Ordered a plain burger. Got the sauce, cheese and lettuce. None of which I wanted

The food was horrible, and the staff was so polite that their told the costumers that they could wash their hands behind the counter where the public isn't allowed and one of the staff male older gentlemen giving way lots of food aswell.

I Dont Usually Go To Any Random Chicken Shop But This Has Topped The 5 Star Ratings Massively! The Owner Was A Very Much Friendly & Courteous Gentleman & Most Importantly The Food Was Fresh & On Point! I Cannot Lie I Will Be Back Again! A Great Shout For A Good Bite To Eat! & A Must Try!

I’ve been a regular here via uber eats or collection. I have to say the food quality has gone down badly. The naga sauce isn’t smoking chilli as it used to be its so bland. My wrap was absolutely disgusting the chicken was sooo chewy and the wings- dont get me started. Its a real shame as the naga sauce and chips were the best but now ive stopped. I got a burger as i knew the food was gona be awful and that too went in the bin!

Been to this place multiple times before as they’re open late anf I cannot knock the food but their service is super slow even when the shop is empty. Went there today and I was stood there for nearly 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Food took over 20 minutes to be prepared when the shop was empty and even then they missed out items. Will not be going back.

The chicken pieces are juicy inside but just so utterly bland, the coating tastes stale. Hot wings are just spice and absolutely 0 flavour. The best part was honestly the chips lmao. Ordered on ubereats and they didn’t follow the request for specific pieces of chicken. Won’t be returning .

Ordered 3 burgers and they never turned up was told twice I would expect my order within 15 minutes. Staff are rude and unprofessional, when challenged don't care. Woukd not recommended at all.

I ordered online here using Uber Eats. Food was okay, but we did order and pay for sauces which we did not receive, so it was difficult to enjoy the meal. We should be able to get a small refund on it but we would have preferred to have just got the sauces at the time. Also felt that they were being cheap with packaging, everything we ordered was wrapped or packed in thin paper bags. There was no cardboard box for a wings meal, or boxes for burgers and burger meals, all just in paper bags. Not ideal if your eating somewhere with no plates or sauces of your own.

Ordered 4 wings and chips they gave my order in 2 small bags not convenient when eating Asked for mayonnaise and the man went to get it and never came back.

Idk why this place has such low ratings. Should at least be 4 stars. Maybe they used to be bad but I've ordered from Uber eats as well as in store many times and food has always been good. Only complaint is it's quite expensive especially when there are so many shops in that area that are cheaper

I don't live in this area. When I pass by once a week, I buy spicy wings, and my last two food experiences were really bad. Especially the last spicy wings I bought were very small, and they were cooked at low heat with dirty oils, so they were greasy. This was my last food purchase.

Just ordered a Naga lamb doner today and literally took 2 bites and threw it straight in the bin waaayyyy too spicy, don't get me wrong i love spicy food but this food is just spicy and no flavour

Chicken fillet burger is large sized and moderately crispy. Nice. I got 4pc chicken once but it was oily and I’m not an oily chicken fan. Some are just not me 🤷‍♂️. A good fillet burger is enough for me and theirs is good. The woman serving me had wonderful customer service skills too - very polite, bubbly and smiley.

It think by changing staff often the quality goes down sometimes that's all. So that was my review about 2 years ago. It is much more decent and better now Very good spicy strips and nice spicy fillet and naga burger. Honestly anyone eating here before taking a bite just sniff those wings or better sniff it after taking a bite.Just smell the white chicken and it does stink. Yesterday I tried after a long time and wings and spicy burger is well presented.Fresh,no doubt but all freshness is immaterial if your chicken stinks especially anyone tasting wings please smell them first and you will not eat again.I left my wings after I sniffed them. Please work on hygiene and I seriously doubt most of these chicken shops(even other dixies,hfc and perfect fried chicken6) are not certified by HMC. Like the spicy strips and grill burger is nice as per latest review.Improvement visible

If you want to wait 20 minutes+ to get served then you go here' 0* customer service they don't care if someone waiting to place an order workers just chilling and talking to each other.

Visited this place for the first time after a long time and have to mention that the food was of top top quality. The coating on the chicken was exceptional and highly recommend the sizzler burger. Their unique spicy sauce is a definite hit!

