This place is a joke. Your orders are being eaten my the delivery guy who comes to your door, If you ask him were the rest of your order is, he justs wants to run off with the remaining contents of the bag telling you to concact the company for a refund. This ediot is called Shuhel.

Disgrace. Me and my friend came for a quick bite and we were served by an extremely rude man. To make matters worse when we got home we realised the food was inedible. All 3 chicken fillets were completely different in colour from one another and all frankly inedible. The chiefs special chicken, well, the only thing special is how it nearly made me ascend to our lord and saviour

I ordered the regular meal box with one piece chicken. Now the one piece chicken was a tiny wing, the fillet in the burger was old and not fresh. Won't be going kfc again!

KFC Mile End tower hamlets , every time we Order from here no matter what time or day we are always missing the coleslaw from the boneless banquets meal you can understand the odd occasions if it’s busy But not all the time , and now we have jus got this order today not only usual missing coleslaw but the food was burned also who ever is the manager there not doing a good job of running that kfc .

Even though I have been to this place over 10 times, it is only because I live so close to it and there can be an odd time where they do get it right. In general, my observations: * Most staff are doing you a massive favour by taking your order * Very reluctant to accept the KFC app because the QR code doesn't always scan and they may need to manually enter the code * Later in the evenings bins are overflowing and rubbish everywhere, with no intention of cleaning * Alot of the time the card machine doesn't work and they require a cash payment * Inconsistent food, sometimes food is too salty like the mixture proportions are not right * Missing items, I can bet that items will be missed if the order consists of multiple components * Forcing customers to get a large meal instead of a medium because they couldn't be bothered to order medium drinks cups Advice to managements (if there is management) you are in a customer service business. Staff need to attend very basic customer service training. Food needs to be consistent, you can't have the same food that tastes different every time. Hire more staff to ensure that the premises is clean, saving that £8 for an hours wage won't hurt your bottom like that much considering you can earn that by selling 1 box meal.

So kfc mile end .......... where do I start . Apart from the blairing music playing and fault towers style customer service and not to mention the overly greasy cold chicken . I refuse to give this branch my hard earned money. With an attitude from the staff that implies that they are doing you a massive favour taking your order and you can see they can not deal with a small amount of customers. I recomend this branch sends there employees to customer service training . So it was a cold saturday night I fancied some nice succulent chicken . Instead I bought and paid for an appaling attitude from the staff that didn't give a flying and a bucket of cold overly greasy chicken . Thanks alot mile end kfc for ruining my saturday

I don't know why this branch is so horrendous. I like KFC normally, but this one in particular is small, doesn't have a bathroom (which is probably a good thing seen as the tables and floor is always dirty, the bins are always over flowing, the staff are slow, and for some reason the orders are never right or even complete in most cases, I get it can be busy for a small store, but come on, it's past a joke. I stopped coming here for a long while because of this, but the people I was dining with wanted KFC so we tried again today, and it was the same thing again. **Oh and god forbid you order delivery. They just simply miss whole meals of the order. I wish I could give 0 stars, or even -stars I hate giving bad reviews, I think this might be my 2nd one ever, but it has to be done.

So where do I start ? After a very busy 14 hour day at work, I decided to treat myself to one of the kfc deals they had on the app . The deal that took my eye was the 14 piece bargain bucket for £15 . As I approached the cashier I said hello and showed my app . She then began to apologise that their kfc cashier couldn't accept this deal as the tilk was broken . So I said "can I just have the same deal then?" 'No'! she replied and then she began to explain to me that I could order from their menu. So I had a think (as my patience was wearing thin in this busy Kentucky). I ordered the 10 piece bargain bucket and asked for no wings .She said that is fine and instructed her fellow workers for no wings in the 10 piece . As the order was getting ready ,she repeated 'make sure no wings ' i smiled and said thank you .she repeated this numerous times.... So when I got home and I opened the kfc bucket for me and my wife lo and behold there were 4 wings in the Kentucky bucket and only 9 pieces of chicken . I was furious but was so hungry and about a 25 minute walk away . I thought to myself was the cashier lady repeatedly saying no wings as a code meaning put more wings in this bucket. I have no idea , ruined my whole weekend. Thanks alot kfc mile end

the KFC that never fails to disappoint, the staff are completely incompetent and the food quality is not so great either, I can not recall a single time that I have had a positive experience with this particular chain, missing items, cold food, and unbelievably rude staff that are incapable of communicating, getting an order right or even apologizing when they make a mistake. if you do visit this particular chain I request thoroughly checking your order before leaving the premises and if you are thinking of ordering....Don't

Este día fui a la tienda a comprar alas frescas para £5. Pero todo lo que me dieron fue algo podrido anticuado de pollo. Probablemente desde la última noche algunas sobras que pollo no necesitamos y nos dio a nosotros. Llamé a la tienda y me dijeron que son muy concurridos. Fui a la tienda y no veía a nadie por allí, así que prácticamente mintieron. Yo no recomendaría a nadie ir en esta tienda para comprar alas y ten cuidado de cómo le dan las alas porque podría ser anticuado.

The chili sauce is my absolutely favourite chicken and chip sauce, it's so unique and flavourful and I have never had a sauce like theirs anywhere else. It's the only reason I come back, I would love to get the recipe for it!!!!
