The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

The food is always fine but they never ever include the dips you request which is infuriating. Its such a shame but they forget on every order.

I ordered on the McDonald’s app, I was waiting for my food for over 55 minutes and the delivery driver was sat somewhere for 20 minutes and then he was delivering other orders before he went to the branch. When he left McDonald’s he decided to deliver another order before delivering mine. When the order arrived my drinks order was wrong and got the opposite of what I ordered. I ordered large sprite and two medium cokes, I have lost money out of this. I then phoned McDonald’s and they told me it was Ubers fault. I don’t see how this makes sense as they placed the order in the bag and they denied anything and was still blaming uber. I felt my food and it was stone cold which I was expecting. My egg was also undercooked so that put me off my meal. This is not a brach to go to as they have terrible customer service and doesn’t care about the point you are trying to get across. This is disgusting!!

A truly woeful joint. The staff seem to be law unto themselves. Today at the drive thru, there was nobody manning the order point and nobody in the cubicle before the collection point. So I drove round to the collection point to be told that I had to drive round again to the order point. Not wanting to be difficult I got out and went in to place the order. The staff who gave me the food shoved the food into my hand almost angrily... The food itself was salty and almost uneatable. KFC Waltham X is to be avoided at all costs.

Peor aún después de la renovación. El personal es inútil y es sucio. Estuve trabajando cerca durante 3 semanas y la misma vieja lata de coca estaba sentada encima del bolardo fuera del quiosco de conducción cada semana. Así que obviamente no limpian. La tercera semana que visité entré a pedir pero las nuevas pantallas no funcionaban y luego me ignoraron durante 5 minutos y me quedé en el mostrador mientras 3 miembros del personal charlaban, así que me fui. El aparcamiento parece Beirut en un mal día. Ratas y basura por todas partes. Es solo un vertedero. Ojalá nunca les hubiera dado mi dinero en primer lugar.

Worst chippy I have had for a long long time, cost £30 for what is £20 anywhere else, microwave pie, terrible sausage in batter. Used to be great little chippy, not now

Used the drive thru on a Saturday at 3pm, ordered 2x large coleslaw got cobettes instead. Ordered vegan burger was so dry, worst one I’ve ever had. Come on kfc sort yourselves out!!!

Dreadful, dreadful place. Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru to be told when I finally got to the window that they had stopped serving breakfast. Another 15 minutes waiting with the engine off to get out. Avoid like the PLAGUE!

If you like cold food and poor customer service, this is the place to go. Staff have a very poor attitude and zero customer service skills. Ordered from the restaurant as the drive thru is very slow. Ordered three wrap meals and one rice meal. Waited ages with many customers (who ordered after ours) picking up their food before us and noticed that our order was partially bagged on the counter in front of the chips. Our order number was stating ‘collect’ and I politely enquired what they were waiting for and was advised the rice meal. It eventually arrived and I queried the food temperature as it had been standing for some time but received no answer so I checked the chips and they were cold. I asked them to replace them which they did and as I went to pick up the order, the bag tore open and I asked for a replacement. The staff member was very slow in getting a bag and transferring the food. I will not be returning to this awful restaurant any time soon. Although living local, the food was barely warm by the time we arrived home.

Rubbish. Just simply the worst McDonald's I would imagine in the UK. A few staff walking about and traditional clipboard wally walking about looking important. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!

Ordered at the drive through. Order was taken promptly and the staff member was polite and efficient. Payment was made and I was asked to park up in the car park in front of the shop. After 15mins my order had not be brought out. I went into the shop and was given my drink and then asked if there was anything else I would like….er yes, the rest of my order please! I was given the meal (after having to repeat it) only to find that the Minecraft toy wasn’t in the bag. Another trip into the shop. I’d like to say this was my first negative experience in the Ulverston shop but this has happened REPEATEDLY.

I received my zinger burger which did not look very appealing. Looked nothing like the photograph and had one piece of lettuce. I asked the girl at the counter (magdra) if it could be changed. She didn’t even acknowledge me or anything I said to her she just turned around changed it and gave it back to me not apologising or saying here you go. It was rude. She needs a training course on customer service. It’s just common courtesy.

They’ve messed my order up so many times, now I’ve received an order without my boneless banquet and zinger tower box meal and 2 drinks. Waste of £33 will never order from this useless place again

You always have to check your order as they constantly forget things ie coleslaw or beans or chips . Today was definitely my last visit here after ordering four pieces of chicken and given four drumsticks and hardly and chips .I was so annoyed I went back in and complained to the manageress who gave me a very unconvincing excuse about being short of breast meat at the time .

La comida era horrible, tardó siglos en llegar a mi mesa y estaba fría e insípida, tiró un plato grande lleno en el cubo. ¡Qué desperdicio de comida y dinero! Tuve que usar los baños, ¡qué error! Los baños estaban muy ocupados y no muy grandes ni agradables. ¡Usé el inodoro pero mi negocio no tiraba la cadena! Oh no! Por mucho que lo intenté, no se enrojecía, así que decidí que no tenía otra opción que comerlo, tomé 1 mordisco antes de casi vomitar. ¡Terminé tirándolo por la ventana! ¡Qué vergüenza!
