Please can we have a drinks menu on the counter as some of us customers can not read the ones on the wall and my app on my phone was saying what the flouvers were for christmas menu. also i could not heat the person serving me very well even though i ware hearing ades, you could keep the card menus all year for whenever u have a special on

This is not the best Costa coffee shop out there. The choice of food and drinks seems noticeably limited. Although there's a lot of room inside (compared to some other branches) the atmosphere is rather lacklustre. On top of that the service I've been receiving here recently was unfortunately cold or gruff, or simply unprofessional. The staff does the bare minimum, does not exceed expectations in the service, quite often grumpy or unwelcoming.

Served wrong drink. Mocha is not Hot Chocolate. Issuse is with the HQ website more than the shop error. HQ site faulty FROM YOU WEBSITE... The form could not be submitted for the following reasons: 1. Date of Visit must have a valid date format. Example: 822/28/20232ct t102 28pmt2 pmn2 Ti542 of Vi35it 2. Site and Date of Visit are required fields. So the form would not be processed. Have you actually tested your form on your site?

Best Costa Coffee shop in the area.. George makes the best coffee, have been coming here for a long time. Always happy staff and friendly. Only thing I have noticed recently is the pricing changes depending on the staff member serving you, which is disappointing.

This store smelt of damp. I love costa, but the ambience here really does not call me back. Their coffee is good and up to standard. Always so much space to sit. Also some outside seating.

The worst experience as I was overcharged on 2 instances. The scam is they always charge for the large size even when u order small size takeaway. The first time I did not notice until I got back home and checked my SMS alerts. Second time when I questioned the lady at the till who was the same one that it was a small size and a reusable cup she was quite arrogant as her act was caught, she brushed away saying there was a queue. Suggest to ask and check your receipt if you use this place . I have taken my business to the local cafe nearby.

A very nice Costa cafe! Plenty of seating, lovely staff and great coffee. In the middle of the high street , so a great place to sit down and have a cuppa.

Rude staff didn’t even say hello, over priced drinks forgot the syrup even though we both paid for it, used the wrong milk and we are both dairy free, overpriced and drinks way too strong will not be returning to costa.

Visited multiple times over the last couple of months. Staff are always so friendly, the coffee is lovely and I feel completely safe going in there as everything is socially distanced :)

Oh dear... ...where do I start. I have visited this Costa franchise twice this week. On both occasions the place was dead when myself and my daughter walked in . No table service - take away only , the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming and they were all sitting about at the back of the shop chatting amongst themselves. They decided that it was more important to finish off whatever they were all chatting about and took their time before coming to serve us. They were not wearing any masks and one of them was sitting perched on top of a table - so not very hygienic all round. Apparently this Costa franchise have decided to charge customers the VAT regardless that it is take away and despite the fact that the government has waived this VAT charge during the pandemic , so customers are being ripped off. This place was in sharp depressing contrast to the new vibrant Costa franchise at the Bridgwater retaill park where despite the pandemic , the staff there are efficient , friendly and have a steady stream of customers Q' ing at their door. I visite most days They are also passing their VAT savings onto their customers and are proudly advertising this fact. So Bravo Bridgwater Costa franchise . I'd suggest that the Burnham Costa staff take some inspiration and lessons from their counterparts at Bridgwater and get their finger out otherwise they are going to out of jobs soon and on Universal credit. They should be thankful they have jobs when many do not . I reckon this place will be closing down soon. I wont be going back anytime soon.

This is one of the regular Costa coffee I visit and the coffee and staff is very friendly however the only issue is findling a parking but it's very busy there.

Costa is my go to place for coffee. As I’ve moved away from the town centre it’s less often I use this one but whenever I did it was absolutely fine service and great coffee.

Visited twice. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had my Granddaughter with me and the tray of drinks was brought to my table. I enjoy Costa though this year disappointed with the Christmas drinks. So I had Latte which I enjoyed. Would recommend

Visit this costa a few times a week with other school mums and our youngest children! The staff here especially the lady with dark hair are wonderful! Always brilliant with the children and genuinely great service

Sometimes during the week just after or at lunch I pop over to grab a sandwich or a panini sometimes with coffee Staff are great any day of the week I sure go back again

Convenient for work sometimes a long wait especially lunchtime. Staff friendly but they do quite often run out of items so can be frustrating when you are limited to what you are able to eat. Cleanliness is ok but I hate it when they wipe the milk machine with a grubby cloth all the Costa shops seem to do it quite un- hygienic really but I still go there.

Such a shame that this Costa cannot get staff that smile. Having just spent three days in Burnham, we visited Sat, Sun & Mon so different staff on different days - but none of them know how to smile.

Me and my bozfriend we find this place much, lovely. Everz day we come.

Always clean and tidy staff and premises. The barristers there do make an absolute lovely cuppa coffee. It's a nice little detour and treat sometimes when I'm on my way home from work, huuum.

Overall good nice staff etc but the drinks aren't very good the last 2 to 3 months hence the low score....top marks for service 1 mark for drinks. The mocha has recently either come up too short due to excess foam or tasteless (like the one I took away so didn't try until I got home). Similarly hot chocolates are weak. Be great if the team could look into this and resolved.
