We arrived at Manchester Airport T2 Saturday around 5-30pm from our holiday. After queueing for 70 mins in security we where rather hungry and thirsty, on our way through arrivals we spotted the well known Greggs sign, well known for its lovely well price pastries and cakes. On arrival at the kiosk we looked around for a clean empty table, OMG only 2 tables where occupied, the rest where full of cups, bottles, bags and part eaten food items, the floor was covered with food crumbs and lots of them, it resembled a food fight. We opted for a takeaway instead, sadly as we looked at the hot pastry counter only steak bakes where available, just a few sandwiches and a few cakes, Greggs, how disappointing, the girl serving us seemed to have lost the will to live, and another 2 in the background where only interested in giggling to each other. I honestly thought Greggs had pride in their product, seems not, how sad. I only hope somebody at head office reads and acts on our findings.

Went in after drinks, the place looked dirty. stupidly I overlooked this because I was drunk. We were the only customers in the shop after waiting 45 min I asked when the food would be ready. Guy behind the counter started shouting at us. Just asked for a refund and left.

71 Oldham StreetThis place is awful. The stale smell when you enter says it all. I had cheesy chips which were fine but the burger looked like it would give me food poisoning so I got rid of that. Pretty sure it's hygiene rating is 0 out of 5

Longley Lane, Manchester M22 4SY EnglandRestaurants give no food, and drivers just ask you to give code to complete order. Leaving you paid in app but getting nothing. Update: Thanks for Subway's prompt response and further information. I believe Subway had tried her best to resolve the issue, so I adjusted the ratings.

Terminal 2, Manchester AirportNormally happy here with the service but today there were only 2 on the bar and a 30-35 minute queue. Several tables nearby were choosing not to queue and getting their own soft drinks and snacks from WH Smiths opposite, so tables were full of folk not using the bar. Suppose the tills will pick up on this. On the good side, we had 2 pints of real ale each, and the quality was fine though expensive at nearly £6.00 a pint but a decent enough choice and the staff were helpful.

Can't even order via the app for them to bring it out to you if you wait outside. Updated several years later - still the same policy- please update on Google etc
