Delivery driver rang once instead of knocking on the door and then was called back immediately but started yelling, name calling and giving abuse. Was promised a free meal next time, but didn’t take my name to follow through on this empty promise. Only go here if you want incompetent workers and to be spoken to like rubbish!

Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service

Portrack LaneWent to order food and the lad looked over at his colleague and rolled his eyes, shocking customer service skills, after doing our order he sighed he was so rude. Called Bailey. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Newmarket AvToilets were disgusting, as well as the actual dining area. Staff member with short hair and braces was very ignorant, asked for some sauces stared right through us and didn’t come back

Cheltenham RdStaff extremely rude, they acted as if the didn't care. The chips appeared that they were cooked the week before. We ordered a Mccrispy with no sauce, we received it with so much sauce that when we oped the box the chicken slid out out because of the amount of sause. Never again.
