Roadchef in Cheshire East

Wouldn't stop here again. Toilets dirty and unpleasant. Costa cafe extortionate prices for terrible food and dirty uncleared tables. I didn't expect to pay over £15 for tea and cakes for 2 people, and these were uneatable. other outlets may be better but we won't be stopping here again to find out.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Nothing in the healthy sugar free category so ended up having the smallest least worst option at the McD. It was okay but not used to eating such fatty food anymore....anyway did the trick and soon got out of there and back on the road.

Just spent 45 minutes at this service, the staff had no idea what was going on, who had ordered what, wondering around with orders because they didn’t know who’s ordered what, we waited almost 45 minutes for 2 baps in the end had to have as a takeaway as had no time to eat them before coach departed, yet people arriving and ordering after us had their food - needs some serious management input and training!

Muy deteriorado y mesas sucias en costa. Lo único bueno era el joven [sam? ] que se disculpó por el desorden y aclaró la mesa personalmente para nosotros. El miembro del personal a cargo estaba más interesado en su teléfono.

Un poco viejo en apariencia, pero tiene todas las principales tiendas restaurante Mcdonalds Costa WhSmith inodoros no tan limpio como necesitan ser

Parando en los servicios norte, estábamos buscando algo para comer y por desgracia hoy en día, prácticamente todos los servicios parecen tener la misma grandes cadenas haciendo la oferta tan predecible, con precios inflados a juego. Nos pareció que la comida fresca, café aquí mucho mejor que la mayoría con un menú variado que estaba preparado a pedido. Sólo desean desayuno, teníamos salchichas panecillos y fueron excelentes. Rollos grandes y bonitas, con salchichas bien preparada que junto con café/té era bastante bastante razonable.

This place is terrible, the mens toliets were disgusting, no soap, most of the hot water taps were taped up as not working at least 5 of the cubicles were out of order, floor wet and rubbish left in the cubicles, i could not bring myself to get anything from this place.

We stopped for a rest break but didn't buy anything ,as the prices are not within our price range.Two coffees and two cakes priced at around£10 cannot be justifiable. I have said family friendly, only if you have a good budget.

On a busy Friday evening (1st July 2016, 5:15pm) we pulled in to feed the kids on our way from Merseyside to Suffolk. The parking was easy with adequate signage. We were very pleased to find a microwave available for our kids food. We used McDonalds, Chozen Noodle, Costa & WhSmiths along with the toilets and baby change facilities (I think that's pretty much everything there is!). All staff were excellent. The girl in WHSmiths was delightfully nice. The girl at Chozen Noodle was outstanding. The McDonalds staff who were cleaning the tables and floor were excellent. Costa had a lad who was training - he wasn't very confident but that is to be expected I suppose? This was a very good experience for us. Nothing to complain about from this visit. It is small and has limited space but it seemed to cope okay tonight.

I park here all the time and looked for somewhere to eat and drink while I waited for colleagues yesterday. But this has to be one of the least improved and least uninspiring motorway services there is. So I can't vouch for the quality of food and drink anywhere but the lady in WHS was really pleasant and helpful.

The food and drink is as expected at most Motorway service stations. The reason I'm reviewing this , is because I stupidly left an expensive pair of glasses in the gents. They were handed in and looked after by the staff. I phoned on the off chance I may be able to recover them and GREAT they had them. I wa sable to collect them this week. Thanks to all involved.

We had an early start from the Liverpool ferry, so when we spotted the roadchef at the Costa Services station on the M6, we ordered two big fries with tea for £14. I couldn't finish mine. It was just what we needed. Good service too
