Mcdonalds in South Lakeland

Absolute shocking drive through experience, only seemed to want to serve one lane and not the other, which resulted in over 10 cars getting in front and left me waiting over 30 minutes

Well I don't want my grandchildren going back to school but I am looking forward to not having to go to this absolute filth hole when the kids do go back. When we arrived only two people in the filth hole but we couldn't find anywhere to sit because of the filthy tables chairs and floors.We only went in because of the grand kids and I deeply wanted to approach someone to tell how disgusting the filth hole was but I was told to keep quiet and not to spoil the kids afternoon.The problem is that it is run by untrained little boys and girls and no grown up in charge.Now I'm not a lover of McDonald's food but when we did get the food they couldn't even get that right.I hat to go to the WC to wash my hands and had to use a paper towel to avoid touching door handles and even the rotten filthy tap. Now I have worked as a plumbing and heating engineer and worked in many rotten filthy places and this place is up there as a winner. If I had been a boss and visited the branch in the state it was in I would have shut the place down and told the staff to go home and not come back.Now this is a shame as they don't know any better.The place is a disgrace. .

Filthy, bins overflowing, tables full of rubbish. Staff nowhere to be seen. Wasn’t busy, no wonder, dread to think of the state of the kitchen if seating area is anything to go by. Manager was as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. No apology, nobody jumped into action to clean up after I complained. Worst McDonalds I have ever been in

Worst customer experience. Took my order at the drive through after a long wait. Then a further 20 minute wait to get to the window for them to say they couldn’t fulfil my order. No apology. spoke to the manager who could have done something about it but he wasn’t interested nor did he apologise!

The service in this McDonalds is consistently poor, with very slow service. No one is cleaning the restaurant, litter is everywhere, outside and inside. I’m disappointed in the McDonalds I fully supported coming to Ulverston, unfortunately it hasn’t met our expectations in any way. This must be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited and unfortunately it’s in my home town.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Drive through or sit in. So slow the service and the drive through they don’t use the waiting bays they leave cars in the queue. Last time I call for a coffee on my way home. I’ll go out of my way and go to elsewhere - waited for 15-20 mins in a queue for a coffee.

I use this McDs regularly. But recently the coffee is hit and miss. Last week my white coffee was like a cup of hot water and milk. Other times it's good nice and strong. Also I have noticed that the bins inside the restaurant are often full, therefore lots of rubbish left on trays piling up.

Just wasted £8.32 on a cold big mc meal apple pie normally takes the skin of the roof of your mouth was just warm Terrible meal won’t be coming back here again place was packed otherwise I would have demanded my money back!

Waited 25 minutes for a wrap meal and a burger meal ..... Absolute chaos..... The manger didn't seem bothered...the team certainly were not bothered...moving slowly....every time I come here there's a hold up except if I get here and it's empty ... The two staff at the front were very polite and apologetic I must say but poorly managed team in my mind.... Such a shame

I came here with my family to get our tea and everything was unavailable such as double cheese burger, quarter pounder, garlic mozzarella bites, mchicken sandwich, all milkshakes and plenty more.

Ordered three meals to take out. When the meals arrived the server said there was a problem with the Fanta machine so drinks will follow shortly. 15mins later I asked if the machine was sorted, to be told it was and the server would get them for me. 10 minutes later I saw another server giving drinks to a table and I still hadn't got mine. It took half an hour to get my drinks by which time my order was cold. In the meantime some staff (I presume they were management as they had white shirts on) were running around the kitchen trying to get the staff to have their photo taken. I think their time would have been better spent making sure the customers were served. When we got home we realised part of our order was missing.

Absolutely filthy , it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. We were there for over an hour and noone cleaned a table the whole tme we were there.

We used the drive through5th November as it looked busy inside but the wait was appalling. We haven't used the drive through before. After a 15 minute queue the food arrived but the order was incomplete. We told the staff and they quickly added the missing items. We then drove onto the car park in the estate. The fries were cold, my cheese burger was cold and the new chicken Mccrispy was the only thing remotely warm. I'm sure food should be held is 63 degrees minimum yet this wasn't even warm. As it was so busy I expected food to be hot as we had to wait so would have thought it would have been freshly made as nothing would have been sat in the wrming shelves. How wrong we were unless they just werent cooked very well Come Ulverston McDonald's sort your act out this was the worst I've ever had
