My food was cold, the pizza wasn't cooked properly. there wasn't no taste to it. The price was a rip off. I won't be ordering from there again.

Items arrived over 30 minutes late pizza was stone cold potatoes with cheese and bacon on were also cold but also surrounded with burnt black cheese without doubt the worst takeaway service I’ve ever used

potato tots were completely cold. Made them really hard too eat. barely touched them.

cookie was slightly burnt around the edges, but everything was rather good, I'm pleased

The food was really late and turned up stone cold. No apology or acknowledgement from the delivery driver. My Saturday night in ruined from waiting for food that is now not fit for consumption. Very unhappy customer

Tato tots were half empty & the cheese was burnt I order here frequently and usually happy not this time

Order was cold. My granddaughter couldn’t eat it. Had to go out in the cold to get her something she could eat and my neighbour had to look after my granddaughter. Not a good experience

Good food, would have preferred a quicker deliverytime/option

My order was 15/20 min late, I ordered the food around 1940 and ended up eating food well after 9.10pm. Really poor

We had part of our order missing and received someone else’s order. We also had requested no onions on both pizzas and the pizzas had onions on. My partner is intolerant to them. I did send a request for a refund of that order but I received an email back to say it is no longer manned? I would like some response me on this and my refund issued.

Arrived cold and very dry, definitely not fresh..won't be ordering again.

Although delivery was late, the food was good. A bit pricey though.

Was stone cold delivery took ages I called the restaurant they said he’ll be there soon came 20 mins after so around 40 mins late

App said delivered but waited another 30 minutes and food was cold!

Very dry and overcooked today. Ordered extra cheese on the pizza, but there was nothing different to normal. Very disappointed.

This is the last time I'll be ordering from here. I asked for no garlic dip, I still got one. They NEVER get the dips right, ever. The cauliflower wings were cold, not just lukewarm, actually cold, and by the time I'd reheated them in the microwave the pizza was pretty tepid itself. I don't get why this is so hard. Nine times out of ten the food is delicious, but the service is really doesn't match it. I'm done.

I love your pizza, I really love the cauliflower wings, but why is it so hard for you to get the dips right? I've ordered the wings five times to date, and I've only gotten buffalo sauce twice. I made a BIG thing in my order about it and still I got three of the vegan garlic dip (which, by the way, is horrible) and no buffalo. What is the issue here? Have you got something against vegans? I'm joking (kinda) but seriously, get this right yeah, or no more orders from me. I realise that's not going to put even a tiny dent in your takings and getting the dips wrong is probably considered an 'acceptable level of failure' but I really like what you do with your vegan menu items, I just want to receive what I order.

My food has not been delivered and i have not gotten any updates on my order and i’ve been trying to call the restaurant and they have not answered

The food was delivered on time and the driver was really polite and courteous. We loved the pizza so will be ordering again.

The pizza and the potatoes were excellent, the marmite bread was over marmited and the bread was like rubber. will not be orderering those again.

Really, really poor service from Papa John's, Chatham. Very disappointing, all round. Order was meant to be with us between 8:20 - 8:50. Got to 9pm, still no food. Phoned several times. No answer (felt as if my calls were being ignored, tbh). My call WAS eventually answered (hallelujah!). The chap on the other end of the phone informed me (after speaking to one of his colleagues in the background) that the pizza had been "left behind at the restaurant?!" Really?! You couldn't make this up! Apparently, the other items were on the way to us, with the delivery driver (these items being garlic sticks and potato pots). I said, politely, that I wanted a full refund, as this wasn't acceptable, which the chap on the phone agreed to, and to be fair, he was apologetic (that was really the only positive I can extract from this sorry old mess). Oh, and the other items never did arrive btw (maybe the delivery driver went the scenic route, via Birmingham, who knows?). However, according to my Just Eat orders, it said that the food was delivered at 8:30! Hmm, just seen a squadron of pigs fly by my window wearing fluorescent yellow jackets. I doubt the food had even been prepared, let alone despatched (hence my calls being ignored!). So, not only will I not be using Papa John's ever again, but this is the last time that I will be using Just Eat. I've been let down far too many times before. Oh, and if anyone should see someone driving around, armed with a box of garlic sticks and potato pots, spare a thought for us (oh, and the poor lonely pizza back at the restaurant).

Pizza was like cardboard and cold as it had clearly been cooked and ready for the time is was meant to be delivered for.

For that price I expected more. I get really small pica and almost cold.

