The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Wirral North West

Food arrived over 30 minutes late, rang after 20 to be told it’s coming bye. When it arrived it was freezing cold. Driver told me it was late because they thought it was a collection as it was a little order. £15 order obviously isn’t big enough of a priority for it to be delivered hot and on time. Rang to complain was told to call back tomorrow as they are closing. Food in the bin 2 hours wasted charged for Pepsi given Pepsi max. RIP offs.

The food was mid the chips were stale and the pizza tasted like cardboard and the hash brown were damp. The only compliment is that it's edible but 20 quidd to get this I am disappointed would not recommend.

Typical McDonald's you only go there for one reason you like a McDonald's otherwise you wouldn't bother

What can I say this is the first time in my life appaled by a subway. I think the name was Stephens the server came across rude, lazy and dumb. The taste of my sub was also disgusting, bread was rock solid. The salad was gritty probably didn't get washed. Avoid this Subway at all cost.....

Awful, sandwiches delivered flat half battered hardly any toppings on. Avoid not worth the extortion money.

couldn't tell you about the food, waited 2 hrs for delivery, didn't receive it, phoned the restaurant and the lady put the phone down on me... nice way to treat a customer who'd been at work all day (NHS) and wanted a treat before going back in to work on Christmas Day

QUITE SIMPLY THE WORST MC’D’s POSSIBLY IN THE UK. NEVER COMPLAINED ONCE TO ONE UNTIL NOW! GAVE THEM TWO CHANCES WHILE I’VE BEEN OVER VISITING FAMILY. FIRST CHANCE THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. REFUND TOOK 14 DAYS. 2ND CHANCE I GAVE THEM. FOOD ARRIVED STONE COLD & AT LEAST 50% FRIES MISSING ACROSS ALL THREE ORDERS. DO NOT USE !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Very unreliable no communication messed up the order and took the money and just left us with no food at all

we ordered from here last night 3/8/24 the one in prenton as we normally go to the orchid they take ages and we always have to put food in micro as it not hot but for some reason it is closed so we decided to try sun wah prenton i was a bit dubious because it had bad reviews but thought we would give it a try we ordered salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper chips fried rice and curry they said 40 min delivery it came earl and the food was excellent and hot would go again

Absolutely disgusting food asked for chips n gravy and they gave me chips with a very pale almost white thick gloupy sauce when u asked what it was the guy became very aggressive 😡hence I walked out without the food and no refund ,never seen anything like it very very bad

Your staff at Birkenhead McDonald’s rock retail park are absolutely incompetent 1 hour wait for 2 cheese burgers a hamburger and a happy meal, supposed to be a fast food restaurant I’d of got faster service in an actual restaurant! Absolutely appalling and even when meals arrive always wrong! Never a Proust other McDonalds just this one! Been a joke for a long time!

I ordered a KFC chicken burger today - it was awful. It was so very salty - couldn’t eat it. Had to throw it out. So very disappointed.
