Brilliant service and best fish and chips in Ashford. Great size portions and tastes amazing, highly recommend Singleton Fish Bar.

Such a shame we haven’t even got our food 1 hour 35 to get a kebab, they said 45 minutes a, don’t lie and b, be more Honest. I bet its stone cold. Will let you know????

A small Subway with very limited seating and a rather poor view of an uninteresting parking lot despite an all glass facade. Despite this the food is exactly what you'd expect of a subway, the service is usually good and the prices exactly the same as any other subway. Not worth going out of your way for but a solid option for lunch if you're in the area.

Cannot get an order right, on several occasions I have visited this restaurant and the staff literally cannot be bothered. Ordered a Filet of Fish with extra sauce and extra cheese and guess what the box stated both requirements and after driving the 25 miles home No Sauce and No Cheese called restaurant only to be told that we should have checked, this has happened on several occasions, staff didn’t want to know. DON’T USE THIS RESTAURANT the others in Ashford are far far better.

Got a takeaway for 5 of us. All cooked fresh and was still lovely and hot by the time I got home. Lovely fish and chips and curry sauce.

It was ok there, the only decent thing was staff were good and food was ok, and nothing to right home about.

Big chunks of lamb and chicken , and I ordered small potatoes wedges and was amazed at how many you get in a small portion of wedges.loved the salad and and garlic sauce. just the small portions are really filling. Best kebabs

I made this order at about 9:45pm, waited an hour and called the number here on just eat, I was told the road was blocked hence, driver will be late. I was standing outside with my phone all the while I was waiting. No one came, no calls came in. After another 40 minutes I called again and was told I was not answering my call. This is my first time hearing that my phone number was a problem. Please I need my money back. I can not have this tonight.

I love Five Guys. Food was consistent and tasty like it is across the chain. I can never give Five Guys 5 stars though just because it's so expensive. Although it's tasty food, it's still fast food and the price is never justifiable. It's a very rare treat for us just because it's so expensive. Special mention for the milkshakes! I love their milkshakes, they're delicious. I think the chain could maybe consider offering a kids menu and some child friendly options. Paying full price for items that kids are not going to finish is quite frustrating. Even so, plenty of seating here, quick and efficient, good Five Guys experience. Recommend it.

Not the cleanest of food outlets outside. There is an array of pigeon droppings along with cigarette butts and what looks like dried donor kebab meat. There has been an attempt to tidy the area at the front of the store, however, the pigeon's are a permanent nuisance. Have not eaten here any time soon. 4 star hygiene certificate displayed in window so, they have experienced problems with the outside of their building, I'm sure an ongoing irritation. Food however, is pretty good and always a very good portion of food. Salad is always fresh.

Child’s cod and chips ordered for my young son and they sent rotten old fish, it stunk and was clearly off the smell made me gag, rung to complain so they sent another fish and it was exactly the same old rotten fish that stunk of ammonia was absolutely horrendous if my toddler had eaten it I can imagine it would have made him incredibly ill, ended up having to drive to shop to prove food was bad and just offered the £4.50 back last time we will ever be using this and I recommend others use very cautiously.
