Absolutely vile poor costomer service disgrace attitude from staff so rude it's unreal food was undercooked would never go there again

Dry and cold chips, uncooked chicken, last time I am ordering here. It’s gone downhill massively. Chicken also over seasoned, drowned in marinade, still pink in the middle, lots of onion's even if we did not chose them, order very late but still rushed. We haven’t ordered in a while but unfortunately we won’t order anytime soon either. I hope they look at reviews and improve. The old chefs were more experienced.

Food came within the listed delivery time. Was still nice and warm. My chicken tikka naan kebab was lovely and my wife also enjoyed her burger! Portion size was just right too.

I have ordered many pizzas in my life and this one is one of the best. However, it is let down by drivers who do not respect social distancing, which seems a plague in Crewe. Are these people crazy or what? They may out their lives at risk if they want. But I will not accept they put mine at risk!

Orders 2 pizzas at £11.90 this is 0ver the free delivery cost! I live well within the 3 mile free delivery radius. I was disgusted to be charged a delivery charge. Called the shop and rudeness was horrible. Told all places charge delivery! Absolutely disgraceful

We ordered off their Nan Sandwich selection The food was excellent value for money The order arrived well within the suggested time The food was piping hot and was incredible, all of us enjoyed our own meals and portion sizes were spot on and filling Thank you

Decided to order a takeaway tonight, never again, not happy at all, chips tasted like they had been microwaved, hardly any cheese, chicken nuggets we liked Asda smart price dumped in a fryer for a couple of mins, didn’t even get one of the pizzas right, not worth the £30 I spent

Order from here regularly. Food is always spot on and hot!! Highly recommend the pizzas and kebabs! Lots of choice and value for money.

Order was wrong and they were very helpful to ammend the situation, spoken to disgustingly using curse words. Never using again.

Used this takeaway regularly always quick always hot. Good food what ever I fancy. Highly recommend the korma. Kebabs are good to. Won't use any other fast food restaurant.

Best takeaway in Crewe. Food is great can't fault really, quick and prompt delivery, plenty on the order notify with servings. Down side they sometimes forget my pop, lol but they always bring with a quick call. Give them a try, nice currys, kebabs and pizzas. All good!

We use to be a regular customer of medina's since we moved just around the corner frequently having food from medinas until recently. My daughter found a human hair in her food which we had home delivered, at first I thought it could of been hers but it clearly wasn't being dark & curly. We complained to & was given free food, then about a month later we had take away again from Medina's & I could of sworn a hair appeared in my food whilst eating but was sure if it was my mind playing tricks on me & was imagining it. Then came strike 3 (& you're out) again we had take away from Medina's home delivered which I have to admit I was apprehensive about but my wife talked me into giving it another try. As I tipped my food onto a plate which I will say was clean almost in the centre of the pile of chips / salad was what appeared to be what could only be described as a hair ball / lugged hair. This instantly turned me off the food before I had chance to eat any & I immediately phoned to complain with management at first refusing any sort of refund with them giving in & refunding two of the meals in the end. I will say that before I had these two (three) separate unpleasant experiences I did enjoy medinas food but now even the thought of eating from medinas makes my stomach churn.

A high quality takeaway meal delivered promptly tasted as exquisite. Would recommend this takeaway or eat in as it supplies all of the families tastes.

Had a nan sandwich not enough chips and even got a dose of the runs for my trouble I won't be going back
