KFC in Trafford

You always have to check your order as they constantly forget things ie coleslaw or beans or chips . Today was definitely my last visit here after ordering four pieces of chicken and given four drumsticks and hardly and chips .I was so annoyed I went back in and complained to the manageress who gave me a very unconvincing excuse about being short of breast meat at the time .

Absolute grot pit , disgustingly unclean , rude staff who do not ha e any pride in their work . Dont bother , find a different KFC

This “Fast food outlet” has to be the worst ever, absolute useless, the slowest on the planet. Rubbish, avoid it. Lunchtime today you can’t order through the com system, the queue was ridiculous as they slowly serve 1 car at a time, place is a joke.

What a dump, worst KFC i have ever been in, we avoid it like the plague. Food is bad, customer service is bad. dont bother with it, go elsewhere.

Absolutely rubbish cold food. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken and chips from their original chicken menu. At no point was I told that there would only be drumsticks available. When I tried to complain I was told that I should have read the terms and agreements… “availability” was the word thrown about. I was also told that I should have told them what I wanted regarding red/ white meat. At no point was i offered a refund. Absolutely disgusting. I usually enjoy the odd, infrequent KFC, but now never again.

Worst drive through I’ve ever experienced! Poor staff also had to wait 25 mins for a drive through order and had to go in store to collect my order which they had forgotten about!

Music blaring, no milk, straws or serviettes .. Miserable staff who were grumpy when asked for milk, straws etc… Pulled a face when asked to turn music down & literally had 8 chips each… Will never visit again Can usually rely on a KFC quick lunch… Needs some management

Worst fast food! We waited 25 minutes for cold chips, no drink choices except cherry Pepsi, which was flat! Chicken gravy like glue and the burger wasn’t the one we ordered!

My wife and I were only going in for a cup of tea and a hot chocolate as we were over an hour early to visit our son getting home from work. The first problem was getting in the premises as the automatic door would not open until someone came out (good job it was not raining). We then went to the auto ordering point, and paid for our order by card and whilst I went to wait for the order my wife went to find a clean table, so far so good. Whilst I waited, the staff were having a conversation and ignoring the customers for several minutes, then they finished and decided to serve. It came to my turn and the girl was struggling to get the first drink poured, and when she did she put it to one side whilst looking around for something for the second. After a minute she went to get her colleague who also was hunting around for something. After another minute or so he turned to me and said "We've got no teabags!" and said it as if it was my fault. After a long silence I asked him to confirm, which he did. I think I was expected to just walk away as I was not offered any alternative. I decided I was having a drink of some sort as I had already paid for one, so I told him I would have a 7up, which was duly dispensed. I took the two drinks back to my wife, who had by now moved seats from hard wooden ones which cause her back pain to softer ones nearer the counter. The only problem was, every time the outside door opened there was a fiercely cold wind blowing through that end of the seating. She took the lid off her hot chocolate to drink it and discovered that it was watered down milk with no chocolate whatsoever, so I took it back. The "manager" came (a boy barely out of school) and he put some chocolate in the top of the dispensing machine, but obviously there was still some problem because he took a clean cup, scooped it through the chocolate at the top, then dispensed the milky water onto it before stirring briskly. We still had some time before visiting our son so my wife went to the toilet before leaving, and when she came back to the table she told me that the bathroom was unisex but the toilets were men and women, but a man had been coming out of the only ladies toilet of three that had toilet paper. I decided to also visit before leaving and found that the reason the man probably used the ladies was that both mens toilts had no paper, that what paper there was was on the floor and that the toilets didn't flush properly. It was obvious that no-one had been in to clean them for a long time. When I washed my hands I noticed that there was a security camera above the door into the bathroom which I thought was a bit creepy, but it could only see washbasins and hand-dryer so probably OK. Luckily I was on my own in there, but it was only the following day that I realised that if I had had been in when a young woman had been in there they may have thought that I was a pervert, and that thought really annoyed me. What makes it all the worse is that until 40 years ago when I moved away for work this was my home town which I used to be proud of, but I couldn't be proud of this KFC. I have never ever been in a food place as bad as this (even including some rough ones on the continent) so I will give the minimum permitted score, but if I could I would give a negative score.

