the workers spend more time been rude to customer and trying to make you feel like an idiot, while they laugh and speak their own language . body language says they are talking about you in your face giggling . time and time again same old same old rude manager... i try not to go there very often but oh boy what a rude disrespectful bunch of foreign workers. ps not all the same but the majority. no time to see the menu board and must times do not have the deals or a typically wait 30 minutes or we have run out of food . ps not English but have got over 20 yr in the hospitality industry

I was served by a sulky surly young woman who, when I greeted her with a hello just looked at me and asked what do you want. She then proceeded to serve everyone before me, even though I had put my order in when no one was in the shop. Food was Luke warm and tasted horrible, service was shocking. With all the competition how is this ‘fast food’ (my order took 15 mins) still around. Do yourself a favour a go elsewhere.

Always eat there when i'm going to Wembley. This perdonal is perfect, always good mood and help you out with everything. The food is good and have nothing to complain about McDonald's and this personal.

Nick has been an absolute superstar! I placed an order that included a few items which couldn’t be delivered due to their nature, and I was worried we’d have to go without. Fortunately a lovely lady , who's name I don't remember, instead of shutting me down went to seek out some guidance to help us as best as they can. Nick stepped in and truly went above and beyond—personally making sure that everything was sorted and delivered to us. His dedication, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience so much smoother and less stressful. It’s not every day you come across someone so genuinely helpful and committed to excellent service. A huge thank you to Nick (and no name lady) for all their effort and support—we’re so grateful!