Arrived hot and swiftly. No complaints

The driver never even delivered the order to my door and took it back to shop where I had to go and collect. The store although apologetic didn't seem to bother. I want a refund as this is not satisfactory not even close to it. The driver didn't even call my mobile number left with them or ring my intercom. I will not return and would like my money back

It came very late, when arrived food was cold and delivery driver tried blaming it on me not leaving my number even tho the restaurant had my number and called me .

Amazing food and at a fair price highly recommend the cookie 🍪 as its amazing and is huge and wroth the price you pay

Friendly & polite delivery service

Food was good however the driver arrived in a loud car and due to that I couldn't hear him know on my door.... when I finally heard him knock he was sarcastic and rude getting angry towards me because I didn't hear his first attempt of knocking. When the driver left he slammed his car doors and reved his loud car along my quiet road late at night.... not happy at all......

Had to score for restaurant service to complete, but it was a delivery just eat service. Couldn’t fault, very nice.

Not impressed with PJ's this time. Estimated delivery was between 19-05 and 19-25. At 19.45 I comment on here that it was late and reply said I would get a text with within 5 mins. No txt. Food finally arrived at 19-55. Although it had cooled down a little the pizza was ok.

Tasted ok but arrived luke warm, app said it was delivered but 10 minutes later it actually arrived. Will stick to dominos.

Just want to thanks to Sunny at Chatham papa johns for such great customer service. Had a problem with a previous order a few weeks back but Sunny has really rectified this with his kindness and great customer service. Was delivered efficiently and at a great standard. So I would like to say thank you for resolving my previous issue and you have been very helpful.

Food was delivered piping hot and is of excellent quality, some of the best pizza and bacon cheese bread I've ever eaten. I will likely continue to order from this particular Papa John's again in the future.

We ordered a large “The Works” & a small Vegan “The Works” including a garlic and herb and special garlic sauce. The pizzas were delivered sooner than expected and were both still hot. The food was delicious and my colleagues and I demolished it all. Thanks for a great meal once again Papa Johns!

FOOD WASNT DELIVERED BUT CLAIMED IT WAS The food was meant to arrive at 11:04pm, it came up on the app saying it was delivered, but no one buzzed the door and no one phoned, I then tried to phone the restaraunt and no answer, I have contacted just eat but not happy as I have paid for food I didn’t get.

Does anyone read these reviews? For the second time in a week the dip that was ordered did not arrive, which is disappointing! Positive is that the pizza was great!

Pizza up to its usual high standard. Just a shame that they forgot to deliver the dip that was ordered!

My food arrived early but missing items

I ordered one large pizza one 1.5 litre bottle of drink some jalapeño bites plus I doubled up on the dip. Cost 30 quid so not cheap but a simple order you would think. My order arrived without the drink and without the double dip plus the pizza was undercooked so the dough was slimy. Their pizzas aren’t cheap so you would hope to receive a cooked pizza. Very disappointing

Garlic slices way overdone, some snapped off. Played spot the chicken on my club pizza & not delivered as hot as my previous Papa John outlets.

After a night out placed an order online wasn’t drunk - bearing in mind the website said open until 3am - it said order had been placed received the confirmation email. I waited half an hour then an hour passed still no sign so decided to call kept ringing and ringing thought okay maybe will arrive in the morning, as sometimes that happens - no sign I rung them around 11am spoke to a man starting to explain the situation he hung up on me, I then had to call back to explain in more detail he hung up on me again and then he eventually rung me back. I asked if they could do anything for the inconvenience he said there wasn’t a manger available. I advised the customer service was terrible and that I would be posting onto trip advisor. It was just lucky I didn’t select card as a payment method! I will never use this papa johns again.

I wanted a quick dinner. I ordered my dinner at 6:45ish and it turned up at 8:20 then the driver said I owed money when I paid for it online so I had to call the store to tell them I’ve paid and whilst sorting out the money and having waited nearly 2 hours my pizza was getting cold. Very disappointed with the service!

Hardly any chicken on the pizza ordered. Was supposed to be a bbq base, instead bbq just put on the top of the pizza

Didn’t receive what I ordered. Told it was my fault. Not the first time I’ve had issues with incorrect orders from them so I won’t be using them again.

ordered via just eat using the "order again" button. Unfortunately this apparently doesn't pick up any of the comments you add to an order so I ended up with anchovies that I cannot eat, all over the pizza instead of just on my husband's half. called papa Joes and just eat. the answer was tough luck, but we'll give you a voucher for half the cost so you can place another order. No thanks - I won't be using either of you again
