Subway in Mole Valley

The manager Ava was very rude towards her fellow employee. As well as that her employee was also very rude towards me. He seemed like he didn’t care and kept acting irresponsibly. The bread was stale and the salad bar looked off. Clearly he wasn’t paying attention to my order as he gave the wrong cookie. He also made me pay twice and accused me and not telling him it was a meal. Not impressed.

I usually love Subway but this is not a good branch because they're extremely stingy with the salad and toppings, which are not as fresh as they should be. I've never had such a sad looking, mostly empty sub before. The lettuce (what little there was) was brown and soggy with a slight taste of fish. It seems they're very noticeably cutting corners with quality at this branch to make some extra profit.

Whoever draws the smiley face on the deliveroo orders, I just want to say I appreciate all of them! I sometimes order from work on sundays, and I'm usually quite stressed when I do, and those little smiley faces make me smile, and they're there every single time! =)

For 6 Inc Sub + drink I have paid almost 7 £ .I never paid that price before. Our Subway in Dorking its a bit expensive then other places.

Fabulous girl named neharika she is perfect in every thing either related to service either related to food quality and taste she makes very good food and put everything properly

I love a subway for lunch sometimes - however I have become used to the fact that you have to be strong willed with the lady who works there lol. I’m not sure if her job title is Keeper of Salad, but it should be. I normally go for a salad bowl, and it’s quite a painful experience making sure I get a suitable portion size. Often I receive the salad and find I have not a lot of lettuce and about 3 bits of sweetcorn, 3 jalapeños and 3 shreds of onion - so when I go there, I like to make sure I get what I’m supposed to!! So I ask for more, and it’s always the lady who’s been there for years who serves me, she literally puts a piece of lettuce, cucumber or what ever ingredient I have asked for and stares at me like I’m greedy lol, I find my self asking for more please at least twenty times and it’s INSANE, and often I still come out with a ridiculously small salad. What does she do with all the leftover salad, why is she so protective of it, do the subway employs pay for the ingredients personally! Who knows. But it’s a well known “thing” in Dorking now that this lady doesn’t like to give the salad out 😂

The lady Anna who I believe is the manager was so extremely rude to the other worker when I went in today. This poor lady looked like she was a new member of staff and was just trying to do her job in which she did absolutely nothing wrong but burnt herself on the oven which then led to Anna completely belittling her and embarrassing her in front of the customers. Anna’s attitude towards the members of staff is despicable and everyone knows it as she is known well around dorking for her bad attitude and rudeness

I don't want to be a Karen but the guy who put the phone down on me (he couldn't understand what I was saying) 4 times because they got my £50 order wrong, should be fired! Terrible customer service and he doesn't suit a job that evolves actual human being interactions. May I just add, going into the shop (in Dorking), they are terrible at communication.

Terrible customer service. Trying to pay the 6 inches rolls and cheese melt using the royalty points. The lady obviously showing her rude expression dislike paying using the points. Can’t see the point introduced the royalty points if the staff not keen taking the points as payment.

Served me BROWN and SLIMEY lettuce, took almost an hour to arrive and soggy bread. Awful. Just don't bother.

Tried using points to pay for 6 inch and hot drink and the 2 staff behind the counter jus shouting in a foreign language to SCAN CODE when I already scanned 2 codes then made up some stupid exuse on how it was my fault. Terrible customer service. Horrible people.

Kirit has been a phenomenal help in assisting me with the vegetarian items on the menu. I work nearby and this has become my new favourite lunch break

Not the best Subway within the local area, Staff seemed disinterested- member who served us was on a phone call while serving us and spoke in his native language which I thought was slightly rude. Food was ok, lacked enthusiasm.

Had to wait 30 mins to be served, pick up take outs were put before us. Poor lady working on her own. Wont visit again

Love a sub, fabulous as always. Great choice of sandwiches and a good choice of healthy options too. Love the tuna salad wrap. Friendly staff. Conveniently located in Dorking High Street. Eat in or takeaway.

Ordered pick up from the shop via the app and was bang on for my collection and it was banging.

I’ve been veggie for over 10 years and I ordered the vegan steak sub - it was only when I bit into it I found it’s just bitten into a meatball. Not on.

Food fresh and tasty. Quick and convenient my first choice when on a busy schedule. It's a Subway and you know what to expect.