I did not like this, they don't have cutlery, so you can't eat certain things, for example beans, and they don't have any vegetarian options.

Told order was called when clearly wasn’t ready - still awaiting wings. Rest out 10 mins earlier and would have been cold

So here I am sat at home, just had my order delivered. (Review says visited site but no option to select delivery) OH MY DAYS. Half my order is missing and one item I didn't even ask for!! I don't know if the staff or management passed any GCSE's or passed any sort of reading tests at school. I contacted the delivery firm but because I think KFC give more money away in refunds that actually earning any I now have an insult to injury being made to wait 10 days for this to be reviewed... The Colnel would be ashamed if he could see this now. If you want your sanity to stay in tact never order from them. It's a waste of a business

Went to Altrincham KFC, as soon as I walked in. I realised that the place was scruffy and untidy. The processing of the order was good, bu when I got home there was loads of stuff missing. I will never go there again. KFC in Altrincham is dead. . I did try 6 tkmevto contact them, but every time I tried to contact them there was no reply.

Called in Tuesday 04/10/22. Outside Outside looks fine. Inside is a different story. Things got off to a rocky start with the ordering screens. No option for sit in eating at 17:00. Checked with the counter staff that there wasn't a problem regarding seating. Placed my order and went to the loo. Oh dear. Smelly. Greasy floor. Littered. Generally unclean. Made worse because this is a unisex toilet. Shudder to think what women might say using this facility. On the plus side the food order was ready quick. I slid my way over more greasy floors to a table that wasn't littered with discarded food boxes. Then I opened my meal. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I'd order a two-piece meal, two hot wings and a Fanta. At first I thought they'd given me two orders of hot wings. Where's my chicken pieces? I'm kicking myself for not taking a picture, but the two pieces consisted of a tiny drumstick (think Chuppa Chup lolly size) and a wing. Back to the counter I went. "I think you've made a mistake. I ordered a two-piece meal. This isn't a two-piece meal." The guy behind the counter quickly passed me to his manager who said, "That's two pieces of chicken, sir" "Thanks, I can count. But that's not what I see on your menu boards and ordering screen. There's more chicken on my hot wings." He disappeared and sent a junior colleague out with a proper portion. I have been in the site now for 45 minutes. It's busyish with JustEat / Deliveroo drivers collecting food. I pity anyone who has placed orders. I wonder if they're going to get stiffed too? Someone has just cleared the tables but not wiped down. The floor is still greasy. I am going to skate my way out and give this site a wide berth in future. Not recommended.

I don't think this place has been cleaned properly since it opened a couple of years ago. We went on a Monday afternoon, no one else in. The place was trashed. The toilets were disgusting. The grime is thick. I can't quite believe it is allowed to be open.

This is the worst KFC we've ever eaten in, tables, floor were so dirty & the toilets....YUK,looked liked they'd not been cleaned for a long time! We shouldn't of eaten there really but the lad behind the counter was so lovely & helpful that we gave in! Never again though!!!

we came here after bowling, better should have shopped around for a bit. none of the vegan options available, everything was "sold out". ordering stations didn't work properly, payment with card not possible on one, second one didn't print out the order. food was ok.

Dreadful Experience - Ran out of chicken which can happen - told it would be 20 Mins. 40 minutes later still no chicken. Nobody knew what was going on and the queue was building Ask for a refund which was given but expected it to be put back on my payment card. Looking later it says I was given cash . I was not. That is my fault for not checking but definitely a scam . Poorly trained staff and badly run. Avoid at all costs

Not only is this place a dirty in clean KFC the staff encourage the local street urchins to come into the restaurant to cause chaos by providing them with free water to sit down with . When questioned staff member says that they have a right to be in here for free water .
