Absolutely vile poor costomer service disgrace attitude from staff so rude it's unreal food was undercooked would never go there again

I have literally just made an order... I ordered a chicken fillet burger for my friend... No mention online of it being spicy in any way.. Not sure it was supposed to be tbh... It arrived, it was spicy, my friend is allergic... She is now having a severe reaction from one bite ( which she spat out)... Beyond disgusted and annoyed... I used them regularly before this.. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I never received my order. Restaurant staff told me that the driver had tried to ring me and had left the food outside which was not the case. When I told the guy I would complain he told me to go and f*** myself...

Food was hot and tasty, but took about 15 minutes between ordering and receiving food.

We specifically went to Sandbach as they were listed as having vegan options at the Fresh Food cafe! We ended up with three vegetarian breakfasts instead of vegan ones, with no plant based bacon either. The staff member, although lovely, seemed unaware of the difference between vegan and vegetarian. Better training needed. Altogether an expensive and disappointing experience!

Lovely food but when taking away I would suggest letting the customers put on their own salt and vinegar because the server DROWNED my food in vinegar and that's all I could taste. £7.50 for a tray of vinegar. Not on.

The pizzas are superb absolute quality.

Really poor service tonight. Customer service poor, Calzone with barely any meat and no chips with the kebab! Rang and spoke to someone and just got shouted at. Won't be returning! Waste of money.

My family stopped here last night on the way home , I got a whopper meal , the lettuce was brown ! The milkshake had no chocolate in it , and my grandson had half of his meal missing , I would never stop here again.

Popped in on way to work.. Food was nice. Staff were efficient and friendly and polite.. Would call again

Awful service, slow, asked to park up and wait for 1 cheeseburger . Never have I been to a slower mcdonalds when their is no queue.

Great new owners. We had 2 large mixed kebabs, we were given one on the house as new customers. Great food ! Will be back

Wouldn't stop here again. Toilets dirty and unpleasant. Costa cafe extortionate prices for terrible food and dirty uncleared tables. I didn't expect to pay over £15 for tea and cakes for 2 people, and these were uneatable. other outlets may be better but we won't be stopping here again to find out.

I always thought you could make your own sandwich at Subway. Not at this one. I knew exactly what I wanted but was met with objections by staff at every step. Told that I could not have tomato with this sandwich or that sauce with it either. I have never experienced this at any other Subway. Everywhere else the staff are happy to make a sandwich your way, no problems. I won’t be going back. The Subway at Gateway University Way is much better. The staff are nicer. Best to go there instead.

Stars are to restaurant people not customer service. It mistakenly placed my online order twice I was trying to quash the second delivery charge and refund the missing sausage and egg mcmuffin, seems a fair deal with things!?!!, no refund of delivery. The Rescsolution is Fwinal!
