Visit here alot, best chicken shop in area, the food is generally good they do get their busy moments though and you can be waiting long time, not their fault though and the staff do work hard

Always get the order wrong. They never answer the phone so have to go through Just Eat every single time. Item I went somewhere else!!!!!

Got to be some of the worst fries in London. They're hollow, greasy as hell and taste rank. I like the Bossman though, he was nice. Food is absolutely disgusting though.

Feel really sorry for the owner of this place the food was average however the service is poor, gentleman serving me my meal informed him that the burger bun was stale and it was all crumbling into pieces however he said it fresh and did absolutely nothing about it. I honestly was too tired to even talk back and ate the burger how I could.

Bought food from here. Firstly the uncle at the till couldn’t understand the order properly, not just mine but other people behind me and front of me aswell. When it came to paying I gave uncle the money in his hands and said thank you. When it came to giving me back my change uncle took the money, I stuck my hand out and uncle brought it near my hand and then placed the money on the counter because he didn’t want to give it back in my hands. This has nothing to do with food safety or cleanliness issues because he had no problem taking money from my hands and then prepping my food with bare hands that he hasn’t washed after serving other customers and touching money that only god knows where it’s been. He looked at me like I’m some sort of animal and clearly they have no respect for their customers. Avoid this place because they clearly have no customer service skills and I really think the council ought to be looking into their cleanliness. The guy prepping people’s food etc didn’t even wear a hat.

I got a delivery from here and I was very disappointed. I got a chicken burger meal and wings. The food didn't taste good at all, tasted like it was days old. The bun tasted stale. The chicken wings didn't look appetizing the coating was falling off, I tried them but didn't taste nice. The chips tasted really old, were bland and rubbery. I didn't feel too well after. Total waste of money. I would highly avoid. Edit- I had stomach pains and diarrhoea during the night.

Don’t go here! Ordered wings meal + burger meal for me and my family and they didn’t give me the chips for one of the meals(didn’t check until i got home), wings were dry and very oily, no flavour and not very good quality chicken. The chicken burger was ok, medium size nothing special though.

Very highly recommended for wings: big, delicious breading and cooked nicely. Chicken pieces can be hit and miss, chips also unless they make them fresh.

This is most inexpensive and tasty chicken and fries I have tasted, must try fries with peri-peri salt condiment best in London. Best fries that are spicy and so finger licking good cant express it.

Ordered off uber eats. 2 pieces of chicken and chips. I said to send me a leg and thigh piece and asked not to send me any side breast. Guess what they sent me? Yes 2 side breasts which I had to throw away because I can't eat dry meat.

Terrible... I tried few times: wings always tastes bad. My 1/4 pounder was LITERALLY soaked in mayo, bad patty taste. Wrap was soaked in sauce aswell. Chips tasted good... Not recommend

Ordered a burger meal, 6 piece chicken, it was unusual. Very small portions for such a high price! My burger meal has a really tiny burger, some fries and drink for 4.99! Such high prices for tiny portions.

Very nice burgers especially the Tex Mex is really juicy and fresh. Yeah,sometimes the burger bun is a bit hard which can be better,nice and warm but chicken quality is nice and very fresh generally. Wings are good too and I will keep you guys updated with more as and when I try some other stuff from this shop.

OK the chicken burger is actually good however the reason this place won't get a five star rating is due to the parking restrictions....also the seating if your no careful you will fall you will get me if you go there...

Food is great tasting and priced reasonably. However you can never trust their opening hours. Adding to the inconvenience, their phone line is never available as no one ever answers the phone.

This is my local work dixy chicken..the staff are friendly and very polite. The fries are tasty the bean burger is great. To be honest the wings are tasty as the coating is the best but the quality of the wings are not so good its always got these blue veins that has put me of .pop corn chicken was OK a bit over done.i think some times the person making the food is not bothered.

Shop is clean and most of the staff are friendly. One member of staff is rude. The food is nice and well cooked.

Burgers were so small, chicken fillet could have been cooked abit longer. Not impressed with portion sizes.

The frying oil need to be changed i could smell the oil from a distance

Very rude staff who will leave you standing waiting for over 20 minutes and they won't even say a word to you. they will ignore you. They do not value their customers. Disgusting and unhealthy food they are not doing me any favours by not serving me, and ignoring me I walked right out of the shop after being left standing there for over 20 minutes. Very poor customer service skills

There is an employee that is always rude and always talks in another language and once i bought somthing that costed £1 and i gave him £10 and he gave £8 i went to the employee and he laugh and gave me my money food is good just employee

Over the years this has been my regular I rember the staff that would say hi and have a chat now it's more like a business were they will leave u waiting jus serving the people that are at the desk or closest if u want better there are nearby places were money would be better spent

This is my local and Chicken is very nice but the shop assistants are rude and don't look after their locals regarding timings bcoz some deals are after a specific time but wont let you have it 5 minutes before the time.

Workers were absolutely rude, Frires were missing and moreover chicken was uncooked which I’m likely to get ill. Ps. The fact that I’m wasting my time to type in a review means I’m completely shocked and disappointed. Posibly the worst place in the borough now , before it used to be good but how I simply can’t take this place anymore .

I walked into the shop and I overheard one of the staff telling another member of staff not to throw leftover food in the bin. Bearing in mind this was food from customers that had just eaten in the shop. Food that had been served to other human beings and was being recycled. Disgusting. Will never set foot in there again.

Wednesday the 28th of November I purchased a half a pounder which didn't contain any onions or any tomato as pictured in the menu I was given no information whether the items were out of stock I was left once again feeling unhappy with my purchase it's not the first time drinks has been forgotten previously also... it's not gourmet food it's supposed to be fast food but at least work from a method so each item is the same it's very simple... Leytonstone shop I have several pictures which will be uploaded on review sites I'm currently not happy many of the items have gone up in price most recently but there is no quality assurance in the products which you are selling

Where to begin? I have been frequenting this chicken shop for almost 25 years. Being one of the very first fried chicken shops in the area the guys there have the chicken formula perfected. Delicious chicken, perfect fries and the tastiest mayo on their fillet burgers what more can you ask for? Prices are very reasonable and you can buy a feast for a tenner. you can find them open from about 11 am until midnight and later on weekends.

It has reallynice chicken wings and the burgers are really nice

I like the party meals and number 19,. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

9 times out of 10 your food will be on point. Hot, fresh. Few occasions where they have not replenished and your lumbered with old food. Daytime staff are much more attentive and get your food order correct, whereas evening/night staff seem to be on the miserable side. Other than that, good chicken shop that'll hit the spot! Enjoy!

Good food here, although the service isn't brilliant as they forget orders quite often and so may forget to include something with your meal, although when mentioned they're quick to rectify this.

This is my local takeaway but the constant change over of staff have me feeling slightly uneasy.

I ordered two 3 wings and chips meals and paid £3.50 and the guy didn't give me my 50p change and he simply took the guy who served me's word over mine. I was very annoyed and in future will not be going to this thieving chicken shop again.
