The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

On our drive to Scotland, we needed to stop and this seemed an ideal service station. Ordered the food via the touch screen, and got served in a timely manner. However, they did not get the basics right, i.e. clean tables. My wife had to find some wipes to clean the tables. Not sure who's issue this is (i.e. Burger King or Moto), but obviously this is a basic requirement. I understand that it is busy, but they need to employ cleaners. People want to sit after having driven long journeys. Food, drink and price - As expected!

The food at Indigo Greens is usually lovely but the Christmas Dinner my sister and I received yesterday was a huge disappointment. The quality of the food was fine, but the size of the meal was ridiculously small it was a portion you would serve to a young child. You simply expect more for a meal priced at £12. And there was even a roast potato in sight, it was just 4 small boiled potatoes, a little bit of veg, a small piece of nut roast and gravy.

We popped in here a few weeks ago while staying at the glamping pods, as we had read reviews saying it was good. We were totally disappointed, the pakora was over cooked, you couldnt even bite into it, the chips were very small portions and the pizza just didnt taste like it have been cooked long enough, as the base was very soft. We wouldnt go back!

I really fancied fried chicken and this branch of HFC was convenient. First impressions weren’t great, but my stomach overruled my head. Had a takeaway out of a polystyrene tray and sat at their solitary outdoor table on a dirty pub chair. The chicken portions were ok size-wise but lacked temperature, crispiness or flavour. Heartburn ensued. Doubt I’ll be craving Hafeez’s fried chicken anytime soon after eating that lunch.

Food ok but absolutely no attention to the seating area, dirty dirty dirty, cleaning is as important as the food

I ordered 2 chicken tikka with nan and a veg burger, i wanted my chicken tikka with mint sauce , i thought the mint sause was home made but they use the bottled mint sauce which made my meal rubbish....had to throw it away...

We had cod and chips x 3, £25. The service was good. However, the food was not as good as expected. The fish on all three portions was the thinnest piece of cod I have ever seen, about half a centimetre in depth and became even thinner towards the tail end with no flesh. The batter just about held the cod together, and it became difficult to separate the fish from the batter. Therefore, I gave in and the cat enjoyed it. The chips - thin and soggy. The polystyrene container was flimsy, couldn’t hold a portion of fish and chips without the fear of dropping the food.

The morons turned the touch screen ordering kiosks off and there was a huge queue. So stuff their scam prices, I won't waste my time. Place run by idiots.

No wrap meal 😪 I'm still hungry 1 burger missing an beans an fillet no good but we got a tub of gravy we didn't order do not order after 10 o'clock they take some out the delivery bag was sealed so it was definitely the packing people

Went in after drinks, the place looked dirty. stupidly I overlooked this because I was drunk. We were the only customers in the shop after waiting 45 min I asked when the food would be ready. Guy behind the counter started shouting at us. Just asked for a refund and left.

Bit disappointed in this KFC to be honest, on numerous occasions I’ve visited here and it just seems each time the oil is well due a change. The chicken it’s not golden, more dark brown, and food has been cold, when complained fresh food was was given but I’d say 9 times out of 10 when ordering to takeaway it’s awful. Also why? Why have KFC stopped cooking the corn on the cob in butter?? The corn is tasteless and now very disappointing. Because it is the only KFC in the area and as a family we do like a KFC we will still from time to time order from here, and I’ll keep complaining about the state of the chicken covering, will take it further if it continues.

Never been before and thought I’d try the drive thru. Sat waiting for 5 mins at the order point, then told someone would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later still waiting. I just drove off and ate elsewhere. I will never return. Shut the drive thru if you cannot serve fast food or staff adequately. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed of themself.

Many years since we had a meal at a UK McDonalds and it’ll be even longer before we have another. Rubbish meal but friendly efficient staff. 2 minute drive home but our meals were both cold and a sloppy tasteless, mess. A Large Big Mac which was very short on being anything you would consider as large or big!!!

I had an excellent experience at KFC Derby thanks to Julie. She was incredibly attentive and ensured my order was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this location and being served by Julie!
