’t available, twice. The coke tasting like sparkling water. And finally, ordering pancakes and syrup, look into the bag after leaving to find no Syrup, butter or cutlery. Leaving to eat plain pancakes with my hands. I don’t know of another Maccies that gets it wrong quite as often this one does

We called here for breakfast .We had various items including double sausage & egg muffins ,hash browns & coffees. All tasted good and food arrived quickly at counter after ordering

It was busy but the service was still very slow. The staff did not look happy in their work and it showed in their performance and in the way they spoke to their customers. As always the coffee was good and the tables clean.

Waiting last night at the counter for my order to arrive and bold as brass, the lady on fries was scraping up all the old fallen fries from where the full bags sit and throwing them into the new batch and mixing them up. Then she got an old small packet of fries and emptied this back into the hopper too. I was shocked, not one old chip went to waste! Are you that desperate for profit Macs that you need to allow this practise? Is the pressure on your management to eliminate waste that strong? Never seen anything quite like it.

Open Christmas Day when not much else is. Perfect for a snack and break when traveling. Full range of food, speedy service & the services quiet so plenty of seating. Most other venues except coffee shops closed so good to break up journey for families.

We have just returned from the USA where we visited several McDonalds and its very clear that the speed of UK McDonalds is far superior to the USA! Well done!!

I always find the staff here friendly and helpful even though they have been converted to the automation as most McDonald’s have which is impersonal in some ways People just stand around waiting for their order which does look rather crowded here when I was there though

Call while babysitting on rainy Saturday late afternoon. Was very busy. Good service good food. Place clean and tidy. Good location. As plenty to look at on a wet afternoon and enjoy the food children love

Very busy Tuesday morning, ordered a coffee and bacon roll. The moment the lady gave me my change my number was shouted and the food served hot and great. Perfect!

Staying overnight at the Ibis Budget on site, I ordered food from here, using one of the machines I actually got to work. The wait was acceptable, and the fries were honestly the hottest I have ever been served at a McDonalds (fantastic). Unfortunately the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. I was given my order, and turned to leave. I checked the bag, and realised there were no dips for the fries. I turned back to ask for some, but the server was on the next order, and an earthquake would not have distracted her. I stood there around 10 minutes, McD bag in hand, which might have indicated there was a problem, but could not attract anyone's attention. Even the supervisor 3 yards in front of me on the conveyor belt churning meals out showed no interest. I just took my meal and left, the fries somewhat colder. I won't use that outlet again.

Fairly prompt service, efficiently carried out. Tasty breakfast, this was the first time I had ever had a bacon and egg muffin from a McDonalds outlet and I thoroughly enjoyed it, even though I'm not particularly fond of fast food. The area was clean, vacant tables were all cleared and wiped down even though it was a busy late morning, just coming up to the lunchtime rush.

always get the same, big mac and frappe. chicken selects are the best in the country. always open haha

It's MacDonalds!! If there was any variation then the company wouldn't be very happy as the point is to be able to walk into any MacD in the world and get the same tasting burger and service, and experience the usual 'mwah' moment.

A branch of McDonalds situated in a service station so plenty of parking spaces. You can order at the desk or at large computerised self service ordering screens - simple enough my 6 year old ordered his own meal. You wait for your number to appear on a screen & collect from the self service counter. It was indeed fast food - one of the fastest McDonalds I have been to despite being very busy. The advantage of being in a service station food court - plenty of seating, toilets & baby food heating facilities. Outside seating near a lake & a children's play area - good for breaking up a journey. Also great if the children want McDonalds but you don't as the food court has several other food options & an Marks & Spencer's & WH Smith's. McDonalds do a great hot reasonably priced coffee to - cheaper & as nice as many coffee chains. The only thing is they sometimes run out of children's healthy options - like carrots or fruit bags but I think that's because they are much more popular choices now. Fast food on a budget. Sadly no drive through you have to go in to the services but handy place to grab something to eat if visiting local attractions or break up a journey.

Called here with family, on way back home. We had various meals, hot drinks and milkshake .I had a large fillet of fish meal, a cheeseburger and large cappuccino. All tasty and appreciated the self-service ordering touch screens

The best McDonald's for miles around! Always fast, always hot and the best value ice cream cones - 89p for one with a flake! If it's fine you can take your meal outside and sit in the paved area overlooking the lake; just like being at CenterParcs!

This busy McDonalds is in the services at Beaconsfield. The service is prompt - but not a quick as it used to be before the revamp. The food is good and cheap.

They have had new state of the art self order touch screen units which were very easy to use but only accept cards. The new concept worked very well especially as they had a rush of people. Food never disappoints always enjoy a sneaky quarter pounder!

We all know what McDonalds serves. I was there for breakfast as this is a regular breakfast stop for me when going down the M40.It also has electric charge points to charge my electric car a convenient point to charge before hitting the dreaded M25.