So I was guided here by my friend and it didn't let him down. I had spicy wings which were lovely the coating was actually crispy and very tasty. I also had a fillet burger which was definitely value for money. Real tender tasting chicken breast with a delicious coating. Staff were really friendly and helpful and most of all happy which you don't always find in fast food shops. Great service overall would definitely go back.

This dixy is very good. But some of your other branches are terrible especially your East Ham branch. 2 star rating because the owners other branches let’s this branch down unfortunately

Ordered 2 Naga wings of 5 , but only got 6 wings . Well, even after informed them , they cheated by giving less. Not at all professional. Food is good, but service is worst.

I said I wanted a sizzler box meal which included 3 hot wings, chips and a spicy burger and a drink. Instead they gave me chicken and a normal burger and chips🤦🏻‍♀️These people should really listen when customers order and should make sure to give people their correct order, I was very disappointed and upset as I didn’t receive the spicy wings or spicy burger i ordered and wanted.

Visited this chicken shop couple days ago and was really impressed by the food aswell as service provided. I go to lot of chicken shops in London, but this one by far have best tasting chicken with it's unique seasoning which gives it that unique taste. I definitely recommend to visit here and give it a try won't be disappointed 👍.

Went here after a night out and no complaints!! Stays open later than everywhere else and to my suprise they sold meat and chips (donner meat)... I was so shocked 😲 Food was nice and hot , thanks.

Was parked outside and called to order food for collection so that it was ready by the time I went inside to collect due to parking. Was told the shop would be closed for the weekend because there was a fire inside the shop. Funnily enough I saw customers inside eating so now I know to stay away from this shop they are not serious and would happily turn away customers for no apparent reason.

So I wait three hours for my food after making an order online. I come to google to check the store timings as its late and apparently the store is temporarily closed. Why is the restaurant on a food app if they're apparently closed and accepting my order? Lol how ridiculous.

Good for late night. Service was very good. Only 5mins drive near whipcorss hospital. This shop opens until 5am which is great. You can call them and they will delivery. Chips was good. Wings was ok. Wings can be added extra salt and and spices to have more taste. Just a suggestion.

I ordered of deliveroo and my food was supposed to arrive however I never received my order. I complained to deliveroo however Dixy Chicken said they delivered my order when they NEVER!! I spoke with Deliveroo and they asked me to contact the restaurant however I was given a manager number which I never got a answer too. Don’t waste your money on this place, absolute joke

Do not the make the mistake of ordering from Dixy Chicken on Lea Bridge Road. You place an order on Foodhub or Just Eat and Pay for the Food. Unfortunately you will be waiting 2 to 3 Hours for your Food. After 2 to 3 Hours your Food is not delivered by Dixy Chicken. You can call them endless number of times, they will not answer. Dixy Chicken will take your Money and mark it as Delivered on Foodhub and Just Eat even though they have not sent you any Food that you have placed with Dixy Chicken. Dixy Chicken are Liars, Cheats and Deceiving. It does not surprise me as the owner of Dixy Chicken is from Pakistan. All Pakistani People are Liars, Cheats and Deceiving People. Dixy Chicken are no exception. Dixy Chicken should be forced to close their Business on Lea Bridge Road. They are an absolute disgraceful, despicable and disgusting Company.

Great place if you’re hungry late at night, these guys are open till 5 in the morning. Had chicken and chips with extra wings, was fresh, tasted great. Will definitely go there again if I’m hungry late night again when most places are closed.

To anyone who read this- NEVER EVER order from this fleapit: yesterday I've ordered through "Just eat": I was waiting 4(!) Hours from 1am to 5am. During that time I called like 20 times, no one answer. Then they finally (after 1 hour of delay) pick up the phone and said my food with the driver. And it was a lie- my food wasnt even prepared in that time. All my calls they just bounce between each other, hang up the phone ignore me or even yelling at me. Its literally fleapit and should be closed. Still waiting for my refund. P.S. ofcourse i didnt get correct order, after 4 hours of waiting. To be honest i've got burgers instead chinken I ordered. But all of them just gone to the bin- best place for that poor quality food

Order arrived just now ordered 2 burgers and 5 wings. Wings were nice and warm, 1 burger was warm and tasty, the other burger was stale, chicken was stale. Used to be a place I used to go a lot, but service has gone downhill.