Not a great service yesterday. I understand that the lady was new starter, but then she should ask me if is enough salad, if is enough sauce, if i eat in or take away, if i need a bag , she should cut my foot long not leave it to me break into. She was more busy with phone rather than learning something at work.

Went in, tried saying hello and order but the new guy (Kriti or kriti) was too busy with his AirPods in talking, had to say things a few times.. when I said maybe you should take your AirPods out so you can hear me, he got upset and started being aggressive.

We go to this subway quite frequently and... it's Subway. The food is what you might expect unless you've been living under a rock for decades. But this branch has one major issue which is the lack of staff! Quite often when we arrive there is only 1 staff member making all the food (for customers AND online orders), doing all the till work and everything else. They often seem exhausted and irritable (fair enough!) and it takes ages to get our lunch. Please hire some more staff!

4 stars for the lovely freshly prepped sandwiches, an extra star for the incredibly helpful, polite and pleasant server, she seemed to derive a lot of pleasure in delivering excellent customer service which went a long way.

Friendly good service its a sub way so food is generally good and and great change from your usual takeaway fast food

Very generous staff, it was a hot day and I filled up my water bottle and dropped a lot of ice on the floor, I apologized and the staff was very polite about it, very nice spacious place to eat after a hot day, overall I would recommend 10 / 10

Good fresh affordable food. Restaurant is always spotless. Staff are very friendly which creates a great atmosphere. They always make the effort to keep their customers smiling. I would 100% recommend this subway.

The burger cost 7 pounds this is ridiculous and i think its not worth that kind of money cuz the food is not the best quality btw 7pounds for quarter meal

I called in today for a quick light lunch. My sub of the day was efficiently prepared and tasted good. The coffee was £1.80 which was a bit steep though .....I thought that they used to be 50p!

Standard subway, if you time your arrival wrong you can have a bit of a wait of loads of people are before you but it's expected at lunch time

Very clean dine in area with super efficent staff..those guys know how to get a queue down in busy times.

I ordered a sub of the day (£2.49) which was quickly prepared and tasted good. There are a decent amount of seats in the outlet and as there is a large window at the front plenty of light floods in.

Not busy anytime... Not fresh salad... I like subway but not in Dorking

I used to come in every lunch time for my tuna salad bowl. How ever, a maturer lady who works there now is extremley stingy with portions of lettuce, onion and olives etc. It's literally nearly half the size of what I normally purchased. When I asked for more lettuce I was given literally an extra 3 strands of lettuce, so again asked for more and was looked at like i was robbing the place. I will say that the store is always spotless, staff move very quickly and food always tastes nice. Just unfortunate sized portions. I have noticed some other subways have gluten free bread you can choose, if this became available in dorking that would be fantastic.

Like Wetherspoons, most of the clientele know the menu when they enter! My meal, a three pound lunchtime roll and coffee was quickly and politely served and ready within atwo minutes. It was well-cooked and although the coffee machine was broken, others ways of making a brew were established by the staff, so I cannot find fault with anything.

I think the concept of SUBWAY is excellent, the choice of lovely bread, then choose from a good range of fillings, then toasted and a selection of salad and dressing, whats not to like?! AND the coffee is brill, and good value.

This is a chain originated in America. Had a bacon and egg sub....yuk, it was like plastic. Food really does look, feel and taste like it has arrived in a refrigerated lorry. Move on.....!

Thought id try the New Chicken product but was very ill.. The way management handled my complaint was terrible.. Never got back to me and after months of poor communication, I was told I would get a refund and a voucher for something else.. I almost didnt even get that when I attempted to cash them in..

Visited on a very wet weekday lunch time , service was very good and food was very good value for money !.

Not enough staff so wait can be very long but food is great.

It is what it is - a subway, we all know what to expect so the areas of focus have to be the environment and staff and service. the manager is lovely and the premises always clean and fresh and service polite and prompt. Loyalty card is a bonus.

A veces tienen motivo para visitar un metro y siempre encontramos la comida buena, a un precio razonable y los enchufes bien gestionado y con un personal amable y las instalaciones. Dorking no fue una excepción, nuestros niños todos disfrutamos realmente seleccionando y luego comer sus respectivos para llevar.
