Peor aún después de la renovación. El personal es inútil y es sucio. Estuve trabajando cerca durante 3 semanas y la misma vieja lata de coca estaba sentada encima del bolardo fuera del quiosco de conducción cada semana. Así que obviamente no limpian. La tercera semana que visité entré a pedir pero las nuevas pantallas no funcionaban y luego me ignoraron durante 5 minutos y me quedé en el mostrador mientras 3 miembros del personal charlaban, así que me fui. El aparcamiento parece Beirut en un mal día. Ratas y basura por todas partes. Es solo un vertedero. Ojalá nunca les hubiera dado mi dinero en primer lugar.

Nunca lo haría un uno... cero en mis libros comida asquerosa... pedí una caja zinger y la hamburguesa se veía tan seca que ayer estaba cocida... las alas eran del tamaño de nuggets... también pedí una caja de ramos deshuesada... Estoy seguro de que debería tener 3 filetes de pollo, pero venía con 2 filetes insípidos .. ambas cajas venían con patatas fritas .. Prefiero pagar el extra e ir a Nandos. . ASQUEROSO Y BARATO.

Ojalá hubiera leído reseñas anteriores antes de visitarnos. Viajamos desde casa aunque tenemos un KFC cerca, ya que el nuestro no ha tenido grandes críticas. Mal movimiento. El personal nos pareció muy agradable, pero pensamos que el pollo debería tener una venta para el tiempo, ya que el nuestro estaba tan seco que no es justo esperar que la gente lo coma cuando está arruinado. La capa era dura como la roca y crujiente, que era sabroso, pero el pollo era como el serrín😢 Una comida para llevar ahora es de alrededor de £ 30 +, así que fue una pena. Mi maíz estaba delicioso. Esta comida para llevar siempre fue favorita, ya no tristemente.

Absolutely appalling customer service very rude don’t have any customer service skills what so ever!! Talk to you like crap. Manager isn’t interested in how rude their staff are at avonmeads Bristol. Food cold even if you eat in. Vile women behind the till said I don’t get a child with a kids meal? Never heard such crap in my life couldn’t be bothered to argue with her luckily I bought a mash potato as extra side so she had that instead.

Disgusting vile food and service. No tea or coffee or serviettes chips cold. Can not recommed this excuse of a takeaway Should be closed down

Just visited KFC St Philips Avonmeads. Upon entering the restaurant there was a foul smell of urine and the whole place looked dirty. Fingerprints over the windows and food on the floors. Had to wait to be served despite the place being empty. I could see the staff members on the other side of the food containers but they chose to ignore me. After 5 mins of trying to get their attention a woman appeared. I smiled and said hello. She looked blankly at me. She had no life in her at all and just came across as rude. I ordered my food and she went off to bag up. She then appeared again with an open bag with my food in with she pretty much threw at me. No hello, goodbye Thankyou nothing. Takes nothing to say these words! Even McDonald’s staff are highly trained to give the customer experience despite them being in the same position as the KFC staff. These people should be re trained. Bad business. Not good. I hope I’m not ill now from eating here!

I’m currently at my place of work the morning after a kfc from Avon meads Bristol, I have now been on the toilet for 1h30 mins wasting my bosses time trying to get the ransid chicken out of my body! 10/10 would not recommend try hammerhead chicken shop st George!

I would give zero stars if I could! Ordered through Just Eat and food that they claim was delivered was not. Contacted KFC - didn't want to know it. I appreciate I order through a 3rd party but manners cost nothing. Rude and ignorant staff Will never go to KFC again

I really need to give up now and stop being over-optimistic about these slapdash clowns getting home delivery orders right! They don't care. They have no sense of duty or pride in their work. Just a bunch of underpaid, disillusioned, and non-inspired kids that don't check orders properly and management that probably are not held accountable enough. They have failed to deliver the correct items on four occasions now. The food quality itself is very good, so it is such a shame that they can't just pay attention to detail because a few seconds of diligence could push their reviews back up to a healthy standard, but do they even care? And should they? Either way, avoid unless you want to be hungry albeit refunded.

Some 3ft 9inc little toe rag said she gave me my 4 mini fillets with my meal little didn’t she think I would bring my food back and prove to her she didn’t give me all! Then the manager came out and said leave it and basically palm me with 3 strips and told me that’s all I’m getting! Also waiting 20 mins just for some food is madness! My brother managed to go to McDonald’s across the road and back before I even got served and yes I was at the front of the queue! Overall keep the hell away from this rat infested tramp hole 👍 low rated overall for a reason

Order the family feast which is obviously takeaway only at the moment got halfway Up the road chips were stone cold chicken was lukewarm worst KFC ive ever been too I will never go to that one again . I will stick to Keynsham Good Food there

Greasy food. FILTHY toilets! Floors covered in toilet waste and urine. Needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Food is VILE!!!!! Has been bad for a long time and only tried it again as I was told under new ownership., AVOID!!! Chips burnt and recooked..Sweetcorn tastes horrible..Chicken has a funny taste.

Terrible have been here twice in a few days walked out first time after waiting ten minutes waited another ten minutes only to be told I would have to wait 25 mins for chicken to be cooked as they'd just run out,unbelievable slow service and incompetent management it wasn't like that before

On the way back from Wells and as what seems to be a tradition, we popped into KFC. Struggled to find it as the (correct) sat nav directions appear to take you in the wrong direction. Usual KFC, friendly service, good quality consistent food and clean premises. Not much more you can say.
