McDonald's Chingford Fountain in Waltham Forest

This is one of the worst mcdonalds you can go to. The food is either cold or wrong. I always thought this was a 'fast food chain' this is more like slow food. We will always try and avoid this chain when ever we can. This is one of the worst mcdonalds ever (that I have been to). Avoid of you can.

Ordered home delivery from here, the driver came (his name is ZEESHAN), he didnt ring the bell, he just put the delivery on the door step, then picked it up and drove off, all captured on our ring door bell. Macdonalds dont answer the phone, either does the driver. Say goodbye to our £20 . Dont trust deliveries from this branch !!!!!!

This is the shittest mcdonald’s on the planet potentially. I’m currently sat in the car park waiting for a drink. i’ve been here for over 20 minutes and my kid has now died in the back from thirst. Not good enough. Nans doing cartwheels down the stairs. do not come to this place if you have a goldfish. They set a curse on my hamster and he broke his neck yesterday.?

Ordered for delivery at 19.04. It's 22.08 now and I'm still waiting. No one answers the phone. I have to take my medication with food and my carer has the night off. If they had cancelled my order earlier, I could have gone somewhere else to order. Too late now. This was my once a month treat.

I recently ordered a meal at this McDonald's via the app and had to wait for a whole hour for the order to be delivered by the driver (from Uber Eats) and how it was delivered was appalling. The carrier bag was wet from the bottom, which made the food & packaging also damp inside. Furthermore, the food was cold because I was last on the driver's list of deliveries and the quality was severely compromised. The audacity of McDonald's to charge a service fee, delivery fee and a small order fee on top, I would expect them to fulfil their side of the bargain, but they failed to deliver. This is unacceptable & terrible customer service from the restaurant and driver. I don't recommend ordering from here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are slow and take forever to make an order. This is one of the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. The service is slow food either comes out wrong or Stone cold. One example of wrong orders was when we ordered a chicken big Mac. Once we got home, we realised that it was a normal big mac and not a chicken one. Another example of food coming cold is when we waited over 3 and half ours for two happy meals (we do not live far from the mcdonalds ) they come inedible they were stone cold not even a sorry or a refund from them. The other thing is that there is never any parking for you to drive in and go and get your food from inside. There is one kind and helpful employee called Trevor he is always there to help out if you need it. Overall, this is a horrid and slow place to come to get so-called 'fast food' This is one of the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

By far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. They never have milkshakes, tonight they don't have quarter pounders!! It's also really really slow drive thru. Absolutely useless from day one.

Yet again sit in a queue of cars for twenty minutes, get home and they put nuggets in my bag instead of a big tasty!! How wrong can you get it? I give up!! The amount of times you get home and it’s wrong is just insane!!!!!!

Must be the worst McDonalds franchise in London. Have had problems on multiple occasions with them missing food from orders, taking a crazy amount of time to prepare food (over 90 mins ), rude staff who don’t seem to have any structure in the kitchen and no management. On this occasion we ordered through Deliveroo. The food took over 90 minutes to be prepared with 3 separate drivers going to collect and then leaving because the food wasn’t ready. After almost 2 hours I had to cancel. Don’t order from these jokers, they don’t deserve your business.

This place is the worst McDonald’s to go to . Always missing food or wrong order . When I use the app it’s always missing a lot of the food or the order is not even delivered and very very long wait sometimes hours . And always not even able to get a refund on the missing items. Don’t go there

I’m absolutely appalled by this place ! I ordered just 2 standard meals from here at 7:30 it’s currently 9:20 when it said on Uber it was going to be here by 8 o’clock, it’s just arrived freezing cold, flat coke, and half my order is missing absolute joke of a place should be knocked down.

Ordered a meal at 5.40 pm. Still not delivered by 9 pm. Drove to Macdonalds as the kids were disappointed. Waited over half an hour. People were shouting and complaining. Had a plain burger ( didn’t order plain). The coke was completely flat. Dreadful place. They simply couldn’t cope with the amount of orders. Shocking place. Should be shut down!

If only less than one star was possible, time and time again this Maccies does not fail to disappoint. 99% of the time food missing from the order, food cold after taking ages to order. To wait over 50 minutes for a small order is mind-blowing, even when prompted you'd think its easy to give an order out after a delay. Seems to always be lazy staff who hide in the back away from customers.

I attended in a drive through in chingford and ordered 2 meals and 4 separate hash browns when I got home there was no hash browns with the meal just the 4 separate ones I went back 3 days later and done another order and said about this and they asked for proof which I provided and they still refused to do anything this was the manager who doesn’t have the respect and quality to be a manager. And I can see why there is so much bad say about the chingford McDonald’s

Worst run McDonald’s ive ever been to every time I visit I’m waiting for food as the deliveroo drivers seem to take priority, drive through will take at least 10-15 mins to get through avoid this place if you value your time, premises is way too small for amount of traffic in and out health and safety issue

Hands down the WORST mcd’s I’ve ever been to. Not sure who the manager is - but really needs to sort the team out. They’re all incredibly slow and quite frankly rude. Never again - go to the Enfield one instead! Much better.

I live in Chingford and I continue to give this branch the benefit of the doubt. No more! Absolutely useless!! It’s the slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced. Went in the drive thru for a simple Apple pie, keeping in mind the drive thru was quiet when I had arrived. Tell me why it has taken me a 45min wait before I can even order.
