Very unreliable no communication messed up the order and took the money and just left us with no food at all

Delicious food and the delivery driver was very friendly

Was very friendly in the shop, sorted me out with a free capri sun while I waited! Top guy. Did not skimp on the pizza toppings. Loaded with cheese and meat. Recommend

Did not originally give us the two drinks with the meals, but after calling the restaurant they knocked 5 mins later with the drinks with an extra can for the inconvenience great customer service👍

Perfect as usual, we really enjoyed our meals :)

Always love ordering from here! Food always arrives hot and tastes brill. They have also always gotten my order correct. Worth the money each time.

What a shame this place used to do lovley donner kebabs haven’t been here in a while but what a shock the donner meat was mouth burning couldn’t eat it out eyes were watering uncooked chips not good at all

Ordered bbq chicken pizza and a veg pizza with tomato base . The bases got mixed up and as one of us hates bbq sauce base couldn’t eat it so pizza wasted. Burger was amazing though as usual .

Food was great and delivery service was good

The app was updating badly but that wasn't the shop's fault, marked as delivered before the lovely driver could even knock the door, mad. Food great as usual, very generous portions, with a garlic bread as a freebie, which is gorgeous and lots of it. Top value for money. Was ordered for 3, think we could have fed 6. who needs Sunday dinner? ;)

Great food and communication seeing as I fell asleep. They went out their way and came back. Very happy with their food and their helpfulness.

Wow, waited 1 hour 10minutes when ordered at 2am in the morning!!!!! Had to ring a couple of times to see where it was up to - the guy was helpful and pleasant, however the food has arrived and gone in the bin, the chips and cheese were awful the chips weren’t even cooked correctly and the chicken nuggets are like rubber! After waiting all that time i am really disappointed! What a waste of time and money. I was after a quick bite after being out and there wasn’t anywhere else open but next time i’ll just stick with a piece of toast! Cant recommend sorry.

Chicken was uncooked an pitta bread was over cooked was like eating a cracker. Food was disgusting. Very shocked was liscard kebab is usualy 10 outta 10 with food!

Orderd the other night and it was cold but orderd the same 2night and it was so nice the kabab meet was so tasty 😋

Asked for a shish x2 and kofta kebab and they put chicken instead of shish burger was cooked perfectly tho

Waited over and hour and the food wasn’t very warm when arrived. The pita bread was like cardboard. Usually the food is nice.

food was really nice except for the prawn cocktail hand full of prawns in far to much sauce no salad with it to sickly would not order again

Disappointed, Donna meat was dried and hard. The bun you could tell was stale before toasting. Ended up binning 75% of it. Chips were good.

Food was bad my chicken was burnt and the Donna meat was disgusting had a cheesy garlic bread and it was all burnt all went in bin..

Chips were hard and my kebab was burnt with hot chilli on it instead of sweet chilli

Orders food when shop was open on just eat then when it taken money said they was closed so I called up and a man answered and all he bad to say was wete closed no orders here even though I had the order on my phone I front of me while on the phone then for the food to be delivered the next day at around 5 ish for it all to be soggy the pizza was like mush and not even cut properly the garlic bread was just all soggy and the chicken burger had been swamped in lettuce and mayo which had got sweaty from the heat of the food Inn the bag claary and gone horrible by time we got it

Pizza was a little overdone but other than that the rest of the order was really tasty, got it super hot and it was really tasty thanks guys ☺️

Great food as per usual. Surprisingly, I was missing one item on this order (which has never happened before) and phoned the restaurant and was immediately sent a replacement. I received it 10 mins after the phone call, piping hot and perfect. Great customer service, food and professionalism!! Lovely kind delivery lady as always, thank you.

Excellent burgers and pizza, made up with free garlic bread and chips!! But I have to ask.. What is a flip???

Had a call from these saying that they had to close urgently and would not be able to do the order. That they would cancel so my credit card would not be charged. But the order still went through and I had a ghost delivery and still no charge back on my card yet. So I've been in touch with JE customer service. If it was £15/20 it would be a big deal. But this order was for £65. Never again.

Absolute joke. Ordered food an hour ago. They rang and thought order was a fake. We have had trouble with these in the past but thought would give benefit of the doubt. Never again!!!! Utter waste of space. Ringing and not sending order. Would NOT recommend absolute joke. Nothing worse than drinking all day ordering food and being told we can’t have. Never again

Got given a burger with an egg on it when I ordered a cheeseburger with all salad and hot chilli sauce and when I called back up they said they would deliver me a new burger and I've been waiting an hour and a half and when I rang up they were closed

Love here! Been going for 20 years. Food good, (free garlic bread this time!) All hot, great quality and lovely lady driver. Can't beat it- support your local food outlets! Great customer service too.

Food was delivered 20 mins early then time stated. Food was loverly and was hot nothing to fault. Delivery women was also loverly. I will be back

After the first time we ordered (when it was lovely) the second time we ordered, it was delivered withing 15 minutes, only problem, was the chicken on my kebab wasn't cooked. Shame really, the first delivery was perfect 👎🏼

Food was an hour late turned up at 3am after waiting since 12:30 ice cold, claimed they gave me a free garlic bread because of the wait time but it was actually just the free garlic bread for spending over a certain amount

Delivery driver said she'd been driving around looking for address for half hour! food was lukewarm at best, waste of money

Nice food again. The only thing that let it down is I couldn't eat the kebab as it had chilli on instead of garlic mayo I ordered.

Driver had no idea where to go even though directed sat in middle of road for at least 5-10 minutes. Had to go out and get my own food in the end. All driver said was it's been one of those nights. Food was freezing when got here and not tasty at all. Will not be using this takeaway again.
