Absolutely shocking we where there for a minute to pick up a coffee! Could not see any signs, we weren’t causing any obstruction and now we have a car parking fine for £60!! We will never shop there again!

Missing items in order and when arrive home it was horrible extra small portion chips all brown and over cooked, chicken was warm 🤮 also woke next day with stomach pains, will not be going to Aintree or any other kfc again. Very over priced

Took the mrs and kids for tea tonight, never again, the food wasn’t bad but everything else was like the jockey out of shameless. Our waiter in Adidas tracksuit bottoms didn’t have a clue, the lads smoking vapes in the corner and the young boys openly doing coke in the toilet, nah not for me

The staff like to laugh and mock customers amongst themselves whilst they making customer icecreams and they make you feel very uncomfortable

I ordered zinger tower burger and waited and I wings. I wire 15 minutes an nothing happened, instead online orders and other customer orders that came after was fulfilled and I was left without any word. I then said to member I will take my refund and leave instead of following through she went on to to another customer and ask them how she could help. I had to stop her and ask her to attend to me first she then said I need to get a manger and she can’t do, I then asked to do that because she went to speak to another customer. Really ba customer service, I was so angry I lost my appetite

Avoid at all cost I was given a moldy pizza base! And also was given the wrong pizza I ordered,,,,,,

Poor customer service. Young staff have no idea how to talk to people. They need training to meet standards of the other local takeaways

Delivery driver rang once instead of knocking on the door and then was called back immediately but started yelling, name calling and giving abuse. Was promised a free meal next time, but didn’t take my name to follow through on this empty promise. Only go here if you want incompetent workers and to be spoken to like rubbish!

Las patatas fritas estaban empapadas, grasientas y poco cocidas. También estaban cubiertos de trozos negros, lo que indicaba aceite de cocina sucio. Para empeorar las cosas, encontré algo de la parte borrosa de la parte superior de una esponja para fregar con mis chips. ¡Absolutamente vil! Me sorprende que todavía estén en el negocio.

Arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering, milkshakes was warm, food had cleary been forgotten and left somewhere, totally unedible, rang back and asked for a refund to be offered 50% of my money back, don't not order from here, staff were rude and tried to blame me for the food being cold as I live 7 miles away! Never ordering again

I am disgusted by my experience this evening. Not only has the restaurant accepted my order on Deliveroo, but they have refused to answer my call and said they are in the phone. At three in the morning? A blatant lie. Corruption at its finest. I shall not be ordering from this venue in the future. Goodbye. Forever. X

not impressed at all, first order and will never order again from them. website was good, got our fodo about 40mins later and they had forgot the crispy mushrooms, chesse sticks were cold as were the chips, so i thought id eat what we could then call them afterwards. dopey girl on the phone talking to the manager but i could here her, and the manager in the background saying "what does he want me to do now, its 30 mins after the food has been delivered'' i said i wanted to eat my luke warm food before calling. he said i will give them to you next time, i said no i want a refund and he said have to send the driver with cash, all 3.25 of it! amaziing customer service. first and the last order i still have the taste of grease in my mouth. spent jsut under forty pound and feel ripped off with it, its bascially the burger van food on the side of the road. avoid or you will end up like me

The food tasted horrible especially the chips. The atmosphere was dark and horrible. The beer was rubbish aswell. I dont how they screwed that up.

the workers spend more time been rude to customer and trying to make you feel like an idiot, while they laugh and speak their own language . body language says they are talking about you in your face giggling . time and time again same old same old rude manager... i try not to go there very often but oh boy what a rude disrespectful bunch of foreign workers. ps not all the same but the majority. no time to see the menu board and must times do not have the deals or a typically wait 30 minutes or we have run out of food . ps not English but have got over 20 yr in the hospitality industry
