The driest chicken I've ever had. Also the egregious add on charges made me rethink most of my order. Avoid this place on takeaway, if you visit in person it's a lot better and youre less likely to get saddled with the dry, burnt, weirdly shaped chicken.

STAY AWAY FOOD IS NASTY COLESLAW SPOILT CHIPS HARD AND COLD BURGER BREAD HARD NO MAYO INSIDE !!!!!!! BBQ wings are the worst !!! DIDNT EAT MY FOOD NOR DID I SERVE IT TO MY KID !!

very stingy with their sauce. they give you one little tub of ketchup AND mayonnaise mixed and the tub isn't even filled. I wish i could say i was joking. And they do not let you put sauce over ur food.

Tried to call the resturant to request a preference and they didn’t pick up.

One of the bad place you could ever go and have your dinner to eat. Pathetic and disrespectful customer service. Serving was at its low. I would never recommend anyone to go to this branch to waste your money.

time was delayed a few times, which would have been ok but the fries that arrived were terrible; hard, cardboard-like and cold. The chicken (cold) was ok but couldn't understand how it could be like this.

Off-tasting hot wings. Not impressed at all. Wings were cold and had a funny smell. Gutted that the wings tasted so bad. Everytime I order from Dixy I noticed a pattern where they will give old, cold wings and they do this because they don't have to face the customer. Never ordering again.

As a South Londoner, this Dixy's was not bad.

Ordered two grilled burgers. The burger patties were microwaved trash (I could tell from the texture). Obviously they don't move enough units to bother grilling them. Was rubbery and tasted terrible. AVOID

Visit here alot, best chicken shop in area, the food is generally good they do get their busy moments though and you can be waiting long time, not their fault though and the staff do work hard

There’s no consistency with this shop whatsoever. Every time you order you receive it packaged differently. Just follow the instructions it’s really not that hard. How did a side breast and middle breast turn out to be a thigh leg and wing. Basically the whole chicken. PROBABLY your most regular customer the least you can do is be consistent and pay attention to detail.

One piece of chicken was extremely dry and crispy, nothing like usual, and the fries were dry and hard aswell not fresh.

I’ll be attending this shop as I am very unhappy how has my drink leaked all over the bag everything is ruined and I now have no money for anything else this is unacceptable

How can it day order on way. Which said 4 mins away because its down the road Then the rider ends up driving towards Olympic Park. That's dodgy or just doesn't make sense. Then ends up driving back pass the shop 7 mins later. Then on to Mt locat8on.. So the food is cold and soggy KMT. Got a refund

Awful-chips were cold, asked for some thigh pieces out of 8 didn’t get one. Quality of the chicken want great..I’ll stick to Morley’s. next time. It’s hard to find good quality chicken these days as they have all become so franchised.

I really used to enjoy Dixy chicken. And thought t give it another chance though the last time I ordered they sent me no chips with my meal t5hoght I paid for it and no refund so i made sure to order extra chips as a side though I knew it would be too much chips and i probably wouldnt eat it but for the sake of receiving fries this time I just paid the extra just in case. This time I forget to ask for a leg and thigh piece but tried calling straight away after ordering and got no answer. This will be my last order unfortunately.

I am regular customer of dixy for a long time due to their food quality and service, i prefer dixy than KFC, Dixy is the best thanks guys

The chicken was cooked nicely and you listened to my reuest regarding the pieces, so thank you ever so much for that. However I didn't know I wouldn't receive chips with the meal. I got a value meal but sadly it came without chips - and I got dips/sauces for chip, had I'd known would not have got chips as a side. I have to be honest, that I wasn't really happy about this as I only ate the one piece of chicken. As it is was just too much chicken to consume on its own. So I thought fair to rate 3* due to only eating one piece. Thanks

Got to be some of the worst fries in London. They're hollow, greasy as hell and taste rank. I like the Bossman though, he was nice. Food is absolutely disgusting though.

Feel really sorry for the owner of this place the food was average however the service is poor, gentleman serving me my meal informed him that the burger bun was stale and it was all crumbling into pieces however he said it fresh and did absolutely nothing about it. I honestly was too tired to even talk back and ate the burger how I could.

Bought food from here. Firstly the uncle at the till couldn’t understand the order properly, not just mine but other people behind me and front of me aswell. When it came to paying I gave uncle the money in his hands and said thank you. When it came to giving me back my change uncle took the money, I stuck my hand out and uncle brought it near my hand and then placed the money on the counter because he didn’t want to give it back in my hands. This has nothing to do with food safety or cleanliness issues because he had no problem taking money from my hands and then prepping my food with bare hands that he hasn’t washed after serving other customers and touching money that only god knows where it’s been. He looked at me like I’m some sort of animal and clearly they have no respect for their customers. Avoid this place because they clearly have no customer service skills and I really think the council ought to be looking into their cleanliness. The guy prepping people’s food etc didn’t even wear a hat.

The food was bad as they put so much mayonnaise inside the wraps. No other dips they provided. Moreover, food was late by 30 mins and t was cold due to it. Totally disappointed from them.
